To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為匯豐卡有特價,所以去了試晚飯,菜牌中的小菜大多是HK$80-100一碟,絕對不便宜叫了數個小菜,都是不過不失,份量也還可以.只有最貴的鹽焗雞(HK$140半隻)不好吃,完全沒有鹽焗味道,淡而無味!但到了甜品,則完全不行了!杏仁茶是我吃過的最難吃的,連超市買的日清美味寶都比它好吃得多!湯丸也是不好吃!但這些難吃又份量少的甜品卻要HK$20-26一碗!酒樓介紹的藍梅紫米糯米糍也只是認真麻麻地,只有4小粒,但結帳時卻發現竟然要HK$40一碟!而且酒樓的環境也是認真一般,大廳很嘈吵,坐在廂房中雖然比較清靜,但卻很難呼喚侍應,因為他們沒有固定的人在房間當值,要我們等待他們走過門口才能叫人,有時要等很久.以這樣的高級酒樓來說,應該改善.就算匯豐卡有特價,也還是物非所值啊!
