To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 美麗華商場的翠亨村分兩層,今天剛巧有婚宴在下層,於是上了間格比較怪的上層。點了鴨舌做頭盤,邊食邊看menu。鴨舌不連下巴,很滑,但非常之鹹,白白把鴨舌浪費。本來想點四人和菜,但最後還是自選菜式。香草羊腿是用炒的,羊腿肉質還可以但亦是太鹹,如何定義過鹹?不能空口吃的是也。所以只好另外要了白飯。八珍鴨,是把鮑魚、尤魚,小塘菜,竹笙等配以整塊鴨腿用蠔油芡汁上碟,鴨肉跟鴨皮都很軟滑,雖然味道有點偏鹹但還是勉強可以推篤。串燒牛肉雖然不韌,卻真的燒得略乾,賣相亦不太好,就是那種看到也沒有衝動吃的感覺。最後是海參寬麵,寬麵沒有剪開,長長的粘成一團,唉,不說了。唯一好的服務周到,態度友善。
