To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上周日有幸到此酒樓晚飯. 當時要了數個餸,其中一個每份$60, (三個人起計)的臘味煲仔飯和一個手撕雞都是今次討論之焦點. 點菜後四十五分鐘後上菜時,我們看到了一個大大的瓦煲盛了一大煲白飯和一個中碟的雜拼臘味. 這種情況跟一往在其他地方叫到的臘味煲仔飯大大不同. 若要想個切合的菜名,我想應該是臘味配白飯才較合適. 這樣就是$180.00 了. 至於那款手撕雞亦甚精彩. 因為它就恰似斬件後的鹽焗雞再用手撕開一片片. 在絲的雞肉旁還可清楚地見到了方型的雞皮. 其實是日亦不是我們頭一次領教翠亨村酒樓的精景菜色, 記得今年初也曾到此酒樓茗茶, 席間點了一個蛋白炒飯, 價格好像也是$60.00 到上菜時,我們看到的真的是一碟淨蛋白炒白飯, 肉絲沒有,搖柱沒有,青豆沒有,連醬油都沒有, 想跟吃齊沒大分別.
