To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 舊老闆又請食飯，地點仍舊是翠亨村。老闆話事要叫幾個點心，分別要蝦餃、鳳爪、海鮮角、牛肉、蜆蚧稜魚球和新出品的黑椒雞肉批等。新出品雞批一碟有3件，細細件，黑椒不會太辣，雞肉味道不錯，酥皮鬆化香口，算有水準；鳳爪亦新鮮，不是冰鮮得過耐的那種；稜魚球配上濃濃的蜆蚧醬都ok。除了蝦仁不太新鮮外，其餘的點心亦不過不失。其實，最近真的聽到不少對翠亨村的批評。當然，如今的翠亨村比起十多年前的確是差了一點，但也不至於是一毛不值吧！
