To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前聽過呢間野都有d名堂﹐所以去前都抱有一定期望先講環境﹐都ok0既,幾"骨紙",食物就ok啦,唔錯0既,但話好好又冇佢份最好味係個咩燕窩唔知咩,好好味,又氣凍凍地食d熱辣辣0既湯都幾正仲有個炸馬蹄,好爽又唔太甜,唔錯不過d waiter唔係好pro,成日唔記得野,又矇矇地,又打"寫"野,不過都ok好禮貌,算數啦

我星期日去飲茶,我一去到就叫我上樓上坐,但係樓下有好多位架,上到樓上好多伙計見到我地,但係都係冇人招呼我地,叫食物又樣樣都冇,水又唔幫我地加,服務態度差到極,食物好食都係假啦

一般點心保持水準, 唔油膩, 什至幾好食雞扎, 珍珠雞都唔多油. 經理介紹出名的一品抄飯食落有少少似豉油重抄飯咁, 味道幾濃, 配料十分好味. 另外甜品試左雙皮奶, 十分傑和香濃, 不過唔夠滑.

飲茶的點心幾好味道, 而且唔太油膩, 好有水準, 甜品方面亦唔太甜, O岩O岩好, 不過個千層糕就好滯下. 另外個榣柱蛋白炒飯幾好食, 唔多油而且榣柱蛋白都十分足.<br>酒家分上下兩層, 下層十分寬闊舒服.
