To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚約了契媽晚飯,她又帶我去她的至愛飯店,一行四人,點了四個菜,百合帶子、蝦子芥蘭豆腐…尼兩樣味道如何,我不知道(對海鮮敏感,除魚外),未吃過,見其他人係咁吃,我估都好味,琵琶雞…皮脆肉軟、本身配甜醬,但兩者我覺得唔夾,所以叫侍應拿碟疆蔥容點番會好些,炸班頭南,尼個一定要吃,舊舊都好肥美,好漏,唔好吃太多,會好滯的。仲叫了個鴨舌、四碗飯,甜品一定要吃,我推介杏仁胡,去親必吃。埋單800元多少少
