To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 媽媽托小女記得記得起2月12日前過美麗華換蘿白糕, 於是一放工, 就標左去翠亨村排隊.排我前面果兩公婆買了幾千蚊卷, 真係咁好食?輪到我喇~原來桂花糕賣斷市喇, 我地好好彩. 不過要等到過年先可以吃~是日賀年食品:- 蘿白糕唔係蝦米仔, 係用大蝦米做架!用料富貴, 買得貴係有原因.一絲絲蘿白, 加上較重味既胡椒粉,聽媽媽講蘿白本身味腥, 要用好多胡椒調味架.恰到好處, 好味! 燕窩杞子桂花糕打開個盒都"嘩"一聲, 好多燕窩呀!!!杞子好大粒, 落重本真係太誇張, 如果100蚊一個真係好抵食~(有優惠的)成個糕好香花味,希望即時見效, 皮膚滑留.
