一家人各有各忙,難得大家有機會坐低飲茶,梗係要揀食高質中菜啦, 今個星期六就同屋企人去中環呢間新派中菜-名館。天氣開始涼涼哋, 一於點個暖笠笠嘅石鍋鮑魚雞粒炒飯($118), 一上枱就聞到陣陣醬油和鮑魚香, 聽到滋滋聲就知係新鮮爆炒, 米粒軟硬適中,粒粒分明。加埋大約十隻新鮮爽口的小鮑魚,好香口!名館菜色種類繁多,川菜都有得食! 屋企人鍾意食魚, 就叫咗個酸菜滑魚片($288), 魚煲下有微火保持溫度, 慢慢煮出花椒和酸菜的香味, 花椒味好出,越食越麻,喜愛川菜的朋友不會失望!至於個魚片都夠滑既,多D魚味就更好了。最後食返個麻雀十三么($68)作結!銀紙高度像真! 家人問店員銀紙圖案係如何列印在米紙上, 原來係有一部專用列印機將食用色素噴在紙上! 原來整個甜品都要咁高科技, 為咗呃like可以去到幾盡,哈哈!個麻雀椰汁糕有啲驚喜, 轉去背面見到有一層桂花啫喱, 有幾有陣陣桂花清香喎, 好想再食多幾嚿。次次去中環都係食西餐,今次食下新派中菜,果然有驚喜,下次再來!

好朋友今日生日所以係一個星期訂了座位來慶祝,因為朋友都係俾依到既麻將甜品吸引。魚米之香($168):用上了一條黃花魚來製造的炒飯,師父將魚頭和魚尾斬掉,再用油來炸,所以會有炸魚頭同魚尾,再將肉身折肉來炒製,所以飯中的魚肉就係黃花魚的肉,再加上鮮蝦,食落不但有鮮味,蝦肉吸收了魚味後,更加入味,而且飲亦炒得好乾身,唔會太淋的口感。黑淑安格斯牛柳粒($98):用上正宗的美國安格斯牛柳,所以肉質非常嫩滑,再加上醬汁味濃,令到牛的肉味更加入味,加上大蔥,非常有咬口,實在係好出色的菜式。麻雀十三幺($138):當這個麻雀十三幺一到,在場朋友都嘩左一聲,因為實在做得太似麻雀,當然需上的係貼紙來,所以食時有斯開,但是果兩張銀紙,是用米紙來製造,所以係食得落肚,而且椰汁味都十分濃郁,十分有椰汁的味道。最後,朋友都好滿意今晚的菜式,亦都俾麻雀甜品吸引到大叫。

最後,朋友都好滿意今晚的菜式,亦都俾麻雀甜品吸引到大叫。

經朋友介紹話中環有間飯店的小菜好有特色,所以同家人前來一吃。金銀蒜蒸勝瓜金菇($68):用上新鮮的新界勝瓜,食落有一陣陣田園的香味,口感亦都非常爽脆,加上蒜容的咸味,將勝瓜的味道更加特出,實在係非常好味。沸騰水煮滑魚片($288):用上一個別具特色的器皿來煮既麻辣魚片,非常吸精,好有四川的特色,加上湯底麻中帶辛,食落會有標汗的感覺,加上配料用上鴨血,午餐肉,最特別午餐肉吸收麻辣汁後更為好味。再者,魚片不但鮮滑,完全唔會太老,食落都好鮮滑。麥冬雪梨燉鷓鴣($68):平時係屋企都好少飲鷓鴣湯,所以特別叫一壺來飲。用上雪梨所以飲落非常甜,再加上麥冬的甜味,兩者加上可以迫出鷓鴣的味道,聽講多飲會有補氣之作用,亦有活腦的功效。總結,這一餐實在非常滿足,不但食物佳,而且環境都十分耀眼,果然係中環的別色菜館。

之前見到朋友上載一張好得意嘅相上社交媒體,每隻碗入面都刻咗啲文字,一問之下原來係一間叫名館嘅中菜館,今日見咁岩經過中環,就同朋友上去食咗個晚飯。一坐低就見到哩隻碗,好發人深省嘅一段文字。哈哈!食中菜當然唔少得飲返個湯先啦,三個人叫咗兩個湯分享,分別係糖心黑蒜燉響螺同埋麥冬雪梨燉鷓鴣湯。淨係一上枱個presentation都搞到大家即刻拎相機出嚟影低佢。不過,除咗有好別緻嘅外表,佢都有十足嘅內涵架!老火湯架勢一飲之下即時感受到,食埋豐富嘅湯料非常之滿足!之後一連串上咗大家叫嘅主食。首先哩個厚切叉燒王,感覺係下次要再encore嘅一道菜,半肥瘦嘅叉燒再配上好特別嘅醬汁。甜得嚟又唔會好膩,恰到好處。接住嘅金銀蒜蒸娃娃菜,都係一個好令人印象深刻嘅菜式。可能個人本身好鐘意加入蒜頭做嘅菜式,見到上枱時,每條娃娃菜都鋪滿蒜頭,香味即時傳入個鼻,未食已經覺得好吸引。味道方面都好好,加上少少上湯,令到成個菜式更多層次。好味醬秋葵炒花枝片,名乎其實真係好好味。可能私心問題,見到佢有本人至愛嘅秋葵,已經有好大期望。果然秋葵同花枝片都處理得岩岩好,非常之新鮮同爽口。再嚟叫咗飯焦鳳尾蝦,見佢用飯焦代替個飯

食中菜當然唔少得飲返個湯先啦,三個人叫咗兩個湯分享,分別係糖心黑蒜燉響螺同埋麥冬雪梨燉鷓鴣湯。淨係一上枱個presentation都搞到大家即刻拎相機出嚟影低佢。不過,除咗有好別緻嘅外表,佢都有十足嘅內涵架!老火湯架勢一飲之下即時感受到,食埋豐富嘅湯料非常之滿足!

之後一連串上咗大家叫嘅主食。首先哩個厚切叉燒王,感覺係下次要再encore嘅一道菜,半肥瘦嘅叉燒再配上好特別嘅醬汁。甜得嚟又唔會好膩,恰到好處。

接住嘅金銀蒜蒸娃娃菜,都係一個好令人印象深刻嘅菜式。可能個人本身好鐘意加入蒜頭做嘅菜式,見到上枱時,每條娃娃菜都鋪滿蒜頭,香味即時傳入個鼻,未食已經覺得好吸引。味道方面都好好,加上少少上湯,令到成個菜式更多層次。

好味醬秋葵炒花枝片,名乎其實真係好好味。可能私心問題,見到佢有本人至愛嘅秋葵,已經有好大期望。果然秋葵同花枝片都處理得岩岩好,非常之新鮮同爽口。

再嚟叫咗飯焦鳳尾蝦,見佢用飯焦代替個飯底咁特別,決定試下佢先。飯焦食落好脆口,鳳尾蝦肉亦都好嫩口。雖然好好味,不過怕好熱氣,自己都好自制停口,哈哈!

食中菜另一個少不了嘅係點心。哩個宮廷點心盤加入咗甜點鹹點各幾款,比你一次過試到多款充滿特色嘅點心。個人最鐘意係最頂哩對酥皮天鵝,入面有紫薯饀架!

最後,見到隔離枱點咗好得意嘅甜品,我都叫咗半份麻雀十三么。用椰汁做嘅麻雀幾趣緻,味道都唔錯。最特別係張銀紙都食得架,撕開嘅時候仲好似紙嘅質地咁,味道方面就。。。哈哈!
