辛勞的一星期又過去,今晚同老公出街撑枱腳,同事知道我老公喜歡辣,推薦名館比我試試。一入門口店員已經熱情的招待,又主動介紹餐牌和招牌菜。棷子川貝燉鱷魚肉用茶壺茶杯飲湯也是第一次,個湯好清甜,火喉十足。青檸蝦球外脆內爽,口感特別,再配合個甜甜酸酸嘅醬汁,正!水煮魚出場喇,睇個器皿賣相已經氣勢十足,喜歡辣的朋友絕對不能錯過。魚片新鮮滑溜,最估唔到係入面原來仲有好多料,有午餐肉,菜,豬红,薯粉,金菇……老公食到滿頭大汗,把它全部消滅!

仲有一個月就過農暦年,又係時候要約各大親友團年。有朋友遠道由日本返港,佢話好想食川菜,就帶左佢黎試下。呢間餐廳菜色種類繁多,算係新派中菜,餐廳佈置有誠意,座位都算寬敞乾淨,而且菜式的擺設都幾特別又有心機,每隻碟都印有不同的字句,適合一眾鍾意相機食先既港人。我地兩個人,叫左一個京川汁秋葵同水煮魚,個水煮魚有個煲用微火保持溫度,魚都算滑,岩晒呢D天氣去,食完個人暖笠笠,喜歡川菜的朋友應該不會失望;埋單唔洗五舊,中環黎講都算OK啦。

主食叫了客飯焦鳳尾蝦,飯焦粒加彈牙的鳳尾蝦,好味,不油ㄡ香囗。食到此時已好飽,但ㄧ定要食埋我期待的麻雀造型甜品,今次人少叫住半份先,原來麻雀白色部份是椰汁糕,綠色的是桂花糕。D字同紙幣是糯米紙造用食用色素印的,像真度好鬼高。

飯後頓覺做人要開心,原來可以咁簡單,只要同喜愛人,找對飯店,閒話家常加美食便可以了。

來中環看燈飾,看食評此處好似好受歡迎,不妨來試,雖無枱布,無地氈,無滖水茶靚,侍應只會给你一杯蕎麥茶,都ok, 但每位收$15就唔ok。煎京葱胡椒包$48,夠大,多胡椒,香辣,肉未算多汁嫩滑,葱味不大,但都及格,可接受。豚王五菜陽春麵$68,豚肉雖不致鬆化,但都好香夠腍,似日式,五種菜麵,麵質硬道中等,湯較清淡,健康;流心蛋,中等流,整體上枱唔夠熱。蒜泥白肉$68,肥及笠,叫汁另上,辣味可調校,夠麻辣帶甜,肉質尚可。始終飲茶無壼熱茶,可自飲自斟,總欠味兒。

這晚與家人一起相聚食團年飯,家人比較鐘意食中餐於是揀呢間有名的中菜廳,聞說列入十大餐館之一,要是早一星期已book 餐廳環境寬敞,坐位舒適,別緻的碗碟而且很有文青風格,中菜餐館的點心更別緻我們點叫椰子川貝鱷魚肉,這個湯很有中國氣派,以荼壺做湯水上菜,飲呢個湯時很有椰子味道點心以宮廷的架上菜,精心手工製點心,有西米露糯米池,紫薯蘇餅,搽荼布甸,芒果蜜瓜布甸等,老鼠樣子就是糯米池了,非常可愛,天鵝的紫薯味道甜而不膩非常精緻還有流心奶黃包不得了,箭豬的包細緻極了

前幾天同同事去名館食lunch, 本身以為係食點心,估唔到佢啲小菜點心全部都整得好靚又有心思藍梅醬淋落淮山上面,令到本來清甜嘅淮山加點甜酸嘅鮮果味道,兩樣嘢夾埋岀奇地夾,仲另到你好開胃雞絲粉皮同鎮江肉都好正,粉皮個麻醬好濃味,雞肉唔會好乾。鎮江肉就覺得佢可以有番多啲肉喺入面最後食左個黃金球湯飯,好食!個黃金球好脆,有飯焦香,入面係有啲係炒飯,加埋個鮮味湯底好好味,又唔會好似平啲啲炒飯咁油,就算啲飯浸住湯都唔會好快林,好有咬口,係一個好新鮮嘅菜式。會再番啲試其他野

鎮江肉就覺得佢可以有番多啲肉喺入面

最後食左個黃金球湯飯,好食!個黃金球好脆,有飯焦香,入面係有啲係炒飯,加埋個鮮味湯底好好味,又唔會好似平啲啲炒飯咁油,就算啲飯浸住湯都唔會好快林,好有咬口,係一個好新鮮嘅菜式。

會再番啲試其他野

今日下午休息,可以同朋友聚餐又不趕時間,來到中環「名館」,行入去裝修很有藝術氣質,餐牌上見食物外型又可愛及富有藝術手藝,如果唔係點會設計到宮廷點心盤、麻雀13么....。亞馬遜椰子川貝燉鱷魚,湯用 裝給人好新奇的觀感,燉湯味道好濃,配合椰子又好清新,在倒出湯渣食時肉質都已跟湯相同入味了,是喜歡食湯渣的人必食。石鍋鮑魚雞粒炒飯,炒飯炒到好乾爽, 大大提高左食飯的質感,石鍋炒飯特別香口,鮑魚雞粒有少少咬口又不會費力,大家都講笑見到鮑魚多過雞因容易找到起眼的鮑魚。
