之後嘗了一啖湯頭,不起嘅都係蕃茄果蓉,證明用料充足,5係那種用茄膏調味的hea底,師傅有用心喔

而我比較中意食公仔麵,所以揀返麵。但公仔麵本身好易越浸越淋,都係馬上食為妥

麵都5錯,仲係企身,你仲需要用牙咬斷開那種硬度,加上濃濃的湯底,麵條索哂汁,啖啖酸甜味

之前已經食過樓下冰室,佢野食吾叫濃味,好保持到原有味,所以都成日見到佢大排長龍,晚上幸好我自己一人去不用等位,今次坐一人位在廚房旁邊,新鮮的蕃茄香充斥係度好香…而蕃茄有豐富維他命及礦物質,蕃茄紅素仲可以抗氧化,可以皮膚靚靚,所以係我鐘意食蕃茄湯底原因。今次叫左出晒名的鹵水雞脾蕃茄湯意粉和芝士西蘭花…黎多杯凍檸檬茶添,最後$90帳,仲有少少吃不完。鹵水雞脾超入味但吾太咸煮得剛好,而雞皮都煮得耐原因,係已經冇咩油食落只有鹵水香。蕃茄湯底好味又新鮮,最重要味精沒有可以當湯飲,意粉超多但吾淋身有口感。檸檬茶半價有一杯,茶都都可以,檸檬味吾夠,不過而家好難找到些好味檸檬了。最後黎的芝士焗西蘭花,勁多芝士又厚身,西蘭花都份量多同吸晒芝士香好味道吾會成口咸味。

個汁充分比雞脾索哂,由外到內都係食到甜甜的香草瑞士汁,個汁甜甜地,雞脾的肉唔鬆散,好彈牙,啖啖肉但又唔使驚入面會無味。個汁真係個精髓,係個靈魂
