今日約左朋友食飯,佢家陣響荃灣做嘢,佢話附近有間冰室d嘢食抵食夾大件,所以就帶左我去。呢度都幾大,响橫樑上面仲見到d懷舊擺設。座位差唔多全部都係卡位,座位寬闊,坐得舒服仲好乾淨添。餐牌有好多嘢食,見到個樣好吸引,樣樣都想食。今晚由朋友發辦,叫左一個飯,一個小食,一隻雞肶,另外兩杯特色飲品。焗鮮茄豬扒飯先到,比餐牌張相更加多。豬扒夠厚實,好有咬感,飯底嘅雞蛋比例都幾多,飯唔硬,茄汁味濃,味道酸咪咪,都幾開胃。小食係焗芝士肉醬薯角,呢個小食份量多,夠晒大碟。肉醬味道香濃,芝士份量正常,唔會過份地多,食到好漏。薯角比較粗身,薯仔味濃,焗得香脆。瑞士雞肶比出面食開嘅大隻,聞到好香,入口味道甜甜地,肉厚得黎都唔算鞋,都整得唔錯。呢度啲飲品都幾特別,喺外面都未見過,好多都好想飲。朋友就揀咗華田脆脆,佢話甜味十足,加埋上面d朱古力脆脆,有口感之餘啱曬佢口味,正。我就叫左杯紅豆奶茶,因為出面都未聽過,覺得好特別。我無諗過原來奶茶加紅豆係咁夾,紅豆起晒沙,加埋奶茶又唔會太甜,將單調嘅奶茶變得有層次,真係好好飲。

平時經過荃灣路德圍都見到樓下冰室經常大排長龍,今日因為OT 8點才到餐廳發現不用排隊馬上入座。餐廳懷舊裝修,港式茶餐廳食物,價錢親民,而且選擇甚多。招牌特色蕃茄濃湯意粉配牛乳炒蛋蕃茄湯超濃郁,湯底偏向稠身,蕃茄味道甜酸適中,而且有不少蕃茄蓉,加上嫩滑的牛乳炒蛋,絕配。這個餐可以選其中一款小食,當然選招牌瑞士雞髀。大大隻雞髀嫰滑入味,加上甜甜的瑞士汁滲透在雞髀內,只是$50好抵食。鮮茄焗豬扒飯份量十足的焗豬扒飯,使用新鮮蕃茄,醬汁酸酸甜甜的和芝士融化在一起,鋪在豬扒上,豬扒厚身肉質嫩腍,而且細心地為客人切好,最驚喜是炒飯底炒得乾身,粒粒分明,充滿蛋香,比好多餐廳都做得好,超級推介。華田脆脆 可以半價點飲品,點了濃郁的華田脆脆,脆脆的非常有口感。話梅柑桔蜜話梅和柑桔蜜,味道很濃郁,而且好潤喉。整體食物質數非常滿意,性價比超高,這個價錢真的超值,而且服務態度非常好,難怪經常大排長龍,以後一定會常來。

這裡必須提醒大家,大部分在香港冰室吃到的番茄濃湯都並非素食,尤其係自家熬製無加味精那些,因為都會加豬骨和雞骨等熬煮,素食者要留意了!不過如果你只係想吃多點蔬菜和吸引點茄紅素,當然無妨。這碗選了素食就有腐皮、粟米粒、杏鮑菇和蘿蔔,再加上湯底的番茄和洋蔥,我望到都覺得好吸引,個湯真係好濃厚香氣十足。

今日相約朋友到荃灣做瑜伽順道食個晚飯,經過路德圍有間樓下冰室,就入去食過晚餐🥣餐牌上有不同種類套餐及小食,還有餐廳的招牌菜。瑞士雞翼餐這裏的招牌雞翼基本上都看見每一台都會點的,雞翼配上瑞士汁醬偏向甜而不膩,雞皮充滿豉油的潤澤,鮮雜果沙律是用上新鮮蔬果,清爽鮮甜。滑蛋叉燒飯雞蛋炒得好滑好嫩,半熟蛋漿狀態,叉燒好新鮮,切薄片方便入口,連埋蔥花同埋特製的甜豉油,配埋白飯一齊食非常美味。韭菜餃子🥟餃子一碟有八隻,每隻份量亦不少,咬開見到很多韭菜豬肉,美味又多汁,兩邊煎到餃皮脆口,口感不錯👍奶茶紅豆冰配合甜甜地的紅豆蓉,茶味甘香,奶味濃郁,所以整體味道恰到好處,茶味和紅豆配合得不錯👍
