今日同朋友去完行街,之後想搵間餐廳坐低食返個下午茶。行過見到呢間茶餐廳客人又唔少,而且價錢又幾吸引。所以就同朋友坐低食返個下午茶。好幸運有張卡座坐,有自己既私人空間。座位與座位間有隔板,而且唔會太迫。睇完餐牌,好多野都好吸引,蕃茄通、瑞士雞脾、瑞士雞翼,好多唔同款式,十分滋味。我同朋友一人點了一份下午茶,仲加左$10配埋特飲,開心下。我點了一杯華田脆脆,係一杯凍華田再加好多華田脆脆粒係面,凍冰冰既華田好滋味,透心涼,上面的華田脆脆好好咬,脆卜卜,好正,口感跟味道都好好。另一杯是茶記經典既紅豆冰,香滑多豆,yummy yummy.我們仲叫多個小食。正呢個小食係麻辣脆雞粒,帶少少辣,但唔會超辣。外皮又脆卜卜,入面雞粒juicy,啖啖肉,一啖一粒超香口,超惹味。一份下午茶是吉列豬扒配薯角。呢度既下午茶份量都超大份。大大塊既吉列豬扒,塊豬扒仲大過隻手掌,炸到外皮金黃,但中間仍保持juicy,而且豬扒好腍身,好好味,啖啖肉。岩曬食肉獸。薯肉份量都唔少,熱辣辣。超豐盛。另一個下午茶點了瑞士雞脾配薯角。雞脾啖啖肉,而且超入味,超香濃滋味既瑞士汁,令每一啖雞脾都滲透左瑞士汁,又juicy又好味。呢度既瑞士雞脾真係無得彈,又唔會好重味精,味道岩岩好,正。呢個茶餐好豐富又好味。平平地質素又唔錯。 continue reading

今日去開荃灣買野,突然興起想食瑞士雞翼。上openrice見到呢間樓下冰室,好似好正咁,就一於去試下啦。去到見到都好爆場,經理都叫我哋要等一等,不過好快就入到去啦。量好體溫之後,就安排我哋坐左係個卡位度,附近都有板格一格開。餐牌啲選擇都好多,我哋睇左一輪就叫左幾樣野。飲品就上枱先,有菠蘿冰同綠椰冰。菠蘿冰有好多菠蘿,仲係新鮮架,唔係開罐頭果啲,我食極都食唔晒。而個綠椰冰就係椰汁冰同綠豆蓉,啲蓉都好多下,同埋椰汁飲真係一絕!小食我哋叫左3隻瑞士雞翼同芝士蒜蓉多士,個雞翼係全翼嚟,亦都好大隻下,食落啲肉好滑,啲汁都好入味,正。而個多士就大大塊熱辣辣上枱,烤得啱啱好,仲好脆。而啲芝士同蒜蓉都俾啲熱力溶左,好香好好食。而主食我哋叫左招牌胡椒豬肚滑雞米線同自家製蔥花叉燒滑蛋飯。個米線係驚為天人地大碗,以為兩個人食咁。入面啲配料多到食唔晒,而且好重胡椒味,冬天食好正。米線亦都好爽,飲埋啖湯就一絕。而個叉燒蛋飯亦都大大碗,啲蛋同叉燒多到睇唔到啲飯,叉燒入味又軟熟,蛋亦都好厚身,飯底仲有豉油,撈埋食好正。最後想一提啲侍應好有禮貌,仲會介紹啲野食,做到無停手都保持到禮貌,咁樣埋單都唔駛200蚊,好推薦大家去試下! continue reading

嘻。食咗好耐外賣,今晚決定出去食個晚餐。路德圍一向好多嘢食,間間都要排隊。今次揀左冰室,呢間瑞士雞翼好似好吸引,就試下啦。大概等左5分鐘左右就有位啦,餐廳全部位都隔左白色板,私隱度好高😂落單要舉高隻手!!餐牌都有好多不同款,睇落蕃茄湯米線都吸引😬所以點左呢啲👇🏻瑞士雞全翼:通常都係見雞中翼多,全翼小見啲。好多隻,上色均勻!食入口有小小酒香味,之後就甜甜地。全翼都醃得好入味,雞肉好滑有肉汁😬炸薯角:即點即炸熱辣辣,我好中意食薯角,就咁沾茄汁已經好好味啦牛乳炒蛋蕃茄米線值得一讚!個牛乳炒蛋真係好好食!好香蛋味又滑,唔會煮到又燶又老!蕃茄濃湯有茄肉,米線q彈唔會一patpat,讚👍🏻吉列豬扒:炸到好脆口,但唔會吉口,不過略嫌豬扒有點癡牙,唔夠淋身。胡椒豬肚雞米線:好大碗!個湯就咁飲會偏咸,不過配米線就岩岩好!雞肉豬肚都有好多件。雞肉好入味又夠滑。紅豆咖啡:紅豆夠淋身,咖啡又香,又幾好飲啵脆脆華田:阿華田加上脆脆米,一啲都唔甜,味道岩岩好🥰🥰呢度好多卡位,裝修又有懷舊feel,員工都好友善又有禮貌,讚👍🏻價錢唔算好貴,但食左好多野😋 continue reading

📍 樓下冰室一直都對蕃茄情有獨鍾,今次突登去左荃灣試下呢間主打蕃茄湯底既冰室。-- 餐牌食物選擇非常多,除左主食之外,亦有好多款小食任君選擇。飲品方面,除左一般大路既奶茶檸水,仲有好幾款特飲有得揀。--- 特色蕃茄濃湯通粉配牛乳炒蛋,牛油厚多士 $46蕃茄湯入面浸左好多新鮮蕃茄蓉,好濃郁。另外,牛乳炒蛋作為配角都同樣出色,炒蛋炒得相對乾身既同時亦保留到滑溜口感。牛油厚多士鬆脆可口,味道剛好。-- 招牌瑞士雞脾 $28雞脾顏色好深,應該鹵左好耐時間。食落口同想像既一樣,雞脾好入味,唔似出面有D餐廳咁只係得塊皮係有味。而且雞肉保持到嫩滑,非常有驚喜。--芝士焗西蘭花 $38西蘭花食落冇草青味,而且焗得岩岩好,唔會太硬又或者太淋。芝士汁很濃郁,健康得黎又好食。--華田脆脆 紅豆冰 單點各$22紅豆煮得好夠淋,甜度適中。另外華田脆脆味道濃郁,脆脆都落得好足料。---地址: 荃灣路德圍14-18號B舖 continue reading

最近經常在家工作,但不代表比在辦公室上班空閑,我和同事們依然非常忙碌,有無數的工作要處理。不過在家工作,則可以在家附近吃想吃的東西做午餐,不用帶飯或在公司附近還貴價便堂,也不錯啦。雖然說可以選自己想吃的東西,但食飯時間只有一小時,所以只能選擇港人最愛的茶餐廳,快速、便利的港人快餐,然後又回家中開會啦。特色蕃茄濃湯配牛乳炒蛋 $50湯通粉可以轉做螺絲粉、意粉、米線、公仔麵或湯飯,選擇甚多,今次選擇較少食的螺絲粉。蕃茄湯色好深,望落去好濃郁,入口有超濃蕃茄味,加上炒蛋,幾高質呀。而且可以配一款配菜,我當然食招牌的瑞士雞髀啦。大大隻雞髀,上曬瑞士汁色,好吸引。雞皮好Q彈,入曬味,果然是招牌呀。焗芝士西蘭花 $38想食點蔬菜,所以要份焗芝士西蘭花。西蘭花焗至好腍,放滿芝士醬,好食呀。去茶餐廳食飯,一定要喝杯奶茶和紅豆冰,奶夠香,茶夠滑,紅豆夠腍,甜度啱啱好。 continue reading
