茶餐廳在香港已經有好耐歷史,以前叫冰室,以前冰室不會講究裝修,最近興起一堆叫冰室熱潮,早前同阿媽去了荃灣行街,最近抽時間陪伴阿媽,在路德圍附近見到一間餐廳名字好特別,餐廳叫樓下冰室,我同阿媽入去樓下冰室試下啦 ,這裡地方不算好大,座位尚算舒適,我同阿媽好快点了蒜蓉多士炒蛋同番茄牛肉通粉和奶油豬仔包,2杯椰汁冰,我平時返工去下茶餐廳,對於服務不會太高要求,反正茶記不會期望有超好服務,我同阿媽坐下之後亦有店員主動走來寫野 ,服務態度又幾好,樓下冰室裝修格局感覺好簡約,先講下番茄牛肉通粉,番茄牛肉通粉的番茄湯底十分濃郁,湯頭味道亦不會太咸,牛肉亦都味道不錯,奶油豬仔包亦都烘得幾好吃 ,牛油似乎少咗些小,蒜蓉多士炒蛋反而味道一般,蒜蓉味較淡,炒蛋夠滑,椰汁冰就好好飲,椰汁並不會太甜 ,平時不飲甜野阿媽都話幾好飲,價錢大眾化,兩個人只是吃了120元左右,樓下冰室的出品是水準幾好 ,可以下次再來

再講個通粉,滑蛋不錯,口感算係滑溜,只係熟左少少,如果再流身少少就perfect 。
番茄濃湯底唔會太咸或太重味,算係濃得黎帶點番茄本身的酸甜味,而且佢通粉用左我最愛的滑身通粉(最憎食有坑紋果隻),而且煮得爽口彈牙,配上番茄湯及滑蛋就更加正!

蕃茄湯通粉配芝士菠菜炒蛋
誰說吃茶餐廳不健康。來個蕃茄湯,補充抗氧化物番茄红素,有效預防前列腺癌,還可以防止皮膚被紫外線曬傷。

餐牌裡的蕃茄湯,又濃厚又滿佈粒粒茄肉。實物有點落差。吃下去,又未至於太差。湯雖不稠,但帶新鮮蕃茄味,而且不時吃到蕃茄肉。調味也可以,不會太甜或太酸。通粉值得一讚,軟硬度剛好。

芝士菠菜炒蛋是亮點。蛋看上去實實的,太熟了吧。沒想到中間仍有蛋汁,而且夾著芝士,第一口咬下去時,拉出芝士絲,都幾驚喜。蕃茄炒蛋、菠菜芝士,從來都是最佳拍檔。

焗鮮茄豬扒飯
上枱第一個反應,份量很大。新鮮出爐,熱辣辣,汁仍在冒出泡泡。芝士下得很足,融在茄汁之上。偏深色的汁,跟想像中的鮮紅蕃茄色不同,味沒那麼清新。濃稠的茄汁,配以新鮮蕃茄的做法更入味,又不失清新。

薄薄的豬扒,醃得很入味,也煎得十分可口。有肥有瘦,豬扒邊的那條脂肪,油香得難以捨棄。飯炒得乾身又不油膩。飯粒夾雜蛋碎,蛋香跟飯香混為一體。濃稠的茄汁,伴飯吃,味道剛好。汁跟飯的比例剛好,兩者都沒多沒少,我倆吃個清光。

要是能加幾塊菠蘿,本身的多汁,加上酸度添上清新和刺激口水分泌,會更好吃。豬扒厚一點,口感會更實在。整體都幾滿意。

我們三個人叫左兩個餐, 其實都夠晒, 因想食D疏菜, 所以叫左個芝士焗西蘭花, 因為即刻整的, 所以要等耐少少, 仕應細心的提醒我們啱啱焗出嚟, 好熱的. 好香芝士的味道, 同埋份量俾我想像多, 每件西蘭花都吸埋芝士, 好味呀, 唔會焗到過火, 時間都控制得幾好. 保持青綠色的西蘭花, 又甜又爽口.

又同蝦餅黎個週末齊搵食,行極都無咩啱,之後見到呢間,有d人龍,應該ok,就呢間,拎定飛等蝦餅啱啱好呢間明顯賣蕃茄產品,不是蕃茄湯底,就是肉醬我為脆豬,最平40蚊既常餐,有粉,火腿,蛋同脆豬,跟熱飲,夠啦脆豬食到面脆,但包質太輕,太鬆軟,去不到脆豬的滿口脆脆,有點失望茶餐廳效率好高,呢頭落左加10蚊轉紅豆冰,嗰頭想轉同價轉既奶茶紅豆冰已經太遲,杯冰已到,算吓,有機會再飲紅豆冰比較都係奶同冰比較多,紅豆都夠淋同清甜,幸好糖水輕手,整體都ok反而茄通幾驚喜,茄味好出,酸酸甜甜,食到茄肉,牛肉好淋,無筋,分量仲有好多,抵食肉醬意粉好厲害,啖啖肉碎,味夠濃郁,醬夠稠,撈無調味的意粉啱啱好,份量都多,蝦餅都飽
