After living in California for so long, I am so spoiled by the USDA Prime grade steak in US. It is really hard to find really good US style steak in HK. Not only the quality of steak is hard to find, but also the way they cook it. Usually when you order medium rare in HK, you won't really get medium rare. Any ways, there are a few pretty good steak house in HK I would suggest and Morton's is one of the best.Here you can find real USDA Prime grade steak and real US portion (huge). Everything
Here you can find real USDA Prime grade steak and real US portion (huge). Everything you order here is huge and this remind me of my home. This place is way better than Lawry's Hong Kong. At least Morton's in Hong Kong really taste almost like the US one.
If you look for romantic dinner, here is also a good place to go. Highly recommend for steak lovers.
