老婆生日 老公請食好西🥳想黎潮聖好耐 老公好叻咁book到位一踏入餐廳職員已經好好服務態度老公request左想坐window seat又真係安排到 好開心呀🥰🥰職員遞上menu見到有自己個名架😍好surprise 大鄉里第一次見😌先上頭盤 個包熱辣辣 點埋牛油真係好好食個洋葱湯真係好好好好飲 濃味但又唔會死咸平時唔好洋蔥湯既老公都飲哂職員好好咁主動幫我地影相又影左張即影即有到主菜喇我嗌左魚 三文魚柳煎到剛剛好 好滑個人略嫌個黑醋汁偏甜老公嗌牛Medium真係啱啱好 超嫩有跟兩個配菜添薯條條條都好乾身 脆卜卜 磨菇好入味呀 份量超多兩杯飲杯都好正襯埋個background真係不得了去到最後仲有甜品兩個跟餐一個係生日送既我想講係焦糖蛋係勁好食我好飽都忍唔住食哂🤤🤤🤤食lunch黎講 性價比無得彈!!!食物質素,服務態度,餐廳環境全部都 繼續閱讀

老公生日當然要食餐好,某日行經對面嘅K11 MUSEA抬頭一望就見到Morton’s,就靈機一觸決定嚟呢度慶生。之前上網睇comments見個個都係叫Steak & Lobster Menu,所以就叫3份呢個set。店員首先奉上餐包,餐包充滿洋葱香味而且熱辣辣好新鮮。龍蝦湯(Lobster Bisque)非常濃郁,而且仲有不少龍蝦肉係入面。凱撒沙律(Caesar Salad)沙律菜夠新鮮,而且仲有一片片芝士同一塊蒜蓉包喺面,非常開胃。嚟呢度就係為咗食佢嘅牛扒,叫三個set就可以試其中三款唔同嘅牛扒。以下呢款係肉眼牛扒(Centre-cut Prime Ribeye) 16oz,肉質較林身亦不失肉味,小朋友最愛呢款牛扒。另一份就揀咗紐約西冷牛扒(Signature Cut Prime New York Strip) 20oz,西冷嘅肉味就比較濃郁,外層仲帶一點點炭燒嘅味道,我就比較喜歡呢個西冷。第三份就當然試返呢度嘅signature免翁牛柳(Center-cut Filet Mignon) 6oz,免翁牛柳係牛肉中最嫩滑嘅部位,脂肪較少,6安士牛柳份量最適中,呢個真係必食推介!除牛扒外,呢個set仲有另一海鮮類作主菜,當然要各一份試試啦!三款海鮮類我哋覺得珍寶蟹餅(Crab Cake)係最驚艷,蟹餅嘅蟹肉係一柳柳,好有口感!另外嘅煙肉焗帶子(Bacon wrapped Sea Scallops)同樣出色,帶子有檸檬嘅橫切面咁大,用煙肉包住再煎香,帶子唔會過熟,肉質仍然非常彈牙,另外仲可以配合果蓉一齊食,絕對係一個美味而清新嘅配搭!反而龍蝦尾(Lobster Tail)我個人就覺得一般,肉質唔算十分彈牙,但都正常可接受,另外可以點牛油汁一齊食。芝士松露炸薯條(Parmesan & Truffle Fries)超級好味,薯條炸得外脆內軟,上面再灑上芝士同松露,真係食到停唔到口,而且雖然係side dish,但係份量都非常多,真係充滿驚喜!為咗平衡番牛扒同薯條嘅油膩感,所以其中一份side dish就揀咗忌廉菠菜(Creamed Spinach),同樣都係大大份,好香好creamy。最後就到食甜品,法式焦糖布甸(Cream Brûlée)面層嘅脆糖做得猶如一塊薄薄的玻璃片,稍微用少許力度就能「破冰」食到下層嘅布甸,布甸帶有雲呢嗱籽,食落香而滑。另一款甜品就係焗暖心朱古力餅(Hot Chocolate Cake),其實即係我哋平時講嘅「心太軟」,朱古力味道香濃而不太甜,再配上雲呢嗱雪糕,一冷一熱的交融為口腔形成強烈對比。預先同餐廳講咗慶祝生日,所以餐廳都會有特別安排,餐牌會有壽星名字,仲會有即影即有相連賀卡,另外還有一個梳乎厘蛋糕,好有心思!所以如果有慶祝活動,Morton’s絕對會係我嘅私心推介💖 繼續閱讀

與友人吃越南菜, 搶付款的我, 搶輸了, 這次是我請客吧, 貴很多倍? SO..., 上月去Ruth's Chris, 友人爭贏, 我無同大家講啫...疫市下的高檔食肆, 每間都超好生意, 對面街的半島酒店, 除了那間日本菜之外, 中法瑞三間, 都全月滿座, 二十八樓的Felix, 因暫時只星期六營業, 更三個月都一位難求, 但相比這一街之隔的牛扒店, 好像比較冷清.有幫襯過Motron's的, 都應該會與我同一感覺, 這個午市套餐, 實在太超值, 不計那前菜的龍蝦湯, 不計那頭盤的焗龍蝦尾, 再不計那原本要收費的配菜和甜品, 在晚市, 最便宜的一件牛扒, 就已經要六百多元,  而現在, 同樣是六百多元, 但就包括了以上四項, 不超值乎???一枝在759阿信屋賣十多元San Pellegrino, 這裡要HKD105, 飲落....的確係好味過759果枝, 哈! 唔信!? 你要試下喇..., 順便問下待應, 有甚麼Wine by Glass 好介紹, 她回答, 食生蠔, 飲Chablis ! 我話: Good! 就一杯Chablis吧! 友人追問: 今日我地食生蠔咩?? ...我問: 唔係, 咁使唔使改?? , Louis Jadot, Chablis, Burgundy, 2019, HKD160/杯, 無論如何, 氣味與口腔內的味道都滿意, So..., 餐牌上寫"Burgundy", 低擋了一點吧? 高檔西餐, 應該寫"bourgogne"才有格!友人午餐後要駕車, 不酒, 要了一杯MOCKTAILS, FLY ME TO THE MOON, HKD70, 餐牌介紹: Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice, Cocktail Mix and Sugar Syrup, SO..., this is...果汁溝果汁, 還嫌未夠甜??? 加多一湯匙"糖水"? OKAY??? Good! i love it!! Well... 我想起...法蘭仙納杜拉.. 應該會很喜歡此杯Fly me to the moon.... XD Lobster Bisque (龍蝦湯), 跟餐是免費的, 有幫襯過晚市, 都知道一碗比教大少少的龍蝦湯, 收費要HKD188, 如今午市跟餐送埋, 重想點!?! Btw... 大家有無飲過Baxters的Lobster Bisque? 味道...Crab Cake (珍寶蟹餅), 同樣是跟午餐, 這與晚市有異, 份量與口味都不同, 但晚市的珍寶蟹餅, 索價HKD460, 而這件則跟餐免費, 唔識講了... Lobster Tail (深海龍蝦尾),  不再重複之前的廢話, 晚市價HKD540, 這是我吃過最好口感的"波士頓龍蝦", 重點是口感, 不是味道, 無論如何, 波士頓龍蝦, 平價貨, 不可能與本地或澳龍比, 但非雪藏新鮮的波士頓龍蝦, 仍然甚好味, 味道而言, 我估這不會是新鮮貨, 但口感絕對無得頂!Signature Cut Prime New York Strip 紐約西冷牛扒 20oz, 另加HKD550,  無需學飲食節目那些主持人的繪形繪聲形容了吧, 與Ruth's Chris 的比較, 欠了牛油味.Center-Cut Prime Ribeye (肉眼牛扒) 16oz, 另加HKD400, 眼闊肚窄, 竟然食唔晒..., btw, 前菜頭盤和配菜, 實在太多.Signature Side Disk (配菜), 選了兩款: Lyonnaise Potatoes 洋蔥炒薯仔, Jumbo Asparagus 珍寶蘆筍, 兩款都是大份量, 最後幾乎無食, 原碟放檯回收, 真折墮... sosad...Morton's Legendary Hot Chocolate Cake (莫其頓經典焗暖心朱古力餅), 長長的甜品名, 其實即是一般甜品店的"心太軟", 已經飽到無心機影那漏出來的朱古力了.Cream Brulee (法式焦糖布甸), 友人竟然還可以把全件清空, 我就飽到起唔到身.六百多元一位的午餐, 兩位, 即千三元, 但最後可以吃出了接近三千大元, 還貴過前天去的半島Gaddis, 完全是自作孽.... 繼續閱讀

想食呢間扒房好耐,今年係特別既一年,冇出走過HK, 就係Xmas食一餐好西啦🥰😋.Window side可遠望維港景色及鄰近建築物,天色又好。.Steak and Lobster Menu $688 per set.Starter: Lobster bisque 🦞😋香濃幼滑龍蝦湯,有淡淡既乾邑酒香,仲有新鮮龍蝦肉,唔使講...享受吧😌.Entree: Signature Cut Prime NY Strip 20oz 加$550轉了呢塊紐約西冷牛扒,20oz好大塊,但真心高質,外層有炭燒香味,一切開中間肉汁流出,肉味濃而嫩。.Lobster 🦞 Tail新鮮🦞尾肉質彈牙,以簡單既牛油烤焗已經足夠。.Dessert: Cream Brûlée Cream Brûlée看似簡單,但呢間真係整得好食,好香滑,焦糖又適中。.Morton's Legendary Hot Chocolate Cake流心朱古力蛋糕唔會好甜,配搭Vanilla ice cream一齊食,classic but delicious!!.自己好鍾意食海鮮同甜品,呢一餐滿足晒我既喜愛😋🥰...真心正! 繼續閱讀

Since we can’t eat dinner outside this year, we chose to have Christmas meal as late lunch. Fortunately, we could still book a table three days ahead with a deposit of $1000 for two people. There were two sets of meal either the steak and lobster set or Christmas set. We looked through and quite like the steak and lobster set. The onion bread was hot and crunchy, it tasted so good with the butter. Lobster bisque:The lobster soup was quite thick in terms of texture. We could tasted a very strong beer flavour after the first sip. I believed that they cook the lobster with beer because I could taste it even more after biting into it. We ordered a center cut filet mignon 6oz and a Center cut prime ribeye 16oz. Since I wasn’t too hungry so 6oz was perfect for me and the ribeye was as big as my hand. I don’t know how my friend is going to finish it but she did after sharing some with me. The texture for both was tender and juicy. We were very happy with the temperature of the meat. We both got the lobster tail to go with the steak, it was amazing! It was so meaty and crunchy. It was my first time dipping the lobster into the melted butter. It tasted quite good. As for our sides, the Parmesan and truffle fries was big enough to share with two people, they were crispy and full of flavour. I love the sautéed button mushrooms, they were so tasty. I love the grassy flavour. I kept wondering how to cook this mushroom so that the size stay the same. To finish off, we had the cream brûlée and hot chocolate cake. Both of the portion was big so we couldn’t finish it. But they were both very yummy, the cream brûlée was eggy and smooth. The chocolate cake was nice and warm, the sweetness was perfect for us. 繼續閱讀
