慶祝節日方法很多,吃得有品味、情調、食物質素缺一不可。這裡的牛扒真是一絕,不論肉質、口感、熟成度都恰如其分。Steakhouse之位無可置疑。首入場有員工會介紹當天seasonal dish,還有display各個牛的部位,充分表達每個選擇的大小、肉質。上了速成的牛牛課程,對於我們挑選也省卻不少時間。點餐過後,有一個大大洋蔥蒜蓉包奉上,配上牛油也是不錯的餐前小吃。 海鮮拼盤有蠔、亞拉斯加長腳蟹、contail shirmp及拆好的蟹肉蟹腳肉。非常窩心的是按人數而點配,彈性處理。各樣海鮮都十分鮮甜,特別是生蠔及蟹肉。 Crab cake比較在餐廳少有,而且在此獲高度好評,must have item。每一口都是一絲絲蟹肉以及有少量蟹膏。調味得宜、醬汁也配襯得出色。美中不足是擺盤方面有點瑕疵。 Bond-in ribeye (22oz)This is so amazing steak I ever have. Medium-rare, perfectly! 我沒有任何補充。 Truffle fries作為薯類瘋狂者,this is must item for me。但個人認為芝士比例太多,蓋過黑松露的香氣,而且薯條較幼,吃下去較為oily。 生日又少不免birthday cake,但我挑選了soufflé作為蛋糕。味道較甜、但完成度是十分高。看著海景的晚餐,享受至極。服務也相對貼心,員工較多比較容易控制場面。另外,最後給我們的合照也有醉人夜景,但個人認為相機質素可以先upgrade,哈哈。I am so upsad I didn’t order any drink at this restaurant because I am sick. 星期六的夜晚,尖沙咀海傍的晚餐。好多人曾經推介過佢,話係the best,要我一定去試。可惜或許是期望過高,多少有些失望。回頭率:🌕🌕🌕🌑🌑環境:🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑服務:🌕🌕🌕🌑🌑份量:🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑味道:🌕🌕🌕🌗🌑價錢:HKD1100/Pal  ◆Summary◇經典美式扒房,環境優雅但較為嘈雜,服務態度普通,食物選擇唔少,份量偏大,所以價格相對稍貴。味道方面中上,龍蝦系列同蘆筍好出色,其餘普通,甜品一般。整體性價比中等。————————————————————————◆Steak & Seafood Set◇ HKD 7881️⃣Bread🍞好大一個包,嚇親我地。味道喺淡淡的蒜香餐包,軟熟微暖,搭配極為軟身的牛油口感相當唔錯。只不過個人都喺更加偏愛法包,中意果種麵粉香味以及麵包的柔韌度。2️⃣Shrimp Cocktail/龍蝦湯◆Shrimp Cocktail◇ 三隻大蝦肉質彈牙,雞尾酒汁清新開胃,但蝦味略顯不足◆龍蝦湯◇最佳龍蝦湯,極為濃郁的龍蝦味,濃稠而不膩,仲有龍蝦肉喺入面3️⃣龍蝦尾/蟹餅◆龍蝦尾🦞◇焗得啱啱好,隱約仲有些炭燒風味◆蟹餅◇ 蟹肉較為大塊所以餅比較鬆散,蟹味唔突出,所幸鹹度適中4️⃣Filet 6oz(Medium rare)肉質鮮嫩有汁,不愧為最嫩的部位。肉味并唔算非常突出,脂肪含量極低的緣故亦令到最後感覺太乾。只能說菲力唔喺我杯茶。5️⃣Grilled Asparagus/Cream Spinach ◆Grilled Asparagus◇淋上黑醋,酸酸甜甜非常開胃;◆Cream Spinach◇ 味道清淡,望落好多Cream,但喺食落主要喺牛油味然後喺菠菜味,忌廉的奶味反而好弱,而且菠菜頗為大條,唔算太好咬6️⃣Chocolate Cake/Lime Tart◆Chocolate Cake◇ 介乎心太軟同朱古力蛋糕同Brownie之間的口感,外圍偏乾中間半流心,整體好甜好漏◆Lime Tart◇ 個人認為味道較為人造,冇紐約芝士蛋糕咁扎實,打住清新旗號卻極為甜膩💁🏻‍♀️比起Intercontinental,哩度份量更大,雖然以每oz單價黎講哩度近乎半價,但喺10oz起跳導致最平牛扒都要HKD700+💁🏻‍♀️其實唔喺好明點解Steak & Seafood Set要強行全枱叫,本身想一個叫set一個叫另一款扒都唔得,導致凈喺可以試到Filet而印象又一般,唔喺太想再黎試其他💁🏻‍♀️點餐時候侍應態度唔算好好,有少少唔耐煩,多少印象分扣左💁🏻‍♀️雖然有海景睇,樓底低座位稍逼,隔離枱啲聲可以聽得好清楚,其實幾嘈‼️個人扒房排名👇🏻1. Intercon THE STEAK HOUSE winebar + grill (滿分全能選手)2. La Vache! (性價比取勝)3. Wolfgang's steakhouse (曾經第一,試左Intercon之後覺得失色)4. Morton's of Chicago (份量好大每oz單價最低,但水準一般)5. 友人去外國進修 知佢好鍾意食扒 朋友安排來Morton. 價錢不算平 但份量十足 食左Seafood plate 我再叫左 20oz Signature steak Medium rare. 真係有驚喜! 真係啱啱好 非常夠肉味 我只落salt and pepper. 20oz 真心好飽。 So far 係香港食過最好嘅牛扒。 有叫side dishes dessert. 整體非常滿意😍😍 繼續閱讀

Plenty of people have mentioned about Morton’s for its high quality steak.I finally had my chance to visit. Although we booked our table a month ago, when we arrived on time, we were told that our table wasn't ready yet and we had to wait at the bar table for 15 mins. We were arranged a window seat withthe stunning Victoria Harbour’s sea view.  The tables were quite packed and noisy in the restaurant.The waitress serving our table was fabulous. She patiently explained to us the choice of steak and served us with great smile. We ordered seafood platter, steak, potato mash and crème brulee. All the portions were so huge that we two people could not finish them!All the food were amazing and impressive as people described. There was nothing I could complain about the food. Although the waitress serving my table was excellent, some of the waiters’ services (particularly the senior ones) were clearly below thestandard you would expect from a renowned restaurant. They were cocky when they served us and when we left the restaurant, they were just standing  at the reception chatting and without even greeting us goodbye (even though they clearly saw us).I would come visit again – hopefully they could put more effort in their services – which clearly matters one’s impression of a restaurant.   繼續閱讀

男朋友好鐘意食牛扒, 所以佢生日都打算同佢搵間食扒既餐廳慶祝, 而且係佢生日所以想搵間好少少既餐廳一路係Openrice到搵左陣, 就見到呢間, 最吸引既係佢可以係menu到加生日既日期同名, 仲有 Happy Birthday, 都幾特別, 所以就即刻打電話去book打去book位都好順利, 同埋佢都會問你係咪特別既日子黎慶祝, 佢就會幫你mark低同問生日果位既名, 應該係拎黎係menu到加返當日6點我地就到左, 一入到去唔算好多人, 男朋友坐低見到個寫左佢個名同Happy Birthday 既 menu後都幾開心, 仲即時影相放上IG story之後waiter拎左"一盆肉"同我地逐一介紹, 大概都係講係咩扒同重量...聽完我地就再睇menu就落單,我地叫左幾樣野加枝酒過多陣佢就拎左個包黎, 睇左食評都話個包唔錯, 食落真係唔錯, 少少蔥味, 幾香口Jumbo lump crab cake表面煎過,食落口淡淡都係蟹肉Bone-in Ribeye 22oz 比預期中更大塊我地叫左medium rare,煎得岩岩好兩個人share都好夠好似係焗椰菜加芝士,都不錯黑松露薯條應該係即刻炸,好脆最後餐廳送上梳乎厘蛋糕,又為我同男朋友影相,再將相放入一張簽滿員工名既生日卡。呢d位係幾加分既 繼續閱讀
