Lunch. Counter seating 12, with 3 chefs. Served by Japanese Head Chef. 2 Sukiyaki Sets to choose from: $480 or $600; with the latter offering egg rice and a 4th piece of chuck roll.Went for the former. Here’s what we had.Bamboo shoot in mustard sauce. (Forgot to take photo).Steamed egg custard with a lot of clams. Tasted very fresh. Sukiyaki2 pieces of Kyoto Princess Sirloin. Flawlessly cooked. Served with orange-red egg, miso soup, pickles and unlimited refills of rice.

Assorted Japanese vegetables, including:
-春菊 (Chrysanthemum leaves,
similar to 皇帝菜) with slight bitter taste.
-淡路島新洋蔥: very juicy and sweet.
-tofu
-leeks
-mushrooms
-vermicelli
Dessert: milk tea IceCream
In summary: delightful meal coupled with excellent service. Taste of the sauce was just right- not too sweet.
