This has always been a place for me to get some good Xiao Long Bao. Even though this chain shop has been expanding worldwide, the quality has still been at its’ highest. Din Tai Fung has always strive themselves for their outstanding services and food quality. I have been to many Din Tai Fung around the world and the food quality are about the same. I came to the Tsim Sha Tsui location for lunch by myself as I wanted to have the xiao long bao and the dan dan noodles. The noodles came with a thick peanut sauce which cling to the noodles, very tasty and fragrant. The xiao long bao, was hot and steamy. The outer skin was thin and almost transparent.
It was a good fix for a cold winter day. The meal definitely was able to warm me up for the rest of the day.
