My families and I weynt to a restaurant called " How awesome"(巧得鍋) located in Shop 12-14, 1/F, Sing Win Factory Building, 15-17 Shing Yip Street, Kwun Tong(觀塘成業街15-17號成運工業大廈1樓12-14舖) .------------------------------There are natural color wooden plates paved the exterior and also the interior of the restaurant.This restaurant is very spacious and well lighted.----- ---------------------Each table is equipped with a ceramic panel for BBQ and a stainless steel stove for hotpot.---------------------

These scallops are soooooo sweet and fresh.
They are sooooo sweet that just like glazed with syrups.
We ate them by grilling them on the hot ceramic panel.
Very affordable and highly recommended.

Minced shrimp and pork mixture filling.
The dumplings are super bouncy and springy!!!
One of the best dumplings that I had ever tasted!Must order item!!

The presentation is quite appealing.
But the meat has not very intense beef flavours.

All the flavours are there.But nothing wows me.

This restaurant has a new decor with comparatively spacious environment than that of other restaurants.

But majority of the staff is quite passive and not responsive enough.

The hygiene of the restaurant is good.
------------------------------
But I saw an appalling scene when I just step out the lift which a pile of rubbish and numerous garbage bins appear in front of me.

I understand that area not belongs to the the restaurant. But it already affect the first and overall perception.
------------------------------
I strongly advise that the restaurant communicates with this building management institution/organization to improve this situation.
