We went for restaurant week. The lobster bisque and the salad was nice so we looked forward to rest of the meal... but very very bad wine selection... and even in my dessert, egg shells came out from my cheesecake.... it was very disappointing....will not be visiting this place again...

男朋友一直都好想,梨試《28天乾熟成牛扒》~見佢生日就豪一次啦~當日因爲係平日既關係,所以餐廳比較小人💓影出梨既相好似包左場咁🤣呢到除左食物大大份又好味,重有樣野都係好值得一讚既。就係佢地既服務態度真係非常好。當日我男朋友生日,咁我地叫左個cake寫左生日字。跟住當出蛋糕既時候,有對孖仔服務員拎住蛋糕出梨,唱生日歌而唔係普通既生日歌~好特別的~好正~有機會試下就會明😊重送左張即影即有比我地添~

碟上嘅油嚟到嘅時候仲係吱吱咋咋,餐廳話油係用咗牛嘅脂肪加秘製配料,味道帶點牛嘅香酥味,唔使點其他醬汁已經好好食!

一年一度團年飯又到了,同事們相約到中環wolfgang食個靚扒,為過去一年的辛勞劃上完美句號! 一踏入餐廳已經聞到香噴噴的煎牛扒味,充滿整個環境!呢間出名食牛扒,大家都點了Rib eyes, crab cake等!吃得出牛扒外焦內嫩,Medium也可以做到呢個入口即溶感覺,牛香濃,實在難得!

食Blunch, 點咗wolfgang porterhouse steak, medium熟,前所未有嘅牛食經歷,牛肉(新肉,即係劏咗無耐就由美國直送香港,一般凍到死實), 再在香港自家熟成(Dry aged), 好好食,份量啱啱好(本人係食肉獸)。美國cowboy對牛肉嘅處理別有風味,豪邁剛烈,熟成嘅肉經過適當嘅發酵,激活牛肉,令牛肉第二次活過來,味度甘香有層次、質感嫩滑又有彈性,最簡單嘅調味,加上焦香,每一啖味蕾都徘徊喺牛嘅野性和嫵媚之間。最感動喺係香港食牛肉唔難(要大舊大舊食,周圍都無難度) ,但要食到非批發商提供嘅一般食材,感覺味覺能夠出走香港,係一次難忘而充滿溫度嘅牛食經歷。客服也親切,氣氛舒服,而且係我最care嘅乾淨。唔係平,但一下次一定會再試肉眼;但如果你只係鍾意大啖大啖吞肉、唔理味度深度層次嘅、牛嚼牡丹嘅,就可能唔啱你啦。

來自紐約著名的扒房 - Wolfgang's steakhouse,繼在日本、韓國開分店後,剛在六月登陸香港。今次試左多款名菜,最令人難忘係佢地signature嘅Porterhouse T-bone steak。紐約扒出名在於用上USDA Prime等級牛肉乾式熟成超過28天,肉味更加集中。厚厚的牛扒淋上煮滾的牛油,令外層帶點脆香。一切開,牛扒內𥚃呈嫩紅色,medium rare,正!肉汁亦比較juicy,嫩滑,牛脂比例亦不錯。

實在是太吵了!簡直無法忍受!食品水準一般,酒水選項不錯。但必須再次說環境實在太吵了!任何心情和食慾都被這噪音毀了。點了前菜包括蟹餅,雞尾酒大蝦,加拿大培根。主菜點了3人份porter house,蘑菇,土豆泥,洋蔥圈。 味道只能說很一般,生熟的掌控也不好,部分牛肉過熟。甜點沒有驚喜。只能說是普通。如果不是生日餐要來這裡,估計以後不會再來。實在讓人非常失望。一個大的全球品牌,來到香港竟然如此不堪。 讓人質疑這家店到底有沒有心在經營。

I came here a couple weeks ago on  night out with friends. I had literally the most amazing steak I have ever had in my life. I had Wolfgang's signature salad, German potatoes, and a Porterhouse steak. The steak was just the right amount of rare and juicy. This place would make Ron Swanson proud. The staff were just the right amount of attentive. The decor and the lighting all added to the overall ambience of the place. Definitely THE BEST I've ever been to in Hong Kong.

I actually don't eat steak but everyone that I went with  who does eat steak, really enjoyed it. I was still able to enjoy myself as they have a great salmon and plenty of veggie options such as German potatoes, corn and creamed spinach which are all very tasty! I also liked the enviroment a lot, It was so comfortable and nice!

Been wanting to visit for a while. I had the privilege to go recently and I must say thoroughly enjoyed the steak! It was grilled to perfection. Pink in the middle and incredibly juicy and not to mention the fries <3 definitely coming back again

又是為食促成的一次 在instagram 及facebook 看到不只一位朋友check in 這裡,被熟成肉 dry-aged steak 吸引了,決定紀念日來試一試。當天星期一,公眾假期,lunch 人並不多,店內行classy 木飾設計,頗有格調,但氣氛不拘謹,可能是中午時間,倒算是蠻casual。Lunch set 和 A La Carte 都有點,什麼也想試一下~ Lunch set 有湯、8oz steak 和甜品,才三百多元,以吃steak來說,性價比頗高。點了個牛油果沙律,很fresh,蝦也算爽甜,牛油果熟得剛好,3.5/5。超愛吃海鮮的我也點了個crab cake,不太散,蟹肉比例足夠,料算足,4/5。再來牛扒,這種dry-aged for 28 days 的steak 特點是肉汁和肉味都鎖得很好,要有心理準備dry aged steak 不像不般steak般軟的質感,這種肉會比較韌和厚一樣,咬下去的彈性不一樣,油脂肥肉亦不多,是另一種美味。亦會有種肉膻味,但很好吃,會很上癮的那種,若果你喜歡吃肉的話。味道想濃一點便可點店內特有的steak sause 或加鹽,跟肉味

超愛吃海鮮的我也點了個crab cake,不太散,蟹肉比例足夠,料算足,4/5。

再來牛扒,這種dry-aged for 28 days 的steak 特點是肉汁和肉味都鎖得很好,要有心理準備dry aged steak 不像不般steak般軟的質感,這種肉會比較韌和厚一樣,咬下去的彈性不一樣,油脂肥肉亦不多,是另一種美味。亦會有種肉膻味,但很好吃,會很上癮的那種,若果你喜歡吃肉的話。
味道想濃一點便可點店內特有的steak sause 或加鹽,跟肉味很配,我頗喜歡,4/5。

最後的 Cheesecake 也不錯,不過已經飽到不行,吃下來有點撐,3.5/5。

整體餐廳不錯,喜歡肉的可以一試,尤其Lunch set。看到食評有些參差,大概每個人口味和expectation不一樣。不過有一點是,以餐廳的級數,若餐廳職員可更專業、能親切地提供一些介紹,會更為加分。

There were empty tables but we were seated very close to one another table. For starters, the restaurant was very loud and guests were unnecessarily crowded together. There were empty tables but we were seated very close to one another table. Something I've seen someone has also commented about previously as well.

We ordered a chopped salad, lobster bisque, rib eye steak (medium) with baked potatoes on the side and a cheesecake for dessert.

First came the bread basket. The bread was cold and dry. However can't complain much as it was complimentary.

Next came the chopped salad and lobster bisque. The salad came highly recommended by the waiter but was pretty disappointing as it was overly salty. Lobster bisque was alright except the whole time I was trying to get a hold of some fresh ground pepper but sadly the waitress didn't come around until I was almost finished.

Then came the rib eye which I had specifically requested it to be made medium. The steak was way too underdone, almost blue. Needless to say I was already very disappointed as this was the dish I was most looking forward to. The steak was so rare that some parts of it were difficult cut through or bite into. I informed the waitress and best they could offer was to cook it a bit more. After about 10mins, the steak still hasn't returned and I asked another waiter what's going on. Instead of proactively trying to assist me, he told me he shouldn't get involved (that was a real wtf moment). When the steak returned, it was still underdone and I gave up, this meal had been completely ruined. By the way, this time I wasn't even offered fresh ground pepper, I had to ask for it.

When dessert came, the manager came to tell us that due to the "slight" mishap on the steak the cheesecake would be on the house. It was a nice gesture but frankly, you mess up my $800 steak and try to get away with it by giving me a $98 piece of cake?

Also by the way, this was my birthday dinner --- which they were well aware as well since they wrote Happy Birthday for me on the plate.

There are definitely more expensive steakhouses out there but Wolfgang's is not cheap. When charging ~$1600 for a meal, there are certain expectations and minimum requirements you should reach, of which Wolfgang's was far from achieving. Service, food, ambience were all a disappointment.

Simply put, this steakhouse couldn't even get its steak right. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant, unless you want to play a prank on your friend or you just want to get back at someone.

親愛的自從係New York去過一間牛扒店之後一直念念不忘,知道佢黎左香港開店,就話要帶我去試下。餐廳位於中環小街入面,不過並唔難搵Book左9點鐘,去到仲未有位,先被安排坐bar枱飲住等點左杯Cosmopolitan🍸,見到調酒師好專心去調教佢每一杯飲品。另外一杯白酒都好好飲👍🏻👍🏻可能見我地坐咁耐仲未有位,所以送上一份鮮制薯片🥔,熱辣辣,好香薯味,好好味😋等左十幾分鐘後終於有位。餐廳都算幾嘈,好在被安排坐係靠邊既位置,唔會太嘈餐牌選擇唔太多,重點一定係牛🐮,今晚因為夜唔想食咁多,所以我地只係點左一份steak for 2,同埋一份potato西餐例牌都會有麵包🍞,呢度除左麵包外仲有幾塊脆卜卜既野,咸咸地。麵包入面仲有煙肉🥓,好香好味,忍唔住食晒成個🙊終於等到主角出場,我地要medium🐮。份steak上枱前已被解體,一黎到就聞到好香既煎牛扒味,碟上面既油仲好滾,聽到gigi聲,侍應叮囑我地千萬唔好摸隻碟,因為仲好熱🔥肉望落去比較生,有d似medium rare,但因為好香,所以忍唔住都要先試一啖。外層好香脆,雖然咁生,但入口好林,唔會𡁻唔到,可能因為係dry-aged關係,所以肉質

肉望落去比較生,有d似medium rare,但因為好香,所以忍唔住都要先試一啖。
外層好香脆,雖然咁生,但入口好林,唔會𡁻唔到,可能因為係dry-aged關係,所以肉質可以保持鮮嫩,肉味濃郁😋

跟住係cottage fried,似開頭食既薯片,都係新鮮炸出黎,不過size就大好多😆,同埋呢份係厚切,好有咬口。
