Craving for American Style Steak, so we all (5 people) went to Wolfgang steak house which just opened not long ago. Typical setting as an American steak house, but through out the night, it was pretty noisy, which never happens if you go to a nice steak house in U.S. Ordered the seafood platter, I adored those jumbo lump crab meat! Wolfgang Salad is recommended by the staffs, however, it is only few tomato, shrimp and Canadian bacon cut up in cubes on top lettuces cup….. nothing special about it. I think I try Beverly Hills chopped salad next time.
To the star of the night, we order the Wolfgang signature porterhouse for 2 (Prime USDA Black Angus, dry-aged for 28 days) and 1 portion of Rib Eye steak. Love porterhouse came with 2 different texture of meat. Steak came on the sizzling hot plate.
Slightly charred on the outside, LOVE the strong flavor of Black Angus, it was beautifully tender and juicy, I prefer this than the Australian one.
Last but not least, Cheesecake, pretty light and traditional. Really can represent the NY Cheesecake.
Price is ok, will be back whenever I crave for NY style steak.
