適逢Auntie Uncle 結婚週年紀念日，小弟特別訂左全港最好味既Carmen Cake同各位長輩分享。蛋糕漂亮既外表已教兩位主角既感動又驚喜；唔知係咪我敏感呢，好似見倒auntie 眼尾有淚光添。嘩，淨係睇倒佢地燦爛既笑容已經值回票價啦！當佢地食完第一口，咀嚼埋清香，美味而又鬆軟既薄荷朱古力蛋糕後，大家都不禁讚賞依款又睇得又食得既Carmen Cake。好味指數爆哂燈，所以雖然個個都話食到好飽，但係好多人（包括我自己同有兩聲咳既契媽）都要食多兩件。ＸＯ仔可以兩個月內食左三次Carmen，証明個蛋糕好有水準啦！為求令各位讀者了解蛋糕盒同袋既堅挺及美觀程度，以及回應上次食家joyce_chau既要求，今次專登影多幾幅相比大家睇。

呢篇食評好耐之前已經想寫. 但無耐唔見咗啲相, 到今日先俾我搵番講番起, 呢一次係我第一次試sevva嘅蛋糕係媽咪同朋友食完tea買俾我地幾姐妹嘅驚喜我係自從食完呢個crunch cake之後就愛上咗sevva講真, crunch cake唔係非常非常好食, 係好普通嘅蛋糕, plain but outstandingmaybe someone thinks that it doesnt live up to its hype但係好食嘅定義真係個個唔同, 我自己認為唔係真係好食到must eat但係絕對係一個唔錯嘅蛋糕cream好滑好light, chiffon cake好輕身, 有少少好微嘅vanilla味最欣賞係中間夾住層cream有啲焦糖味, 係比美心天使蛋糕出色嘅地方美心嘅天使蛋糕真係同sevva crunch cake有得比, 只係天使蛋糕嘅cream heavy同多咗啲, 同冇中間嘅cream,但係兩個蛋糕價錢分別係幾大嘅, 如果你唔係sevva fans or 想試吓crunch cake, 而天使蛋糕已經達到你嘅要求,咁我都勸你唔好買crunch cake. 始終希望越

We used to love going to Sevva, but after today, we will never go again.We ordered claypot rice. Supposed the rice should be crispy, but now is only burnt and soft and .. just taste horrible. Worst is the Latte. The latte is "super boiling hot" (not only hot) - we told the manager and he said that their Latte is served with a special mug that preserved the heat. 今時今日咁既服務態度點得架？sevva你既tea係我既最愛...但你的服務態度係我見過最差的...無得訂抬不特止...去到無位叫我食tea用standing seats? 我話咁我係門口等到有siting seats...佢居然答我無得咁唔可以？我再問咁我遲d打電話上來問有無位啦，佢答我first come first serve! 乜態度丫？係唔係唔做我生意？人地四季文華高級過你都比人係門口等啦！希望可以跟進下...Good food but poor poor poor poor x 100 service! No waiting at the entrance, you can only go there by luck to see if there are seats available that time! They will provide standing seats for customers who want to high tea!

年初八媽媽同好友們喺屋企開年，乖巧既我同哥哥唔洗返工就更係留喺屋企幫手招呼漂亮既auntie們啦，順便逗利是呀嘛。當日甜品皇后Auntie L 特登訂左個好靚既蛋糕請班姊妹食。一攞個蛋糕出黎，女士們都嘩聲四起，對個賣相讚口不絕；蛋糕更成功地謀殺左唔少菲林。Auntie L 見倒大家反應咁熱烈都不禁講起佢當初第一次買個蛋糕黎試既時候都係因為貪個樣靚架咋。後來試左，發覺蛋糕原來係＂實而且華＂，好睇又好食，所以就擇左個好日子買黎同大家分享。切開先知原來係一個chocolate chiffon sponge cake（朱古力雪芳海綿蛋糕？）。第一口就咀嚼出我最喜愛的薄荷朱古力味，更發覺驚喜陸續有得黎：清香既薄荷朱古力蛋糕非常鬆軟，放左入雪櫃幾個鐘都冇變乾變硬，低讚！綿花糖好新鮮，忌廉好light 好滑，夾住細細塊既白朱古力好脆，一個非常之有層次既傑作，教人讚嘆不已。小弟食飽左飯都可以食三件，証明個蛋糕一Ｄ都唔溜，好味程度令我想即場學爸爸唱＂哈哈，我要飛上天上！哈哈...＂。個蛋糕咁正，當日就急不及待上左Sevva個網頁研究；發現此蛋糕為店內signature cake之一，名叫＂Carmen：

Went there for high-tea with a girlfriend. Love the atmosphere and music. We were seated at the outside with a fabulous view but a little too windy. 今日放學, 全屋女仔去晒SEVVA度食TEA, SEVVA係我下午茶嘅不二之選, 今次係食咗爆多野肥死其實次次都係我ORDER, 因為大部份都係我食要咗一個TEA SET, EARL GREY, 一件LEMON MERINGUE 家姐要咗BANANA FRITTERS同GODIVA HOT CHOCOLATE今日坐出面, 因為冇位..但係天氣唔好, 好大風同好陰天一路食啲紙巾係咁飛, 同埋真係唔係太好坐, 要彎低身食野啲野好多就黎LU嘩!件LEMON MERINGUE點解大咗咁多嘅?由於我地去到已經五點幾, 所以媽咪話可能係因為晏所以切得大啲(唔KEEP得)LEMON MERINGUE一向係我同媽咪嘅FAVOURITE, 成件CAKE都係我地食晒係蛋糕面嘅白朱古力片都好好味! 係OUTER LAYER嘅SUGARED LEMON亦都好好食, 甜度啱啱好, 有啲酸酸地, GOOD! 唔係好睇唔好食LEMON MERINGUE今次嘅WAFFER LAYER冇咁脆, 但係LEMON CUSTARD好滑同啲蛋白WAFFERS好夾$125 咁大件真係抵, 保守估計有平時食開西餅嘅三件EARL G

Went to Sevva for tea again. I really love the atmosphere there as well as the cakeBut the service needs to be improved. 都是為了這個靚靚皇后蛋糕而來的，全場觸目，連後面的鬼仔也十分羨慕！Marie Antoinette's Crave 太子大廈 25 樓 SEVVA (savour - 滋味的意思) 可惜連接綫生與服務員都讀不清自己餐廳的名稱，更不用說介紹餐牌裡的食物了！可惜服務員沒有 Well Trained，可能是廉價勞工吧！目目獨獨的，完全不會介紹 Menu，問也不懂答，英文也不懂，嚴重欠缺 Product Knowledge，絕對不能符合高尚食府的標準，Brunch Menu 食品選擇又不多，只有 Breakfast 而沒有 Lunch 的選擇，就連一個湯、一款 Pasta 都無，真係唔知點揀！喜歡吃蛋的婷婷選了這個芝士火腿奄列媽媽點了這個龍蝦卷，味道不錯，但就只有這小小的一份！總括來說這一餐是令人失望的，五星級價錢，但服務質數與餐牌款色都有待改善，名不符實。SEVVA，不會再去第二次了！

We went for tea on a Saturday afternoon and sat outside. It was a perfect day out, really sunny and breezy. The view here is amazing. We were seated at the bar area waiting to be taken to a sofa outside. as it was raining there were minimal seats outside. We waited for quite long til we asked one of the waitress when could we be seated. 上個月終於一試Sevva既high tea同埋Marie Antoinette’s Crave蛋糕!! High tea係2:30開始, 由於不設訂位, 想坐outdoor既話要早d去當日3點去到, outdoor已經坐滿一半!!雖然8月處於盛夏, 但係仍然有不少人唔怕熱坐outdoor價錢係我食過最貴的! High tea set for two索價$460, 比酒店還要貴但係款式相對又較多, 咸點款式尤其特別, 並非只有finger sandwich同小咸酥從menu內可見, 咸點有8款, 甜點只得6款, 而且無sconeTea set包2杯咖啡或茶, 但我地另外加錢叫左2杯飲品, 各$55GODIVA hot choco – 朱古力不夠濃郁香滑, 而且質感較稀, 不過不失Match latte – 奶味極重, 幾乎飲唔出抹茶味, 但朋友好喜歡較討我歡心既咸點:香脆熱辣素菜春卷, 牛肉軟腍可口既迷你漢堡, 炒磨菇米通脆片, 含大量雞肉既三文治卷質素平平既咸點:吞拿魚蘋果片, 煙三文魚忌廉芝士烤麵包, 葡國雞小撻, 味道怪怪的紫菜花生醬三文治較討我歡心既甜點:Caramel Crun

The name rhymes with "flavour".This is a must-see place for your friends/family members visiting town. The view is spectacular, especially at night with HSBC lit up closely next to the balcony that takes you from the Bank side all way towards the breathtaking view of Victoria Habour. Though a bit hot and humid to sit outside in the Summer, Sevva is great for tea and drinks. You can get a bit of everything in their tea sets (a generous portion too!) Came here for lunch with a couple friends. Read from previous diners that the vegetarian club sandwich is the best in town, so I decided to try it despite a price tag of $240.
