We used to love going to Sevva, but after today, we will never go again.We ordered claypot rice. Supposed the rice should be crispy, but now is only burnt and soft and .. just taste horrible. Worst is the Latte. The latte is "super boiling hot" (not only hot) - we told the manager and he said that their Latte is served with a special mug that preserved the heat. I know what is hot, but not BOILING hot. Services are horrible and the manager didn't even say "唔好意思" and insist the coffee should be

Guess we need to find another nice place for lunch. Will NEVER go to Seeva again ... with the deteriorating food quality and services, let's see when they will closed down !!
