午餐我就挑選了 Grilled Rib eye HKD 178 套餐 包括 沙津、手工製麵包、主食、餐飲 及甜品

三文魚沙律色彩繽紛已很吸引也增加食慾也好味~ 手工麵包很鬆化還可自行加上olive oil 、醋。主菜肉眼扒不是不厚卻做到 medium rare 效果,味道有點點焦使得香脆,牛肉蘇味不重。 brownies 有心思,濃烈朱古力

服務員對餐牌熟悉還會了解客人口味來介紹食物。

今天有個寧靜時刻,坐在中環裡享受著美食又可以處理事務但時間過得太快了 🤣

Whenever there is no idea where to eat, I would usually follow the recommendation from OP 😂 today it was suggested an Italian restaurant located at the loop, central.

The environment here is just prefect for friends / couple who would like good food with some wine under a good atmosphere.

Restaurant provided set menu for lunch and I picked Grilled Rib eye HKD 178 including salad , hand made bread, main course, drinks and dessert

By looking at the salmon salad dishes, it was full of colour which made me a better appetite🤣 more, salmon is pretty fresh and yum. For the steak, they could cook as per my request - medium rare and it is acceptable and nice too


It was a production today to me sitting at a restaurant, doing all the stuff and serving with nice food however times flies 🤣

Hong Kong has once again reinstated the two people dining restriction as we enter the fourth wave of the pandemic. We wanted to pick a restaurant that was spacious and airy but also served good food in order to lift our spirits for what is traditionally the most joyful month of the year. As we sipped on the surprisingly good house red wine we browsed through the menu and ordered some cold cuts to start. The prosciutto and olives were flavourful and perfect to kick start our taste buds.

Upon recommendation of the waitress we ordered the meatloaf which was meticulously wrapped in bacon and smothered in creamy cheese sauce. The meatloaf was wonderfully cooked with a subtle flavour of bell peppers and cauliflower.

As a second course we had the hunter chicken stew. The chicken was succulent and well accompanied by the slow cooked rosemary infused tomatoe sauce.

For dessert we had the Limanisu which was like a tiramisu except it also tasted like the Limoncello liqueur. It was a delightful balance between sweet and sour and also brings back memories of Sorrento in summer.

Calamari Rings $98 


餐廳的魷魚圈非常美味,是下酒好菜哦! 魷魚圈軟硬度剛剛好,不會咬到口軟也沒能嚥下。廚師調味調得很好,使用我最愛的Cajun加美乃滋醬,微辣微鹹,很好吃哦。 

This appetizer is yummy. It is marinated with mixed herbs and lemon mayo dipping sauce. It tasted a little bit spicy.

Grilled Pork Chop $310


 賣相討好的帶骨豬扒,面層有炭烤格仔紋,散發著炭烤香氣。豬扒肉質結實,咀嚼間溢出肉汁,味道不錯。搭配的蔬菜款式豐富,有薯仔、紅蘿蔔、菇類和蕃茄,色彩繽紛,令人胃口大開。

This signature pork chop is recommended by staff. The pork chop is perfectly grilled and tasty. It is served with roasted baby potato, cherry tomatoes and bacon wrapped Kenyan beans. It looks colorful and delicious!

 說到意大利菜的經典菜式,非肉醬寬條麵莫屬啦! 主廚採用的豬肉,而非牛肉,肉粒肉質更加鬆軟更加甘香,不吃牛肉的朋友也可一試。寬條麵由餐廳自家製作,彈牙滑溜,質素很高哦! 

Parpadlle is one of the classic pasta of Italian food which is made by the chef! It is served with pork rather than beef, the meat is soft and the sauce is yummy.

The semi-circular Italian-style “Little Wanton” features spinach and cheese, and the sauce is made of butter and sage. It has a soft taste and a fragrant filling. It's definitely a main dish worth trying besides spaghetti.

❃ 2. Mussels in Buzara style
頭盤我們點了餐廳的Today's special,Mussels in Buzara style。青口平時就食得多,但要西式的地道煮法相信就比較難找到。不說不知道,原來 Buzara style 是克羅地亞菜的煮法。青口新鮮及大顆之餘,重點都是落於其醬汁當中,我們食得出非常濃郁的橄欖油、大蒜、辣椒、tomato passata等等香味。克羅地亞菜再混上意大利菜的煮法,再配上蒜蓉麵包,添上其Buzara style Sauce,濃稠的醬汁會使得蒜蓉包更加入味。
- For appetizers, we ordered the Mussels in Buzara style of Today's special.  We usually eat mussels, but I believe it is more difficult to find authentic Western-style cooking.  Buzara style is the cooking method of Croatian cuisine.  The mussels are fresh and large, but the focus is on the sauce. We can get very strong aromas of olive oil, garlic, pepper, tomato passata, and so on.  Croatian cuisine is mixed with Italian cooking, and garlic bread is added which its Buzara style sauce is added.  The thick sauce will make the garlic breadmore flavorful.

傳統的意大利菜,當然要必食意大利粉。餐廳的Today's special 中,有一道 Wild Boar Ragu with Pappardelle,中文可譯作托斯卡納野豬拉古寬帶麵。托斯卡納野豬拉古寬帶麵,可能是意大利最著名和最受歡迎的野豬食用方式。其實,野豬是非常健康的肉,與普通豬肉相比,它的卡路里,脂肪,飽和脂肪和膽固醇含量更低。餐廳將豬肉煮得嫩滑,再加上紅酒,蕃茄等調味料,混上滑嫩彈牙的寬帶麵,味道絕對與一般西餐廳食到的不能相提並論。強調一點,Pappardelle 真的非常彈牙,口感絕對一流。

In fact, wild boar is very healthy meat.  Compared with ordinary pork, it has lower calories, fat, saturated fat and cholesterol content. The restaurant cooks the pork tenderly with red wine, tomatoes and other seasonings, and then mixes it with smooth and elastic Pappardelle.  The taste is absolutely incomparable to those found in ordinary western restaurants.  To emphasize, Pappardelle tastes absolutely superb.

最後,我們選了一款猶如Tiramisu 的甜品,叫做Limanisu。Limanisu 是由檸檬酒作為主要的基調,甜品放進口中自動溶化,食落帶果甜而又有檸檬酸味。

我們點了兩杯 Cocktail。Black Russian是伏特加和甘露咖啡利口酒調製而成的雞尾酒 ,其Vodka的濃度比起咖啡較高,查看得知伏特加和甘露咖啡利口酒是以5比2的比例調和而成,所以味道會有點兒苦中帶甘。
- We ordered two cocktails.  Black Russian is a cocktail made of vodka and manna coffee liqueur.  The concentration of Vodka is higher than that of coffee.  As checked that vodka and manna coffee liqueur are blended in a ratio of 5 to 2, so the taste will be a little bit bitterness brings sweetness.

加咗檸檬汁嘅石斑魚一啲都唔腥,夠鮮味,配埋醬汁又幾夾,旁邊仲有黑松露味嘅薯蓉,夠哂creamy!
Grouper fillet was fresh, you could definitely taste the freshness with lemon juice added. Not only the fillet tastes good, but also the mashed potato was creamy and rich!

There are many choices on the menu and don't forget those special dishes outside the menu (handwritten on the blackboards on wall). This restaurant serves many styles of appetizers, pasta, meat, and seafood. We two chose one in each part to share.

We ordered drinks too. Mine is cranberry juice and my friend's is pineapple juice. The fruity taste is very strong and both drinks are all delicious and fresh.

蟹肉味好香,加入了牛油果,非常清新,口感creamy 軟滑。我和朋友都好喜歡,四周還有幾粒車厘茄,非常健康。
The crabmeat is excellent. With avocado added, it tastes fresh, creamy and soft. My friends and I like it very much. There are a few small tomatoes around, which are very healthy.

青口煮得剛剛好,口感非常嫩滑,熟度控制得非常完美。 另外,醬汁調配得超好吃,這味道我好在沒有在其他地方吃過。帶點辣味和青口好配。我們用麵包慢慢的把醬汁吃光! 超級滿足! 而且青口數量不少, 我們每人都吃了好多隻。
The mussels are cooked just right, the taste is very tender and the time is perfectly controlled. In addition, the sauce is super delicious. I haven't tried this anywhere else. A bit spicy and a good match for mussels. We finished the sauce with bread piece by piece! It was so satisfying! And there were a lot of mussels, each of us ate a lot.

第三道 牛肝菌扁意粉 (HKD260)

Third course - Fresh Porcini Mushrooms Taglettle in Cream Sauce
只是看賣相,這個醬汁的濃稠程度,我就知道會好喜歡,味道一定不會讓人失望! 這是我心目中 覺得好吃的意大利麵啊,每一條麵都掛滿 creamy的汁,充滿著牛油和忌廉的香味,每口吃下去都是滋味和滿足。牛肝菌都好香,而且份量不少,非常愛吃菇類的我,感覺非常滿意。
Just looking at the presentation, I know how thick this sauce is, I know I will like it and the taste will not disappoint us! This is the delicious pasta in my heart, every noodle is covered with creamy sauce. Full of the scent of butter and cream, every bite is tasty and satisfying. The mushrooms are delicious and the portions are quite large. I love mushrooms so I enjoyed it very much.

甜品 - 意式奶凍 (HKD98)

The last one is dessert - Panacotta
很特別的自家制傳統意大利甜品,上層是橄欖油和羅勒葉,整個是羅勒味道的奶凍,想不到羅勒葉可以當甜品! 很好吃啊!

Very special homemade traditional Italian dessert. The upper layer is olive oil with basil. The whole is basil-flavored custard. It is unexpected that basil leaves can be used in desserts! Very tasty!

這家意大利餐廳真的很值得推薦,不算貴的價錢就能吃到一家在意大利的老店! 食物質素很高!

This Italian restaurant is really worth recommending, and you can eat it at a long-established Italian restaurant at a reasonable price! The food is of high quality!

下次再來的話,我要試其他菜式,對這裡的出品有信心,非常期待!

If I come again next time, I will try other dishes. I am confident of the foods here and I am very looking forward to it!

I had been super looking forward to dining at this Italian restaurant because I had not had any decent dining in so long. Interior renovations were mostly made of woods and made us feel like we were dining at some traditional European restaurant. There were 6 small pieces of  bread with herbs added on the crust. They were quite interesting as the texture was a bit like cake! They went great with the sweet black vinegar on the table. Olive oil was also available on the table.

Grilled pork chop served with spiced cherry tomatoes along with Bacon wrapped Kenyan beans. The pork chop was very special as it seemed to have been seasoned. It had clear grill mark and the crust smelt nice of charcoal grill. There were a lot of spiced tomatoes on the side. The grilled veggies were pretty delicious and fresh, including zucchini, yellow pepper, red pepper, carrot, eggplant and potatoes. The baby potatoes were especially starchy and crunchy. I particularly liked their Bacon wrapped Kenyan beans which was quite a good balance between fresh beans and salty bacon. No wonder their signature.

It was not on their menu but one of the Specials items. It was basically a bolognese pasta. However, the pappardelle was very special. It was somewhat like Chinese-style 刀削麵 but not the al dente type. There was sufficient rego and sauce to cover every single pappardelle. Some thin cheese slices were added on top to enhance flavour.


呢道意粉唔係餐牌上面,而係Specials黑板上面。呢個意粉基本上係肉醬意粉。但係意粉係彎彎地既寬麵條,非常特別,有d似中國既刀削麵,但唔係al dente個類型。醬汁足夠覆蓋每一條意粉。面頭灑上薄芝士片更加好味。

A traditional home-made dessert with basil flavoured fresh cream topped with olive oil. Portion was not small. It was a very smooth panna cotta in a nice vanilla flavour, decorated by a small mint leaf on top.

similar to brown rice, it’s extraordinarily delicious to combine with a 
whole tiger prawn. I would love to say that was amazing tothe second course so far!

because I tried the new one called "Limanisu". It’s based on liqueur “limoncello”,

▫ 其實係一款由三層雪糕圍繞一種意式既海綿蛋糕,口味由開心果
雲呢拿朱古力組成。而賣相睇落好似一個三文治咁,食落雪糕
有少少似gelato;質感幼滑得黎奶味好重,但同時唔會太甜膩,幾好食。
Three layers was around with Candid orange, it’s actually three flavors
of Ice-cream which including vanilla, chocolate and pistachio
The texture was extremely smooth, not too sweet, little bit taste 
like gelato and you won’t stop when you start eating it.

第一主菜係千層麵,呢個真係要推薦,肉醬燉煮時間夠耐,纖維已經鬆散同時非常入味,仲有不吝嗇嘅芝士,而且份量足夠2個人食。
The first course is called Vincisgrassi, it was a traditional Italian meal that is a handmade lasagna with minced beef and pork.

As a tomato fan, this dish was a good choice. The tomato sauce and minced duck were perfectly matched and the pasta absorbed the gravy well. It was very delicious.

Grilled Pork Chop was the signature dish of this restauarnt. It served with cherry tomatoes and Bacon rolls.  The pork chop was not overcooked =]

Limanisu 檸檬蛋糕$98

Limanisu is lemon version's tiramisu. It tasted so fresh and light. It was definitely a prefect end of this meal.

The setting and service of this restaurant was quite good. They were very polite and effective. Will come back again definitely. 
坐位同服務都好好 店員有禮同有效率 一定要再回來

The most signature food in Italy, must be pasta, for this seafood catoccio, tomato based seafood sauce, the sourness of tomato rings out the seafood flavor, the cartoccio cook just right, al dente, with much much prawns and squid yummy yummy

叫得做crazy water,真係癲架!見到個汁諗住係一個普著普通通嘅意式蕃茄湯汁 ,點知一食落口,海鮮味湧出嚟,鱸魚煎到怡到好處,魚肉厚實好想一啖又一啖瘋狂咁食哂佢,配埋兩舊焗到脆一脆嘅蒜蓉包,點落個汁到,正!
What a crazy water. When it serve, I just thought is a normal tomato broth. Once I take a zip, is just crazy!! The seafood flavour burst out, run around in my mouth.

The sea bass cook perfectly, nice and firm, braise in the broth, just want take a bite after one and after. And the 2 crunchy garlic toast, absorb all the broth is just amazing.

I am icecreamholic , this dessert can enjoy vanilla, chocolate and pistachio ice cream, and sandwich with a pastry soak in orange liqueur, it brings up to another level.

平時食開都係炸魷魚 見到烹調方法係炭燒
感覺好吸引 上枱再即磨黑胡椒 增加香氣
魷魚圈均勻沾上檸檬蛋黃醬同香料 厚實有嚼口
Squid rings are often served in deep-fried style, but this restaurant chooses to grill the squid.  It looks very appetizing.
Immediately in front of us, the waiter slightly sprinkles some black pepper to spice up the flavour.
The squid rings are evenly coated with lemon mayonnaise and herbs.  Perfectly firm and springy.

野豬肉醬闊帶麵 / Wild Boar Ragu with Pappardelle($280)
發覺餐廳幾鍾意同顧客有互動
即刨芝士碎🤤 慢慢融化喺醬汁到
肉醬味道唔係太濃郁 所以食完唔會膩
闊麵應該都係手造嘅?! 幾有口感 煙韌掛汁
We found that the restaurant staff love to interact with customers.
When the dish comes, they sprinkle the cheese with a spreader in front of us.  The cheese slowly melts into the sauce.
The ragu is perfectly balanced so that we don't find it chunky at all.
The pappardelle is probably freshly made.  Quite tender and silky, and juiced up with the sauce.

烤豬鞍 / Grilled Pork Chop($310)
雖然有一定厚度 豬鞍熟透仍保持肉汁
冇咩脂肪有嚼勁 餘韻有烤過嘅味道
煮過嘅車厘茄 酸甜味更突出
配菜如燈籠椒 珍珠筍 茄子 都帶有焦香
鹹香煙肉卷配爽脆長豆亦係亮點
Despite its thickness, the pork chop is perfectly cooked and very juicy.
Lean yet tender and moist, the pork chop gives a nice smoky flavour as we take a bite.
The cherry tomatoes are roasted so the sweet and sour taste stands out more.
The veggies like peppers, baby corn, and eggplant are all crusted on the outside with a barbecue flavour.
The green beans bacon roll is quite remarkable as the beans are fresh while the bacon has a nice smoky scent without being salty at all.

半冷凍方式呈上 食落有似幕斯同雪糕之間
The cake body is soft and fluffy, with a rich chocolate flavour. 
As it is kept at a low temperature, the fillings give an interesting texture between mousse and ice cream.
