第一主菜係千層麵，呢個真係要推薦，肉醬燉煮時間夠耐，纖維已經鬆散同時非常入味，仲有不吝嗇嘅芝士，而且份量足夠2個人食。
The first course is called Vincisgrassi, it was a traditional Italian meal that is a handmade lasagna with minced beef and pork.
第二主菜係蕃茄湯配海鱸魚，蕃茄雜菜湯味道清甜仲有鱸魚嘅鮮味，非常好飲，鱸魚肉質結實，食落就知道新鮮。

最後點左士多啤梨mousse為呢餐畫上完美句號。Finally is a strawberry mousse to made a beautiful ending of this dinner.
