Here has the best hand-made spaghetti. Although the spaghetti is quite salty. If you are the person who prefer strong taste, you must have a taste of the spaghetti here. However, the tiramisu is quite new to me, with lemon sense mixing with alcohol. I would give it a try but not for the second time. In addition, it is a nice place to celebrate the special date with your friends and family.

再之後就係叫咗呢度非常之自豪同埋有名嘅Pork Chop,起初我都以為西式餐廳有叉燒食,但原來佢係serve一份用炭爐烤制嘅爽豬,價錢$300 ,絕對唔貴,我覺得係一定要試,一定要試。肉鎖住汁,仲有炭爐味,完全係Good。

再之後就可以食晒呢度嘅羊架,可以說非常驚喜的是,羊架完全唔騷,非常香,再配埋佢呢度嘅特製醬汁,非常好。

最後就係嚟多個肉醬天使麵,肉碎磨得好細,而且佢整個醬汁,亦都唔係完全淨係用茄膏,而係用新鮮蕃茄熬製。天使麵好食,更加唔使講。

總括而言我對這一餐飯非常非常滿意。




Let me simply recap my comments in English, I like this restaurant so much as they serve really good dishes. I ordered two spaghetti, famous pork chop as well as Lamb Saddle.


What made me impressed is their Chittara Spaghetti with Saffron Cream Sauce and Shrimps, it’s really costly for the restaurant as Saffron is an expensive flower. They made it like the Chinese dish: Cheese Lobster Noodles, but definitely much better.


Their starter Cold Cut is great. They served well made Iberco. I chose to enjoy it with my espresso tini.


The Pork Chop is another dish I really recommend. The Meat is not fried on pan but they baked it in the special machine, I definitely felt I was having my BBQ.


All in all, this restaurant is not expensive but serve really good dish.

主食方面, 我哋就揀咗豬面頰意大利粉
豬面頰比起一般嘅豬肉更加肥美
味道有啲似煙肉, 但口感更有彈性



For the first course, we selected Tagliatelle w/Guanciale in Green Peas. It is a type of long, thin and flat pasta served with pork cheek and green peas. The pork cheek tastes like bacon, but with a tender texture and moreish pork favour.

另一道主菜我哋就揀咗鱸魚
湯底係大食妹至愛嘅蕃茄湯底
酸酸嘅湯, 裏面有好幾舊嫩滑嘅鱸魚, 加入檸檬汁提升佢嘅鮮味, 配埋兩塊熱辣辣脆卜卜嘅蒜蓉包就啱啱好啦



For the second course, we selected Seabass in Crazy Water. It is the other must try dish! The tangy tomato soup based with fresh seabass tastes great. Can add some lemon juice to adjust the sourness.

呢個朱古力慕絲係用黑朱古力整嘅, 味道唔係好甜, 夾喺兩塊鬆軟嘅蛋糕中間, 配上士多啤梨醬, 甜到啱啱好



For the dessert, we selected Chocolate Mousse. The rich dark chocolate mousse cake topped with strawberry syrup is perfect rounding up the dinner.

The sole fish was really excellent.
Simply cooked, so you can really appreciate the flavour of the sole fish,
The Sole was golden brown on the outside and moist and flavorful on the inside. The fresh, bright acidity of the sauce woke up the flavor of the fish.

Except one waitress is a local staff, other manager or waiter/waitress even the chefs are western people. That’s why the food is so traditional and tasty.
We had ordered few dishes. The first One is highly recommended from their manager. Crab salad. It shaped in circle and tasted crispy with lots of crab meat. I love it so much. It’s more like a fusion style.
The second one is the mixed seafood cartcho with taglettelle. It’s a type of pasta with prawn on the head. It taste soft and good to chew.
The third one is sea bass in crazy water, I don’t know what’s the meaning of the name of the dish called crazy water. But the taste of the fish is pretty good. The fish meat is thick and soft. With 2 crispy toasted on the top. We can taste the” crazy water” with the bread which is nice taste.
At the end we can also try the dessert called limonisu. I have never tried this before. Yogurt texture and there is alcohol on the bottom which is really surprised me. I love this dessert so much.
We can also order drinks here. There are lots of choices can be choose. This restaurant got my highly recommend. I would like to come more often.

Newly opened, the restaurant is a branch of < Trattoria Caffe Monteverdi > @ Sai Ying Pun, which traces its roots to a little eatery established in late 18th century Milan. That’s why they offer the most authentic and local Italian flavors!
The manager was friendly and very talkative. It's defo where you go to for a warm, welcoming and relaxing ambience, as well as delicious Italian flavors!

原來他們跟在意大利米蘭開業於18世紀的一家小餐館購買了經營權,用他們的獨家recipe提供最正宗的傳統意大利菜,所以帶有很濃厚又地道的意大利風味🇮🇹

說到意大利的「小雲吞」,我只嚐過ravioli跟tortellini,還沒懂得分辨他們,就發現原來他們還有更多的雲吞種類!
Ravioli呈方形,裡面通常包裹奶酪、菠菜等等,配以混合牛油和香草的醬汁做調味;
Tortellini形狀類似戒指,中間鏤空,裡面通常包裹肉類跟奶酪,跟湯汁同煮。
這次嚐的這款「tortelli」,其實比較像ravioli,餡料有菠菜跟ricotta cheese,醬汁由牛油和鼠尾草製成,不過形狀是半圓
味道好好,我很喜歡!
意大利菜裡面的pasta不只有意大利麵,還包括意大利雲吞。來這裡嚐嚐吧!

This one deserves a 9.9 out of 10. It might not look the best but trust me — it tasted so good! Full of fresh and sweet crab meat inside. A very appetizing starter!

Altered version of Tiramisu made from limoncello. So instead of coffee, the ladyfingers were dipped in lemon liqueur. Interesting taste — liqueur-flavored “Tiramisu” , with a hint of fresh scent from lemon.

Crazy Water是外國一種專門煮魚的湯,以大蒜,辣椒,橄欖,酸豆,西紅柿,香菜和羅勒等熬製,味道酸酸甜甜,非常香濃。現用來形容這條鮮美的鱸魚在濃郁的醬湯中那種令人痴迷的魚鮮味,使人欲罷不能的感覺非常貼切。鱸魚肉質潔白細嫩,細刺少無腥,口感滑膩,口齒留香,還配兩片蒜蓉麵包。
The name seabass in crazy water comes from the broth it is served in which has a very tangy flavor to it (with Garlic Bread). Crazy Water is a soup specifically for fish made with the bream, garlic, chilli, olives, capers, tomatoes, parsley, basil and etc. It tasted a little bit sweet and sour.

Tagliatelle是意大利一種長而扁平的麵食,面積較寬點像河粉,麵質充滿彈性,掛滿芝士醬汁。豬臉頰肉條煎得非常脆香,充滿醃製的豆瓣醬味,半肥瘦口感剛巧不太油膩,更有些豌豆帶來清新感。
A type of long, thin and flat pasta served with pork cheek (guanciale sauce) with green peas. Tagliatelle is one of the spaghetti which looks a bit like Pho, but it’s full of elasticity and covered with cheese sauce. The half-fat and lean guanciale tastes not oily.

Maccheroncini Di Campoflione with duck ragu,這款意粉有點像肉醬意粉,意粉是餐廳自家製的,粗幼度有點像天使麵,口感較平時吃到的意粉淋身。肉醬是鴨肉來的,味道酸酸的特別開胃。
This pasta like Spaghetti Bolognese. The pasta is handmade by the restaurant, it similar to angel hair pasta. The texture is softer than ordinary  pasta. The meat sauce is make by duck meat and tomato, the taste is sour and make me eat more.

Grilled Pork Chop,燒豬鞍很有燒烤的味道,肉質juicy而且都頗大塊,連車厘茄一起食會更美味。還附有露筍煙肉卷,感覺很清新爽脆。配上不少燒蔬菜如薯仔、紅椒、茄子等,味道不錯。
The pork chop taste like barbecue and juicy, also the pork quite big. It’s more delicious to eat with cherry tomatoes. The asparagus bacon roll taste fresh and crisp. The potato, sweet pepper and eggplant taste good, too.

I bet no one would say NO to cheeeeeeeese🧀😏 An appetiser that cheese lovers shouldn’t miss! Deep-fried potato stuffed with melting mozzarella cheese🤩🤤 It is so crispy and I love the melting cheese😍

▪️鮮蝦番紅花忌廉意大利麵Chittara Spaghetti W/Saffron Cream Sauce and Shrimps

貴為餐廳招牌菜,這道意大利麵沒有令人失望!意大利麵採用了用蛋製的Chittara spaghetti,除了有淡淡的蛋香,口感、韌度也岀色🤤而且麵質能掛上番紅花忌廉汁,鮮蝦亦新鮮爽口,整體十分美味😋 

Signature dish of the restaurant👍🏻 Chittara spaghetti is a egg pasta which is not commonly served in HK restaurants. I like it’s texture and taste though 😋 It allows the saffron cream sauce adhere well! The shrimps are fresh and tasty👍🏻

▪️炭燒肉眼扒 Char-grilled Rib-eye Steak

作為牛魔王🐮看到肉眼扒,還有我最愛的炭燒😍當然要嚐一嚐!因為這裡的牛扒比較薄、容易過熟,所以我建議點三成熟較佳。

Being a steak addict, I can never resist to it🐮 Char-grilled is my favourite cooking technique for steaks, as it has rich flavour👍🏻 Since the rib-eye steak is quite thin, It’s easily over-cooked, I would recommend medium-rare instead.

▪️羅勒橄欖油奶涷Panacotta

是一款傳統的甜品,我第一次在甜品中吃到羅勒和橄欖油的味道,入口清新、特別!

A traditional dessert🍮 It tastes refreshing with basil cream and olive oil. That’s quite special as I can never imagine this combination🤣
