Both pizzas were amazing!
DIAVOLA BY GIOVANNI was spicy with tomatoe sauce base, A' SALSICCIA with onion cream.. I couldn’t decide which one is better…
As I know A' SALSICCIA was nominated and won the best pizza award from @profdrpizza , the reason I order this to try, sooo good!

Love their pizza dough so much, so chewy and soft, the crust’s texture is kinda like naan bread , they are not the crispy airy type dough tho.. I like both types so I like this one too.

真係食完呢個PIZZA再食多個都唔係罪過XDDD (但食完太飽了XD)

Fiata Pizza位於士丹頓街,餐廳設有室外與室內座位,一進門已能看到主廚正在製作Pizza,一時搓著手上的麵團,一時在檢查正在烘烤的Pizza,感覺非常有氣氛。據悉,意大利籍主廚Salvatore Fiata來自Pizza世家,而餐廳所用的Pizza食材不但是從意大利進口,更被標上D.O.P(Denominazione di Origine Protetta),可以說是最優質的意大利食材。(從網上看到一般被標上D.O.P的食材有蕃茄、橄欖油、芝士、火腿跟Balsamic
Vinegar等等)

Montanarine  2/$85
這是一道意大利的經典小吃,被炸過的麵糰變成充滿空氣感的Pizza波波,咬下去既鬆軟又有嚼勁,然後表面還鋪上了不同的Toppings,像我們這次點的有Speck Di Bufalo跟Pistacchio,基本上是不同的芝士跟火腿,口感與味道整體都不錯!

Fiata Pizza的Pizza選擇真的超級無敵多,至少有超過20款,有經典、特式跟炸Pizza三個類別,由$145-$230不等。菜單上有很多材料我們都不懂,一邊看網上的圖片,一邊翻查菜單最後一頁的Glossary,最後決定試試看A’Salsiccia。

A’Salsiccia $195
上面也有說這家的餅皮香Q有嚼勁,特別是又粗又厚的餅邊,感覺有點像在吃Mochi,是值得欣賞的!可惜是這款Pizza的料真的淡而無味,只能吃到一點點來自Alife onion cream的甜味,然後…就沒有然後。看似是主角的辣肉香腸,辣味不突出,而且口感像是用瘦肉搓成的非常鬆散,所以整件Pizza吃起來完全沒有味道。

總結:這家的餅皮是出色的,可惜是我點的那款Pizza非常清淡,然後餅邊又做得又粗又厚,在沒有任何味道的情況下,就像是空口吃麵包一樣。另外,可能是新開的關係,並非所有員工都熟悉菜單與餐廳運作,以這樣的價錢來說,整體體驗是失望的。

Suggested to visit here by a friend, the food was served quickly and the people’s attitude were great. The pizzas crust was amazing and the toppings were right on. An excellent place to stop by for lunch or for a drink with your family. Highly suggested

On last Thursday I had the chance to taste the Pizza at Fiata. If you ‘blind taste’ this product, it’s even hard to believe it is done out of Napoli . And even in Napoli , this pizzeria would deserve to be listed in the best ones, since the dough is soft and light, the toppings are generous in quantity and the ingredients are great . You can feel the passion these guys are putting on the table . I would suggest this experience to everybody willing to have authentic Neapolitan pizza in Hk.

今日黎到位於中環既Fiata Pizza食晚飯,餐廳主打意大利pizza,餐牌都好特別架,有唔少意大利既特色既食物,有starter,炸pizza,classic pizza,特製pizza,意大利傳統既甜品等等。餐廳由肉,麵粉,芝士等等都係來自於意大利,將意大利既風味原汁原味送到黎。Insalata Di Prosciutto Di Parma 作為一道前菜,製作得非常認真,火腿超級大塊,有好濃肉香味,沙律入口好清甜,蕃茄好新鮮,爽口又多汁。Pistacchio & Speck Di Bufalo 炸pizza好有特色,細細件,好精緻,外皮好脆,唔會炸到好油,配上上面既芝士同火腿,非常好味。A’SalsicciaPizza有洋蔥,腸仔,忌廉等等。洋蔥好鮮甜,Pizza層皮製作得好認真,入口好柔軟,亦都好有口感,亦有麵粉香味,真係好正。La Rustica材料有薯仔,乾蕃茄等等,好特別,估唔到薯仔同pizza可以咁配合,不愧係主廚用心設計既pizza。Tiramisu Tiramisu依道傳統甜品都好有特色,咖啡味唔會太濃,入口又唔會覺得膩。Chocolate 朱古力味道好濃,入口好幼

炸pizza好有特色,細細件,好精緻,外皮好脆,唔會炸到好油,配上上面既芝士同火腿,非常好味。

A’Salsiccia
Pizza有洋蔥,腸仔,忌廉等等。洋蔥好鮮甜,Pizza層皮製作得好認真,入口好柔軟,亦都好有口感,亦有麵粉香味,真係好正。

La Rustica
材料有薯仔,乾蕃茄等等,好特別,估唔到薯仔同pizza可以咁配合,不愧係主廚用心設計既pizza。

Tiramisu
Tiramisu依道傳統甜品都好有特色,咖啡味唔會太濃,入口又唔會覺得膩。

Chocolate
朱古力味道好濃,入口好幼滑。

整體黎講,今餐真係好有特色,餐廳由用料到烹調都好有誠意,令我覺得自己好似去左意大利食晚飯咁。

Definitely one of the best pizzas it served here! Lunch set is too much and the 4 of us decided to go a la carte and ordered 2 pizzas - Tonno and Bufala, and a Parma ham salad. Pizza is soooo good, the dough is excellent and oven baked just nice. Particularly like Bufala, with freshly made tomato paste which matches perfectly with the burata on top of the Bufala. Ambience is relaxing. Service is slight slow but it’s ok as the staff are all nice and friendly.
