FiataThis restaurant needs no introduction ~ Glad its slightly easier to get seats now. Our trick is to either go early or book in advance! Their menu has upgraded since I last visited, with lots of options to choose from! The star is their dough and crust. Soft yet sturdy base and a puffy and chewy crust, all served piping hot.Estate $215Pizza with fresh cheese, ham, basil and onion jam. This was our favourite!! I like the contrast between the piping hot pizza base with the cold cheese and ham on top. The onion jam adds a nice sweetness and umami-ness to the pizza. The hot base also slightly melts the cheese and warm up the fats in the ham to melt everything together in a bite! Pizza of the year - Provola E Pepe $215TBH I find this pizza a tad too much cheese. Essentially similar to a margarita with a lot more cheese. Great dough and sauce base but probably would select another one next time.

非常糟糕的體驗， 服務態度非常差，完全不值得去的餐廳。 提前電話預訂完全沒有告知是臨街座位， 到店知道後提出異議也完全不想解決， 帶位服務員還不斷說謊說預訂時已告知， 又說早上打電話通知。 問題是早上9點收到miss call， 這也算通知。 總之就是餐廳也不缺客人， 給這幫服務員慣出毛病， 完全沒有服務意識，自己怎麼方便怎麼來。我們當場詢問manager，店員完全沒人理會，也沒有manager處理我們的詢問。只有一個店員反覆和她同事說她訂位的時候電話裡說了是外面吧台位置，但是如果真的如她所說，為什麼又要早上9點打電話問。事實是她從未說過給的位置是外面很熱的吧台，早上發現裡面沒有位置了，才臨時想到打電話問是否願意接受外面的位置。

I tried this pizza place in 2023 and thought it was really delicious, so I took my friend there yesterday. First, after making a reservation, I found out they only allow 1 hour and 15 minutes for dining. This already made me feel like it was fast food. Even though I understand business is tough, a basic 1 hour and 30 minutes should be standard. When we got our table, everything felt rushed from the start. The server hurried us to order. We ordered two drinks, a pizza, an entree, and a tiramisu. After finishing the pizza, they quickly cleared the plates—and that was only 40 minutes in. Ten minutes later, they announced "last call." By the time we were eating the tiramisu, they already rushed to bring us the bill 😣. At that point, it had only been 1 hour and 5 minutes. By 1 hour and 10 minutes, they hurried us to pay. The worst part was that, in their rush to clear the table, the server brought the wrong bill. I kept wondering: Why make dining feel so rushed? There was no service at all—it felt like once you got a table, you had to eat quickly and leave. Not only did they mess up the bill, but what if we had left without noticing? The entire meal was extremely unpleasant. I also realized the pizza here isn’t even that special anymore. When we left, there was no one waiting in line outside, so I don’t understand why they were in such a hurry. Terrible experience overall. I won’t be going back.

首先，雖然佢係專業整pizza，但個beef tartare真係好出色！撈埋個sauce好好食😋個pizza我本身抱住好大expectation去食，點知又真係meet到喎，真係幾推薦大家去食。仲有個tiramisu，不過我唔記得影，都係個句，pizza店嚟講係算好好食的！！！美中不足嘅位係嗰日咁啱full house，我哋坐出面，對正馬路好多車經過，就冇咁舒服🙂↔️整體而言係值得encore架！

晚市分兩個時段訂座，呢次就揀咗2030，已經冇曬tiramisu…講返pizza先，真係正到冇朋友。pizza叫咗margarita ，睇落簡單嘅食材已經好好味，餅底軟熟唔un，芝士又香。另外蕃茄湯夠濃，酸酸地好開胃。牛他他就一般啦。兩個人食一個pizza已經好夠，想試多幾款就要再幫襯多幾次啦。美中不足係餐廳冷氣太多，環境亦都極嘈吵。
