首先必須讚揚名叫Perrine的外籍美女。话说本人從外地回港未能趕及两點前入座,本来一位說廣東話的接電話侍應已說今天客满不多理我,着我下次早訂。我差不多两點到達尖沙咀時再致電,就是Pierren接的電話,我請她問主廚可否多等我十分鐘才close kitchen for lunch. 她回電可以。我很感動至少她為客人努力不像另一位说廣東話的侍應。更好的是我急步趕到居然看見她站在門口等我!然後带我經過甜品區入座。這樣的服務,實在無懈可擊! Perrine, english speaking manager/waitress is superb!! she is kind enough to check with chef to wait for me for 10 mins when kitchen is suppoed to close at 2pm for lunch. green pea soup is greatly refreshing to start everything -- esp after my rushed power walk to the restaurant.
I took escargots as starter-- it is amazing (5/5)! the taste conbination is so uniquely done sauteed snails matched with tomato confit, pinklautree gatlicpointed cabbage &sorrel. Well a testiment of our senses!! the arrangement is surprisingly done too. I cannot help but get some bread to dip the source. so yum and rich in favour.
The main course noix de veau de lait (4.5/5). seared topiside milk fed veal. the color itself does not look like beef by first glance. yes but it is milk fed veal! very tender. match pretty well with loire valley french beans pureeand the apple saladand black cherry vinegar jus.
dessert is pistachio ice cream rimed with pistachio cream and cherry (4.2/5) big portion! I was feeling so full already. but it is special and refreshing. I am not too much a sweet person but this is just good for me! bit heavy but not too sweet so i love it too.
So happen that it seems green and red mark the color theme for today's lunch. Great match with the summer flower tone. Love the food. Love the interior design.
I would highly recommend to everyone! Pls do note in case epure is full. you can get light lunch menu at Dalloyau where they offer limited signature dishes too!
