行行下街見到一間外型好簡潔嘅麵包舖，定睛一看，原來係大名鼎鼎嘅bakehouse!見冇人排隊，就知自己終於有機會試下呢間名店啦（要排長龍就咪啦）。牛角包$20鬆脆好食，但唔至於好驚喜。葡撻$18個皮比坊間嘅葡撻多層，所以好鬆脆。蛋漿飽滿，好難唔好食。不過老實講，唔至於咁受吹捧。Pretzel 🥨麵團都算鬆軟，表皮有啲鹽粒，不俗。整體嚟講冇大家吹捧得咁出色，呢個價位我覺得交出呢種貨都正常。

灣仔嘅分店幫襯過好多次，今日經中環行上去望下，中環嘅街道比較窄同斜，沿途見倒一位婆婆話唔夠力行，叫我扶佢，我就諗唔知50年後嘅我仲行唔行倒呢條路呢！(雖然唔知有無咁長命😅）同灣仔一樣都係紅磚嘅外牆，不過就無堂食，同灣仔一樣都係好多人排隊，即使今日都幾大雨🌧（可能無雨仲多人), 一個人pack ，一個人收錢，payment 同樣方便，收八達通，visa…💳食過牛角包，蛋撻……今次試sausages roll 同walnuts fiv rye .《sausages roll》 38唔大個嘅，面有啲香草同黑芝麻，有別於一般腸仔包腸係喺中間，係擺側邊嘅，包係酥皮，一邊成臘腸卷形，另一邊係長方形，自己親手做過酥皮，手工多好花時，🥐相比之前食過嘅牛角包呢個花巧得嚟又無咁吸引，可能香草太多，蓋過咗麵包香同酥皮層次。《walnuts fiv rye 》36幾大個，店舖幫我切咗件👍，看上去好硬嘅包，擺上手其實又唔係太硬, 合桃有益又香，攞嚟做麵包幾好，除咗合桃仲有提子乾，外脆內軟，唔錯唔錯😍。

☞ 曾經去過灣仔店，見到條隊都嚇一嚇無去排🤣唔明白點解買個蛋撻牛角包都要排隊(我係好唔鍾意企定定排隊的，餐廳通常都會book定👀) 有日平日晏晝5點左右去中環分店，竟然見到只有5-6個人排緊隊！咁就買咗幾個蛋撻試吓😋.🍴Sourdough Egg Tart（$12）/ 佢係好似葡撻嘅口感！出面好多層嘅酥皮，我呢啲唔太鍾意食酥皮嘅人都覺得好唔錯～ (平時食蛋撻唔會食酥皮，呢到有無曲奇皮fans?🤣)/ 個蛋好好好好滑好甜！極度有燉蛋嘅口感，加上面頭嘅焦糖真係好似食緊Crème Brûlée😍/ 整體嚟講係幾好食，都對得住呢個價錢。但係你叫我排半個鐘去買我又覺得唔係咁值，如果排10分鐘內嘅話，我諗我下次都會再買幾個嚟試～😋

apple cinnamon and raisin scone 7.75/10 $20it is my second time to try scone, at the cashier struggling to choose plain scone or this, finally got this in hand. very strong cinnamon that's what I like. there's the optimal amount of raisin, I reheat it in the oven at home, it is crispy outside and soft inside. I still haven't eaten a very good scone, but so far I am satisfied with this pastry. in this scone I can't taste apple cubes?? maybe adding it in the scone can may it with more texture and

I have never been into filled doughnuts until I found bakehouse’s chocolate hazelnut doughnut! Passed by their Soho branch the other day and just couldn’t resist, love how the Soho branch rarely has a queue, so we secured our goods in no time! And I only just realised that they use sourdough puff pastry as opposed to regular puff pastry, no wonder their puff pastry-baked goods have this unique depth of flavour and chewy texture that make them stand out from the typical puff pastry-baked goods!

pain au chocolat 6.5/10  26 HKDthe crust is too hard, not 薄脆 and 鬆軟enough, when eat and bite, the crust of the pastry even hurt the gum and oral cavity. the pastry cool which is expected, and the few colored crust gives no taste but only decoration only. the texture is fine, soft but not memorable. the chocolate have a bit like fruity flavor which is surprising but it is too less inside the bread. it is sold 26 hkd that I expect more from that.  overall the taste is ok but I won't try this bread

ғᴏᴏᴅɪᴇ ᴛɪᴍᴇ 今次就食咗Bakehouse成日都見到好多人去食，成日都好想試🥳今次終於食到，不過都唔係即刻出爐既🥺Egg tart($12) 其實佢係萄撻黎架，老闆用咗做酸種麵包同牛角包既技巧黎整🥐而是撻皮係一層麵團一層牛油，所以食落好香牛油味，層次分明🥰唔知點解仲覺得有啲煙韌😆蛋既部份有啲似焦糖燉蛋，好滑，好rich 雞蛋味( ˙༥˙ )下次好想試埋其他甜品🤩已經好後悔點解唔一次過買多啲( ᵒ̴̶̷̥́ _ᵒ̴̶̷̣̥̀ )

朋友特登買俾我食 本身佢係想排隊買蛋撻，點知原來蛋撻係有分時間㗎！大家都要留意!! 咁排咗咁耐隊冇理由乜都唔買佢就買咗3樣嘢，兩個Doughnut，仲有一個類似用牛角酥整嘅士多啤梨酥，普遍來講食落都好甜，但係睇得出同食得出個層次，呢啲係心機錢！

買左幾次，要睇時段去，lunch time 最多人排，其他時間啲人返緊工就可以排幾位就到。 冬甩唔掂，反而牛角包、大大份既乾身包有好香既烘焙味。細細件果啲包食過幾種，都好食但偏甜偏漏。下次幫襯都係會買返淨包冇咁重味但有烘焙香味☺️

呢間bakery相信大家都好熟悉 蛋撻就最廣為人知~酥皮超鬆脆 面層好似蒲撻咁有焦香味 基本上佢所有danish嘅choices都好好食😋😋最近家姐知我係抹茶控 特登買左個matcha cream doughnut俾我 忘記左我唔鍾意食doughnut。。。🤣BUT LEMME GIVE IT A TRY!!!💟Matcha Cream Doughnut [$38]由張相可以見到 啲matcha cream filling好滿！雖然抹茶味唔濃as expected 但食到佢係靚嘅抺茶粉🍵 整個cream都係重奶味啲🥛 Doughnut比我想像中無咁油！雖然我真係好憎好憎砂糖而砂糖係doughnut必備 但係！呢個doughnut 如果無砂糖我真心會encore 所以我相信鍾意食doughnut嘅人會like呢個doughnut!!!隨機附送返俾大家之前食過靚靚嘅蛋撻同strawberry vanilla danishSUPER DUPER GOOOOOOD🍞🥖🥨🥐

如果話佢是全城最好味嘅croissant, 我覺得不是。還有別的餅店好過，但不是在中環。他們的 croissant 算是鬆化，大件，不太油膩。但係最愛的還是他們的蛋撻，不是太甜，撻皮是danish style的，乾脆。雖然要排隊，不過都是三四個人，好快便買完，

潮聖 去食 超人氣麵包店既葡撻😍為左買依個葡撻 我去過3次 灣仔去過 中環去過 咁岩次次都排長龍 我唔夠時間排隊 買唔到 咁岩個日去左中環食野 經過依間只有take away既分店 竟然無人 終於試到佢既葡撻啦，實在太正，好有蛋香，奶味，個人比較喜歡酥脆既感覺，佢依款係偏腍身既，雖然如此，但麵好好食 ，如果皮脆啲 更完美😍
