專登過嚟試食牛角包🥐我4點左右到排左10分鐘左右至買到。店內只工得4個，有好多熱門產品都賣晒啦😣我想試嘅蛋撻冇晒啦，下次要再早啲。牛角包買到返去仲係好脆，唔止外面果層脆，連中間果層都脆脆哋😁

Bake house 來到中環，當然要趁下熱鬧，可是午飯時間去一轉，差不多有40人的長龍，看著也恐怖，只好放棄。點知第二日返到公司，早起的同事竟然帶來驚喜。鮮藍色的紙袋買了葡撻和牛角包給我們試試，愛死她了！葡撻隻隻飽滿，顏色金黃，著實可愛，我們把它們翻熱，撻皮仍脆。蛋漿都結實挺身，甜度剛好，是隻出色的葡撻！牛角包則無叮，但切開仍十分香脆，牛油味好香，包內的紋理有致，也是出色之作。今日小試牛刀，感覺良好，擇日會再試埋其他！

After queuing for about 20 mins at 8.30 in the morning on a Tuesday we finally made it in to realizethere was only one person working the counter and another the register hence the long queue of people outside (talk about a good marketing stunt). Scones and Danishes were good. I am a Croissant person and these did not do it for me as they were soggy and chewy, missing that crunchiness so hard to find in Asia.I had the same problem with their sourdough bread, I found it soft - except for the outs

一早想試依一間。可惜好多麵包都賣晒😩😩今次試左2樣Tropezienne。Sourdough Egg Tart香港較少見伊法國糕點Tropezienne，內餡包著奶油，再以檸檬作點綴，甜而不膩。Sourdough Egg Tart 好好食。又平先12$一粒值得排隊一試。下次早小小再黎想試朱古力包
