肉骨皇 (已結業)

看了幾個評論，不是贊到上天，就是詆毀到入地獄，好像與間店鋪有仇有恨，讓人反而越看越疑惑，又好奇，究竟是間怎樣的食店。週末自己親身去試了一次，原來並非如其名很囂張的皇室氣派的食店。舒適而家常的裝飾格局，比較適合喜歡安靜舒適的食家。本人是午市時間去，人坐得剛剛好，有一張近門口得雙人位給我。午市的套餐，算是抵食，38蚊，有齊前菜，主菜，飲品與甜品。前菜點了‘星加坡春捲’。炸得爽身，不算油膩。主菜要了海南雞飯，入口得味道讓我一下憶起在新加坡旅行時吃到得感覺。猜想是有當地的師傅來製作，或是用了當地的配料方法，詳情不了解。但味道算地道，只是入口有少許不夠溫，影響了少少食慾。飲品點了青擰梳打。最贊是甜品，奶凍，少舔，滑爽，有驚喜。後有朋友加入，再加多一份，檳城肉骨茶。之前也吃過不同的肉骨茶，馬來的藥材味重，入口濃鬱。在新加坡吃到的比較多胡椒，感覺似胡椒排骨湯。這間店名看，是選了馬來式的肉骨茶，一大碗，可配米粉或飯，還有油炸鬼。藥材味很濃，個人口味覺得夠過癮，也是落足料。但與在馬來吃到的稍顯不同的是，馬來的藥材更衝鼻。呢間不知是不是不夠湯身不夠熱，所以口感香濃，但卻還不夠鍋氣，可以更好，更地道些。品嘗

之前成日聽肉骨茶，覺得個名好「肉」，因我唔係太鍾意食肉，所以無乜興趣。不過去到大坑，見到哩間新開的《肉骨皇》，裝修幾雅致，於是就走入去試吓。既然未食過肉骨茶，就姑且試吓啦。廚房出品的確耐咗少少，不過一出來的賣相好吸引，仲好香添﹗食落味道剛剛好，我平時比較細食，但今次都少有地成碗食哂﹗自此，我對肉骨茶改觀了，原來係咁好味的﹗下次再食過﹗

星期六搵地方食晏，醒起之前報紙介紹大坑新開咗間肉骨皇，本人對馬來西亞有情意結，所以決定去試一試......餐廳喺浣紗街較入位置，但係未見到間鋪已經聞到好香肉骨茶味，即刻令我變得特別肚餓.....間鋪唔係好大，但係坐得都幾舒服，而且唔會好嘈，感覺有啲似馬拉既悠閒 feel，幾relaxing......由於午市淨係做 set lunch，選擇冇晚市咁多，不過我地得兩個人，重點要試既 dishes 都喺 set lunch menu，所以冇咩影響........我地叫咗個檳城肉骨茶，同埋海南雞飯.......肉骨茶一上枱已經知道呢間鋪有花過心思，賣相精美，味道都很不俗，海南雞飯亦好好味......可惜午市時間試唔到其他出品，唯有下次再去食晚飯再試真啲......唔知道佢地午市係收幾點，坐坐吓見到有客入餐廳，但係員工招呼一輪之後，客人就失望離開，所以建議去之前先打電話查詢........

I went to this restaurant on Sunday noon time, and it was CLOSED!I went their again tonight and found that:1. The Bak Kut Tea's soup is tasteless (not even close to any of the bak kut tea in KL!!). I have never tried Laksa noodle likes the one served with this restaurant - went to this restaurant tonight as I like Bat kut tay. It took us ages to get the our dinner set we ordered. Some of the other customers made complaint/chased their orders too. The 2 Thai ladies staff were far too new and inexperienced. They shoudl pay attention to their customers like the floor manager.
