昨晚在Chesa 食飯，service 好好，食物都好好喎﹐我食o左Cheese Fondue，紅酒燴牛尾，已經好飽好飽。個Cheese Fondue 好正，好濃芝士味同白酒味，而麵包亦好新鮮。牛尾配薯蓉或者闊條麵都好好，牛尾炆得好入味，總之就好好味，一年入面點都最少要去一次啦，一定要試試﹗

Chesa真係好過Gaddi's好多,服務好親切,經理招呼好又好傾,環境又靚(好似真係0係瑞士D木屋0甘).最緊要係食物好,份量足.牛髓湯特別又好飲,蒜茸芝士包熱辣辣,又香又惹味.鴨肝,野春雞好正,仲有牛尾,間直一級美味,又大盤,真係物超所值0架.最掂0既係甜品,次次去都有驚喜,朱古力火鍋香濃唔太甜,朱古力小屋又可愛又好味,芝士香橙醬班戟更加殺死人,清香滑溜甜美不膩,0個種好食法唔知點講,食十份都唔夠,一世人一定要試一次!

唔係老點，真係幾正！值得加分．

半島里面唯一保持到品質而依然值得幫襯的西廳。價格相當合理( 甚至可以叫做平) ，食物頗出色，服務專業而且環境好有情調。PS ：必要試其甜食，CHEESE TARTE 超正！

I will say that the Swiss Chalet has more Switzerland feel than the Chesa which offers more of an European cuisine. Nevertheless, it is still a nice hotel restaurant.
