第一次去就係情人節當日,搵左一陣先搵到,六點半就入到去坐低,識得叫野食都係之前睇過幾次各位人兄既食評,不過都唔緊要,餐廳captain都會好耐心解釋,因為第一次來食,我地點既都係大路野:頭盤:鵝肝、烘芝士新薯、麵包湯:唔記得乜乜忌簾湯主菜:紅酒燴牛尾(分二碟)甜品:朱古力火鍋、Homemade朱古力飲品:情侶特飲二杯埋單計數,美味而豐富的情人節餐也不過HK$9xx,加上別緻既農舍環境及非常到位的服務態度,讓我們有一個難忘的晚上。PS : 臨走前餐廳送了一枝紅玫瑰及鏈咀作為小禮物,逗得女朋友非常開心。

簡單來說, 氣氛比食物好. 地方不大, 不過不會很逼, Service okay, 因為無論你坐多久, 都沒有問題, 是和朋友談心的好地方, 食物只是點綴而已, 沒有想像中的好. 記得早點定靠牆的位置, 坐中間的話, Waiter 們走來走去時會把蠟燭的火吹得左搖右擺, 有時還會飛出火星呢!

長年安座在一樓的Chesa,沒有Felix的冶艷,沒有大堂的庸俗,亦沒有Gaddi,s的高不可攀.Chesa的角色,就係幾個公主之中,最平凡的一個.

瑞士菜一向唔係咩名貴菜式,而且對香港人黎講,最多人識過味,就係芝士火鍋.

其實,薯仔餅,牛仔肉,烤芝士.就係瑞士菜中,最佳代言人.如果對住個menu毫無頭緒的話,Chesa的Captain,會好樂意幫你發瓣.五星級酒店西餐部,服務一向處於高水平,就算點菜點得寒酸,一樣笑面迎人,唔會比面色你睇.始終酒店對reputation黎講,睇得非常重要.一個投訴,隨時hero to zero.

如果要Raclette clu Valais,記得要main course,因為可無限refill.伴以橄欖酸瓜吃,芝士濃烈,加上前兩者酸味口感,出奇地夾.

其他的,年代久遠,印象已模糊,不過都仲記得,兩個main course,加埋頭盤,兩杯housewine,一千銀都仲有剩.在半島個class來講,只能夠說抵,真心說話.

一生人必去的餐廳之中,Chesa必屬其一,與其諗住比百幾銀入場費,在地下茶座,感受半島的華麗堂皇.不如比多少少,行到幾級樓梯,包你感受多一點.

後記:冰封此食評差不多四年,眾多記憶,或者同今日有點出入.其實,我係想寫下Chesa而已.

Raclette clu Valais 瑞士小新薯芝士碟伴清新爽脆醃小青瓜,新鮮車厘茄及甘荀
做法: 一大片芝士放熱爐烤至幼滑溶化, 放上瑞士小新薯.
吃法: 叉住薯仔或醃菜, 像抺碟一樣沾芝士吃, 味道很香濃又可口!

Traditional Cheese Fondue 傳統式芝士火鍋伴鬆軟法國麵包
有很得別的香味, 芝士不會太濃太咸, 用上Emmenthal及Gorgonzola芝士加上湯&烈酒, 不錯!

Braised Oxtail in Red Wine Sauce 紅酒燴牛尾伴薯蓉
牛尾炆得很淋, 份量較大, 最好share食

如有特別occasion, 可先order朱古力浪漫小屋, 屋頂可寫上她的名字, 小屋裡有一球Homemade雲尼o拿雪糕, 吃完滿窩心的!

較早前黎同姊妹o係度慶祝X'mas, Appetizer 叫左香煎鵝肝一客, 唔夠脆面, 一般.Swiss Fondue 配面飽粒, 正! 個Fondue 未上到檯面已聞到芝士汁好臭(濃!), 正. 又食極都唔覺漏.Main course 燴牛尾- 好香滑又無"根", 伴碟薯蓉亦很出色~ 一客有3-4 件左右. 兩人Share 剛好. Dessert 方面, 因上次黎Chelsa 的時候已食過Choco Chalet同Choco. Fondue, 今次唔知食乜好, 跟住個侍應主動走埋黎強力推介Choco. Mousse, 一客有三辮bite-size Mousse, 比較易溶, 不過好香滑又會太甜. 都幾好~ Anyway, Chelsa個環境好適合慶祝X'mas, 上次黎食完之後, 靈機一觸, 不如就黎呢度食X'mas feast啦~ 下次各位有機會又諗唔到去邊度慶祝X'mas , 黎試試也不錯呀~

Have you been to Chesa on 29th Nov? I also went there for dinner on 29th Nov. I really find the atmosphere is quite cozy. I also saw a group of family members celebrated birthday there. It's a bit noisy. Starting with two glasses of red wine, I ordered Goose Liver and Reclette for appetizer. The Goose Liver is fabulous. Ihaven't had this kind of quality. Have you been to Chesa on 29th Nov?
I also went there for dinner on 29th Nov. I really find the atmosphere is quite cozy. I also saw a group of family members celebrated birthday there. It's a bit noisy.
Starting with two glasses of red wine, I ordered Goose Liver and Reclette for appetizer. The Goose Liver is fabulous. Ihaven't had this kind of quality. Since I tried their Goose Liver, I don't think I will have Goose Liver at other places. Reclette is wonderful. Frankly, it's quite smelly when you are the first time to meet it. But the fact is you can't resist it after you tried a bite. It 's good no matter Raclette going with New Potato or Home-Made Bread.
Main course are Seafood Sausage and Ox Tail in red wine. The portion is quite big. The Manger separated Ox Tail into two dishes. So we got "three" main course for our dinner.
The Seafood Sauasage is full of seafood taste. Once you eat it, you will be crazy with it. Needless to say, Oxtail is one of the famouse dishes in this resturant. Even mash potato is creamy.
Finally, dessert is Chocolate Mousse. The Mousse is quite soft. Excellent! It is highly recommended by resturant Manager. He said he won't try other Chocolate Mousse after having it in his resturant.

I like the very "Swiss" style decoration. The service is friendly.

Hi,Surprised my bf for dinning at Chesa last night for his birthday!On the whole, Chesa is good considering the vanity to dine in a switz restaurant in the Peninsular on the very special date....Food is fine like the other comments here. Just less fortunate to have some noisy neighbour last night.Classic wooden swiss decoration to project a warm and happy moment though a bit too small with no window view. Surprised my bf for dinning at Chesa last night for his birthday!

On the whole, Chesa is good considering the vanity to dine in a switz restaurant in the Peninsular on the very special date....

Food is fine like the other comments here. Just less fortunate to have some noisy neighbour last night.

Classic wooden swiss decoration to project a warm and happy moment though a bit too small with no window view.

Specially recommend the white wine-GL Reustling to you all! Do reserve to get the chocolate house named after your beloved one...

聽左KC兄推介(唔該晒!)尋晚轉移陣地黎chesa慶祝我地兩個早左二十分鐘到但係竟然未執好檯俾我地坐要企係門口等左五分鐘先入得坐低又發覺把刀唔乾淨後來聽到有幾檯都有咁情況我估當然係個別事件啦服務整體雖然唔錯但都要先扣一分首先叫左一人一杯熱既winter punch果味好豐富好飲決定唔食牛尾試下其他野鵝肝夠大件之餘亦煎得好香加埋酸酸甜甜汁同埋無花果好配合Grilled Salmon三文魚扒煎得岩岩好好爽之餘仲有好多汁Beef fondue一路都以為fondue一定係芝士火鍋原來呢個fondue就真係火鍋叫既時候經理問要湯灼定係油炸我地揀左湯灼九片牛肉加六款醬汁加天使麵每人仲有一碟好多種唔同既瓜菜伴碟係間咁瑞士既餐廳入面打邊爐其實幾好玩架醬汁款款都不俗最好既係有d辣既茄醬同埋芝士牛肉亦好好食fondue上左先發覺原來無芝士食瑞士菜又點可以無芝士?唯有叫返個raclette唔知係咪食到飽飽地先食返轉頭覺得芝士咸左少少但係真係好香好香隔離檯食都會聞到香味我諗如果食佢先會好開胃甜品要朱古力慕絲三球慕絲超大加上要用忌廉中和甜味好食但都完全食唔晒送既麵飽同甜品都係水準之作特別鐘意有nuts既飽飽同酒

fondue上左先發覺原來無芝士
食瑞士菜又點可以無芝士?
唯有叫返個raclette
唔知係咪食到飽飽地先食返轉頭

甜品要朱古力慕絲
三球慕絲超大
加上要用忌廉中和甜味

我地都係第一次o黎, 準時7點到達, 地方細細但好feel。點o左煎鵝肝、新薯芝士、紅酒燴牛尾及一支紅酒。點完菜後, 經理都講笑話呢個變o左係情侶套餐喎…^^

煎鵝肝: 配上蘋果蓉及無花果, 幾醒胃, 但若果鵝肝再煎脆d, 仲正!
新薯芝士: 果然臭得o黎好香, 差唔多檯檯都食…
紅酒燴牛尾: 好大份呀! 一個人根本無可能食得晒…佢地真係好細心, 幫我地分開兩碟上, 大份俾男仔食, 細份俾女仔食…牛尾好淋好入味, side dish都好好味, 有兩粒以為係蜜棗, 經Honey食過後原來係小洋蔥, 味道好甜, 而伴碟o既薯蓉亦好軟滑哩…

食完頭兩樣o野時, Honey仲驚唔夠。但食完晒所有o野後, 已經好飽好飽…點dessert時, Honey已經話明佢唔要。而我亦太大意啦! 事前冇同經理夾定, 到我話要朱古力屋仔時, 個經理話已經知道, 此刻, 醒目o既Honey都知道我有d o野o勒…只不過以為我訂o左蛋糕o者! 所以當朱古力屋仔送o黎時都有小小surprise! 而waiter哥哥亦十分好人, 主動提出幫我地影相, 雖然我冇帶DC, 但都用mobile影o左一張留念…

事後, Honey成日都讚Chesa好, 佢最鍾意就係decoration & services, 原來佢好鍾意o個種小木屋o既裝修, 令人好warm & cozy, 對佢地o既services更加讚不絕口, 而價錢又合理, 一定有下次…

we had smoked salmon pancake ($150), seafood sausage ($180)and veal with mushroom ($220) for dinner last night. the salmon is a little bit salty. but it still tastes good together with cheese and egg. the seafood sausage is really excellant. there are three sausages on the butter Fettuccini. the sausages tastes very very 'seafood'. frankly speaking, i don't know what inside until the manager told me that there is shrimp, lobster and scallop. wa....it tastes really very very good. it is very soft

the seafood sausage is really excellant. there are three sausages on the butter Fettuccini. the sausages tastes very very 'seafood'. frankly speaking, i don't know what inside until the manager told me that there is shrimp, lobster and scallop. wa....it tastes really very very good. it is very soft. like a sponge absorbed all tastes of fresh seafood. it is excellant with the butter sauce.

the veal with mushroom keeps the standard.
