White Cod ($138)
I saw the name quite special so I wanted to give it a try.
It is topped with Shichimi , and the bottom is sour juice. It has a creamy taste in the mouth, smooth and plump, full of protein taste. Later, I knew that it is fish essence, which is rich in protein, low in fat and delicious. The face is first-class, to be honest, how delicious it is
