上網睇咗好耐都無見呢間嘢食評,就去試試,同石亭同一集團,地方不大也不算十分細,服務不錯,環境一般,沒大驚喜,食物沒有驚喜普通之極,叫了幾個壽司拼盤,刺身拼盤,一支酒,一條金時錭....等等等,還有很多,但鮮味一點也沒有,壽司飯可以,但始終刺身用料不鮮,比連鎖店的差不多,金時錭訓著了...有一個魚生飯圖片很大的,但來到有點失望,至少細了一半...總括不試也不無妨,開頭仲影咗幾張相,諗住幾好食,但食落都癈事影...未到垃圾嘅

到尖東開餐, 無乜頭緒, 朋友之前食過呢間 dinner 話「ok 啦」, 嚟試試 lunch 吧. 10 幾款 set lunch 及日替以生嘢為主, 全都幾十蚊, 最後叫了「沃川魚生飯」, 朋友則 order 了「雜錦刺身定食」; 再散叫了一串鹽燒牛舌 share 食.

刺身定食有 (冰鎮又厚切的) 帶子, 八爪魚, 赤身, 鱆魟及三文魚, 跟一碗熱辣辣的飯, 味噌湯, 前菜及漬物. 朋友知我鍾意食貝殼類海產, 兩件帶子都俾了我食, 食落肥美又甜, 但認真冰凍
八爪魚就爽而無乜味. 而其他的, 朋友就似乎最欣賞赤身?

我的「沃川魚生飯」就有面頭一堆飛魚籽, (切條) 赤身, 鱆魟, 魷魚, (麵粉)蟹柳, 及大量我唔食 + 最唔想見到的三文魚. 飯底澆了點唔知乜嘢汁, 食落甜甜哋; 魚生都幾新鮮, 但因為沾了嗰隻汁, 味道幾乎全部一樣, 都係「醋漬」的味, 過得去吧; 魷魚就爽而唔夠甜, 可惜.

無食漬蘿白; 而前菜就係白烚枝豆, 不過我都係鍾意「鹽水」版多 d...

味噌湯就較淡, 不過飲完唔口渴, 算啦.

生嘢一般, 燒牛舌亦然 -- 調味太重手, 食落太鹹, 胡椒味太刺喉, 質感就好 rubbery; 唯一好處, 應該就係唔會太濕吧.

招呼幾好, 店員們殷勤有禮貌, 環境亦幾日本 feel, 可惜食物真係一般.

每人 (唔收加一) 好似約 $100, 應該唔會再來, 不過都可以一試的. 專程來就咪搞了.

我同意k的講法!出面好多中高檔的日本料理都係會收前菜費而且$10亦都好合理!如果唔想俾呢啲雜費去元祿和元氣好了!人家的枝豆前菜茶水豉油都要錢吧!本人到過沃川只是數次罷了而不是常客。沃川俾我自家小店感覺,食物出品用心.刺身新鮮,有時令嘢.有活捉的。最令我一食難忘是這兒的珍賌牡丹蝦,蝦肉鮮甜,蝦頭的蝦腦做軍艦, 有創意! 蝦腦味道甘中甜, 一流!另外豚肉番茄,牛脷串燒,魷魚餃子, 燒雞軟骨,雞腎等都是一流!!!!!另外燒雞扒雖是雪藏但燒到皮脆肉滑非茶餐廳的九流之作.值得一試。最後來多一個醬油拉麵或沃川炒飯簡直是最滿足的結尾!!!甜品我唔多啱但朋友說他們的雪糕唔錯,通常綠茶味或有一款好似叫枝豆味嘅!另外有食家話侍應問'是否看演唱會'?唉!人哋都你打份工,想friendly啲,何必咁執着呢?放鬆啲啦,香港人!每次我到沃川侍應都勤快有禮,不停加茶加水。不過上菜速度仍須改善,可能小店關係末能如大酒樓般!

本身係沃川常客o既我, 睇到前一個o既食評真係實在要係到為沃川作一個大平反. 首先,前菜連茶係每位hkd10, 其實呢個一d都唔係貴, 正常收費. 有食過正宗日本餐廳的都會知(註:唔係迥轉壽司,亦唔係吉之島o個d,係真正有活魚活生生劏俾你食o個d餐廳).至於壽司, 人地已經寫明係姆指壽司,20蚊4件,好貴咩??唔應該話"咁o既收費"嫌貴,貴o既似乎唔應該食日本野~至於侍應有問及"係咪睇演唱會", 可能亦由於呢間係比較近紅館, 都希望可以就返d客時間, 所以我覺都幾周到, 我諗係尖東冇邊間會問聲你(我係尖東返工,未有人問過我囉).其實係呢度都順帶一提, 早2日同同事過去食lunch, 哈哈~ 佢地話好好味, 特別同事之一-大m一邊食銀鱈魚一邊讚好食, 另外有2-3位同事食左魚生飯都話新鮮有咬口, 最重要係一黎就可以食得, 11個人o既定食都一個接一個送上(大概早3個字打左電話先落order),3個字時間已經ok, 都幾有效率.仲留左間房俾我, 呢個同事o既birthday lunch都唔錯哦~

早兩晚去左,感覺係介乎後悔與不後悔之間。問題係乜呢,係慢,以一家開左近半年既餐廳黎講,呢間的人手調配極有問題,全場人都唔知自己做緊乜,幾乎全場人都係度猛咁問自己既野食幾時有,連執張檯都用成三個字﹗門口成班客就企晒係度,真係有金都唔識執啦﹗其次係,食物既水平好唔平均,刺身係得既,夠新鮮,厚薄均勻,唔會成口雪味,煮物唔錯,餃子、大蜆、燒魚頭都做得有水準,特別係餃子,有八爪魚係入面,幾過癮。但係壽司唔得,飯係夾生既,爐端燒極難食,個雞肉棒係凍既,絕對唔係果種家庭料理既感覺囉。拉上補下,成餐都叫可以既,但係就唔係一去再去果種感覺囉。

Celebrating my best friend's birthday, and finally settle in this home feel japanese restaurant! As a warm up, we start off with a med size sake (上善如水) this sake is very light and 易入口and can make you drunk without you relizing...

As soon as we were seated, we were serve with the appetiser of the day (Salmon Head in Vinegar Sauce with Sesame) taste pretty good and refreshing...

Food that we ordered -

Crab - Delicious.... yummy... the 羔 is unbelievably sweet and the 肉is so fresh....a must try, not a very good picture that we took but it is so marvelous... i love it

秋刀魚剌身- First time trying it fresh (not grill).... the taste of this is fish is so special, very strong 魚味 and aftertaste...... but my friend dosen't like it much while i end up eating most of it....hahhahahhaha the waitress told us that this fish is seasonal for sashimi and only serve for a very short period of time

海螺- very 爽 but i don't like the texture very much, i would rather have 象拔蚌

牡丹蝦 with the 蝦頭 for sushi -delicious..... the head with sushi is so sweet..... i would rather not have the body in exchange for another bite of the head.....

Uni - Sweet & Fresh

Oyster - Don't know did not try this, Bday girl said it was good!

Other we order includes the following 赤貝 sushi, Tuna sushi, Cuttlefish Sushi - their sushi are smaller in size than usual while each set contains 4 pcs instead of 2 which i think is better as i don't need to stretch my mouth as wide.....

As for the hot dish we ordered
Skewers -
Ox Tongue - Good, Spiced up with salt & pepper Encore
Chicken wings - Not bad but the one in Robatayaki is better
Asparagus with Bacon - Good
Garlic - Not soft enough, have to ask waitress to take it back for redo.

As for closing really wanted to try their curry udon but by the time we finish off the 4th bottle of sake, i was too drunk to handle any more food.

第二次同朋友去沃川食壽司, 上次幫襯的人太多, 所以壽司上得極慢; 因為食物夠新鮮, 所以抱住要等好耐的心情, 再 encore.今次因為係閒日, 成間餐廳得三枱客, 所以上菜上得好快. 先叫左個三刀魚刺身兩食, 諗住有個魚湯飲下, 刺身繼續好新鮮美味; 個湯比預期中差, 雖然唔腥, 但睇落似某牌子的濃湯精華, 太濃縮, 如果加多少少水煮返稀會更好.是夜叫左好多唔同種類的壽司, 樣樣都好新鮮, d 飯一粒粒好有口感, 最後仲加多個平靚正的魚生飯同熱辣辣的芝士年糕埋尾.

朋友因去過其分店說要到沃川本店試試.. 所以我們4個去了本店~見到店內每天都有新鮮的特別推介.. 友人說特別喜歡這裡的牛舌串燒和珍寶牡丹蝦...因為我們都不知點甚麼..裡面的侍應服務都算不錯, 有位的時候就幫我們調位, 一坐下就有枝豆和青瓜做前菜.. 我們就點了一個刺身拼盤...刺身都很新鮮... 牛油炒雜菇很香..鐵火卷和牛舌,雞軟骨串燒..(串燒都很好味.. 特別是牛舌) 我見到特別推介上有一個叫做櫻肉的東西..侍應說這其實是馬刺.. 問了朋友吃不吃.. 他們說試一試..雖然我們點了..又好奇又有點怕... 最後點wasabi試了一件如拇指般大小的sushi.. 但老實說不太喜歡它的口感.. 比起魚類刺身..厚一點..好像有種味道但很難形容.. 朋友說像羊的帶一點酥那樣.. 我想還是不太好吃.. 但總算試過啦.. 如果想吃的都可以到此一試!

I have always been a big fan of Japanese cuisine, just love the freshness and the scent of seafood. However, due to the various food poisoning incident in Itamae sushi, i have withhold myself from going to the cheaper sushi shop.Today my colleagues and i finally decide to have sashimi as dinner, as this shop is quite near to our office, we decided to give it a try. I have always been a big fan of Japanese cuisine, just love the freshness and the scent of seafood. However, due to the various food poisoning incident in Itamae sushi, i have withhold myself from going to the cheaper sushi shop.

Today my colleagues and i finally decide to have sashimi as dinner, as this shop is quite near to our office, we decided to give it a try.

We were nicely greeted by the waitress and were seated in the sushi bar.
Appertizer for the day was Grill Chicken Salad (Delicious - Vinegarette sause ) & Japanese green beans. (Nothing special)

We ordered the following

Assorted sashimi platter (with uni, scallop, tuna, hamachi. salmon and some that i could not name ) think it cost HKD 298.00 which we think are very reasonable as all of them were so fresh and delicious.( We saw the sushi chef cutting up the whole Salmon)

Grill OX Tongue - Marinated with Salt & Pepper - Delicious
Grill Ginko Nuts & garlic - Great with our Asahi Beer
Pumpin Tempura - Not bad but nothing fancy
Lobster Salad.- Chunks of tasty lobster inside, with a scent of mustard.

As for dessert - I had orange sherbert and my colleague had coconut. The coconut was so smooth while my sherbert was a little bit too sour

Overall it was a very pleasant experience, the food was nice and the place was not too noisy. (But the chairs aren't very comfortable though!!!).
Think it charge higher than those such as Genki Sushi and Itamae sushi, but i rather pay more as the quality is much better and is fearless of food poisoning,

Think sushi & sashimi is always better freshly made than be made and left on those belts for hours & hours.

一諗起食活魚同串燒我一定即時想起, 因為幫襯左幾年, 次次去都令我好滿足咁走! 就上星期女朋友話想食活魚....當晚就留位去食餐好既~~叫左個活造鯛魚! 魚味鮮甜, 彈牙!超級新鮮既魚生! 跟住再叫左個珍寶牡丹蝦刺身~~比平時大一半既蝦身, 入口一流, 個蝦頭同蝦籽用黎做壽司! ICHIBAN! 跟住再叫左d壽司~~真真滿足! 串燒當然叫左我最愛既牛舌啦, 入口香滑, 牛脂香到不得了~~我一個人食左3串! 想起也回味. 再叫左女朋友最愛既燒羊鞍~不燒得剛剛好~~食左咁耐佢既羊鞍都未見佢切開過,真係唔明白下面個食評點解咁講, 有針對之成份.成晚同女朋友享受左一餐新鮮既晚飯, 再食個雪巴, 又係滿足咁走. 臨走前仲睇到佢地平日晚餐有魚生飯添, 下次一定會再去食!

由細舖般中舖,一直覺得這裡是「假東洋」風格。同幾位靚女來,坐到角落頭,看看餐牌,頗有疑幻似真的和風味道,加上燒物上寫有燒豬心,單點燒物該不會太差?先來餐前小品,是漬淮山、枝豆及醋漬番茄,淮山清爽,卻要費上一番嚼勁才能清掉,消化力差一點也不建議試,枝豆送啤酒一流,但是日兩碟,其中一碟粉而酸,明顯是品質出現問題,吃了一口,吐掉,醋漬番茄幾特別,醋汁加在木魚水中,撈上山芋,很黏,被山芋一搞,番茄卻因此而蘸不上汁,天材般的創意,叫人眼界大開!先來幾味燒物,燒雞扒、羊鞍、牛舌、豬心,平心而論,無樣好,甚至要用差來形容,雞扒烤後,就只得薄薄一片皮,油脂盡化掉,肉乾,0脂肪夠健康;羊鞍兩支,對半切開,吃到骨連脂肪的位置,不羶.肉粉麋,吃完也要問問自己將什麼吞下肚;牛舌漲卜卜的,乾而無牛舌的彈性與油脂,豬心欠應有彈性,雪了好一段日子,已失真,下了大量鹽、黑椒來燒,亦掩飾不了其豬羶味,結果吃剩大半碟。三文魚、劍魚腩、壽司併盤,曾經歷過「元神」無敵三文,想起也覺精彩,是日腸胃唔多好,生冷點子還是割愛讓予靚女們。最後一味燒三文魚頭,半邊魚頭連魚鮫鹽燒,此品燒得皮焦脆,肉僅熟,又有豐盈的膠質,只收$58,是全

This shop used to be in Harbour Crystal Centre, and all our colleagues thought it has closed down. It was not until lately that my boss found that they have rellocated to its present location, the environment is much nicer and more spacious. We booked for a room for the eight of us and as expected the food provided was fresh and tasty. We order Sashimi plater it was great with Tuna, Salmon, Uni, and few more types of fish.
We also order the Botan Shrimp ( this is delicious, especially the Shrimp head, the chef was very caring, and have asked us how we like the head done. - some of my colleagues had requested it to be deep fried, which i think was a big mistake, i had mine on sushi and it was absolutely unforgetable. It was so fresh and tasty. The best of the night)

Tempura - Soft shell crab, Shrimp & Pumpkin. The shrimp & Crab was ok but i did not tried the pumpkin as i was never a fan of tempura so hard to comment on

Raw Fish - My boss order a raw fish that i can not name, it has a chewy taste, but i think it is a little scary as it was served alive while the fish is still moving. Disregarding its look, it was tasty as it is FRESH and chewy.

Others order - Cold Tofu, Miso with Cucumber, Clam soup, Fried Rice, Curry Udon

Overall the food was great and the service was fine
Pleasant dinning experience.

前陣子見到佢接左,有d 傷心,雖然自己唔食魚生,但老世話好食,都想帶d 朋去試下。有一無意中見到南洋中心出現"沃川",有d 心大心細,唔知係真,還是假。本周終於有機會去試試。地方好似比港晶大....同個服務員傾開,才知道原來個邊d租加一倍,所以才搬過黎。同契哥差唔多七點多到,客就唔係大多.... 我地點了...煮大蜆,露筍豚肉卷& 壽司(赤貝、蟹籽、柱貝、海膽(上))一坐低,就有技豆& 三文魚,ok 喎~~先講煮大蜆.... 一黎到,嘩!好大隻呀!味道都ok 喎,不過,我食到一兩隻有d 腥腥地,阿哥就話好欣賞就係蜆。露筍豚肉卷.... 一般貨色,都合格。壽司之中,我最欣賞本地海膽壽司!美味呀!食到咁上下,有一班人...原來有房架~ 咁幾好喎。

露筍豚肉卷.... 一般貨色,都合格。
壽司之中,我最欣賞本地海膽壽司!美味呀!

食到咁上下,有一班人...原來有房架~ 咁幾好喎。
