早前朋友發現, 在旺角開了一間新的拉麵店, (見到個店名, 仲以為是壽司刺身).由於自己也喜歡吃拉麵, 所以就同老婆去試下.地方不少而客人也不多(可能是新的關係), 可以馬上有位了.我點了築地黑豚肉拉麵, 老婆就點了义燒拉麵(不過店員落錯單, 來了豬軟骨拉麵, 我地都無奈要左,)因為黑豚肉拉麵是沒有蛋的, 所以大家想吃蛋的話, 不要叫這個.此外, 也點了炸雞, 以往在日本吃炸雞, 一般都很好味, 所以也很想回味一下.評語:湯底: 好, 似日本拉麵的湯底, 比起其他香港的拉麵店也好! 麵: 一般, 沒有什麼特別 蛋(吃了老婆的半份蛋): 沒有什麼味道, 也不是糖心, 而且又細隻, 失望! 炸雞: 太咸, 肉質太硬, 完全吃不出日本的風味! 調味料: 特別在有芝麻, 但為何沒有蒜蓉呢?以這價錢來吃, 是OK的, 只是蛋和炸雞不選也吧.

因為黑豚肉拉麵是沒有蛋的, 所以大家想吃蛋的話, 不要叫這個.
此外, 也點了炸雞, 以往在日本吃炸雞, 一般都很好味, 所以也很想回味一下.

評語:
湯底: 好, 似日本拉麵的湯底, 比起其他香港的拉麵店也好!

麵: 一般, 沒有什麼特別

蛋(吃了老婆的半份蛋): 沒有什麼味道, 也不是糖心, 而且又細隻, 失望!

炸雞: 太咸, 肉質太硬, 完全吃不出日本的風味!

調味料: 特別在有芝麻, 但為何沒有蒜蓉呢?

以這價錢來吃, 是OK的, 只是蛋和炸雞不選也吧.

the service @ 東京築地拉麵 really pissed me off

Wanna get a quick lunch ..so I came to this restaurant for lunch on April 2nd.I ordered the 築地黑豚肉拉麵, and I specifically asked if this ramen comes with egg or not.The captain there told me it doesn't, so I add an order of egg ... $18 ... quite expansive.The egg came first, and there are 2 in a single order .. no wonder it costs $18.Anyway, I can't finished all 2 ... so I finished up the ramen and left with 1 egg.And asked the waitress for something for me to take home.The Japanese waitress there

Wanna get a quick lunch ..

The captain there told me it doesn't, so I add an order of egg ... $18 ... quite expansive.
The egg came first, and there are 2 in a single order .. no wonder it costs $18.
Anyway, I can't finished all 2 ... so I finished up the ramen and left with 1 egg.
And asked the waitress for something for me to take home.
The Japanese waitress there can't find any boxes .. so she asked the captain for help
the captain can't find any either .. so she went into the kitchen
but then .. there is this big guy came to me .. saying they don't allow takeout,
and just put the egg back to my table.
The Japanese waitress walked by .. and I told her ... there is no box available
and I was just going to stuff it into my stomach .. the Japanese waitress is nice enough to went to the restaurant next door
and help me shrinkwrap it and let me take it away.
But then this big guy seems all pissed off and probably scold at the Japanese waitress.

I went here again for lunch with my family on April 3rd.
We got a bottle of apple juice for my niece,
she is little, so she has to stand on the chair to reach the straw.
The chair doesn't stick to the floor too well, it is pretty slippy,
and my niece hit her cheek on the table and fall off to the ground.
This same big guy just happened to bring us 2 bowls ramen to our table and saw the whole thing.
He didn't even asked if the kid is OK .. well .. which is fine.
We asked if he can give us some butter ... which is a fast remedy to reduce swollen.
I pretty sure they have it .. cause they have this 北海道 ramen which comes with butter.
This guy just keep on saying .. the butter is for food only . it is sliced into solid pieces ... they don't give out butter ...
it is margarine only .. and a few other reasons and just walk off and went back in the kitchen.
(One of us had to went to KFC across the street to bring back some free butter.)
I mean ... there is a kid fall off the ground because of your slippy floor ..
and we are asking you for help and you just give us million reasons to refuse helping and just walk off?

Then ... we asked the waitress there to give us 2 small bowls for the kids to eat.
The waitress gave us another 2 big ramen bowls ...
we were like ... we want small bowls ... kids can't really eat with big ramen bowls.
then somehow .. this big guy bring out another 2 bowls of ramen for us .. and he just join the conversation and saying
this is a ramen shop .. they only have ramen bowls and they don't have small bowl for kids!!!
We were so pissed off this time ... what is his point?
Is he saying if we bring kids here .. we should come and eat here?
Last time we were here .. we asked the Japanese waitress for help
she went to the restaurant next door and get us 2 small bowl for the kids.
And this time .. minutes later .. another family arrived ... and the Japanese waitress got a small bowl for their kid too.

Anyway .. I don't know if this big guy is like the head chef or something
cause he worked in the kitchen today.
Even though the ramens are not bad in taste,
but with this kind of attitude, their service really piss us off.
And we probably won't come back to this ramen place ever again.
If we were to come back again, it is because of the great help of the Japanese waitress.

Anyway .. here are my comments on their food ...
The soy sauce based broth is not bad, really taste like those I ate in Japan.
The egg, no need to try, it is overcooked and taste strange
The char siu, only normal, cannot compare to the once I tried in Japan, actually can't even compare to other shops.
The onions, taste quite good, they use big white onion which tastes sweet and smell good.
The fried chicken, no need to try too, doesn't taste like Japanese style fried chicken, taste strange.

完全失望加嬲

開張當日去試,四個字可以形容,不知所謂百無都得,重要係order 完15mins 先話冇,樓面與廚房不能配合拉面又凍,食到一肚火,有冇搞錯呀,第一日就咁,完全唔會再想去第二次.另外相連既燒肉鋪又係咁我寫呢篇食評係希望會有改進,否則裝俢更好都冇用,因為最基本既都俾唔到客人,裝修左咁耐,大家都好有期望希望佢地係未來日子會做好啲.

１０點先食。當然無咩人。不過入到去睇到個ＭＥＮＵ，有點後悔；因為真係２版／一眼睇哂個隻。拉面最重要是個面。。。。呢間不是我的心水。食左一個炸雞什麼什麼拉面。豬骨湯味／炸雞的質地有點怪。反而他的醬油味比較好。下次都係去返一平安好了。

集團經營的拉麵店

好耐都未試過真正地係旺角搵食，但今次總有例外。但係在旺角內，我就真係無哂辦法，人多車多，等位時間又長，所以我甚少在這區搵食。今天經過雅蘭，見到有間新的燒肉放題店及一間拉麵店，一聽見燒肉放題，雙眼即時發光，不過朋友唔食得，所以轉了去拉麵店。兩間店舖是同一集團，雙舖連著的，拉麵店座位不多，但座位算舒適，格局好有摩登feel，牆上則掛著一列列的木牌，全是日文，但簡單得黎又有小店的親切感。食物種類不多，數款拉麵中，當以東京岩漿擔擔麵及築地拉麵為主打，而小食類則只有幾款，都是麵的配料而已。一張餐牌兩面已足夠羅列出所有食物，不過也因種類少，給人一個專業的感覺。以一間拉麵店來說，不求食物款式多，只求拉麵及湯底做得出色就夠。以築地拉麵為例，以濃厚的湯底去俘虜人心，湯底清澈得黎帶有濃厚的味道，沒有那種燥味，店方以大量豬骨及雞去熬製湯底，用他們獨家的五輪煮湯法，加入蔬菜、乾貝及昆布等等熬煮，所以湯底都十分濃郁。除左湯底外，麵的質地也十分重要。麵條幼細，煙靱爽滑彈牙，而且沒有鹼水味，麵條放在一個個麵箱內，感覺十分之好，而且店方用上不同筋度的麵粉，以七輪製麵法製成。整碗麵加上那兩片非常之嫩滑的黑豚肉，看似平凡

 以一間拉麵店來說，不求食物款式多，只求拉麵及湯底做得出色就夠。以築地拉麵為例，以濃厚的湯底去俘虜人心，湯底清澈得黎帶有濃厚的味道，沒有那種燥味，店方以大量豬骨及雞去熬製湯底，用他們獨家的五輪煮湯法，加入蔬菜、乾貝及昆布等等熬煮，所以湯底都十分濃郁。

特上盛拉麵

 另一碗麵則是特上盛拉麵，聽個名字，一定會覺得是特別大碗的，可是大家都錯了，原來特上盛的意思是配料豐富的意思，即是它包含了所有豚肉製品在內，有味自慢叉燒、黑豚肉、豚角煮、信州豬軟骨及溏沁蛋，各有各的不同質感。例如黑豚肉如之前所說嫩滑之爽口，豚角煮以五花腩製成，軟稔入味，味自慢叉燒又有另一番味道，甘香可口，但唯一要批評的絕對是那半隻溏沁蛋，表面上是一隻溏沁蛋，但實際上已變成了一隻差不多全熟的蛋，做不到流沁的效果，要改進這一點，始終溏沁蛋係晝龍點晴的作用。

 最後，為了進一步滿足我們的食慾，點了一碟信州豬軟骨，是最不起眼及賣相不佳的一個，味道有少少咸，但它被煮得非常稔身而且入味，實則來說都是不錯的。

這間新開的拉麵店，質素上不錯，都覺得值得幫襯，但與那幾間出名的拉麵店，湯底始終都係有好大既差距。
