Ok lets start with the appetizer of the brunch. The oysters are coffin bay from australia. They are fresh n yummy. The caviar was a bit tasteless. Most of the salad were premixed and I personally found them overwhlemed with sauce . To beHonest i was quite happy with the appetizer.The mushroom soup serve was creamy and nice. I chose fish and it had a bit of fishy aroma but it was ok to taste n i could finish 2 pieces of fish.

Another problem i noted is the dessert bar . The dessert bar was next to the opened
Kitchen. By the time when everyone almost

Getting the dessert at 2-3 pm. The cakes which mostly composed of
Mousse were not firm anymore and a bit wobbly and sponge cake becoming soggy. .
I guess the desserts r supposed to be great but the soggy conditions making them not so enjoyable to taste.

I guess maybe worthwhile to try if you r a beef person but I dun think i will go back in near future.....
