上環孖沙最廣為人知的一味,應該是午市的那個三春叉飯,一口氣來三隻蛋,是生命中不能承受的重?早上當然沒有如此福氣,只有個甚麼營養餐。油多奶茶,煎蛋配豬扒,有些人會說,沒有麥皮,還叫營養餐?其實看穿只是一句,油多烘得夠脆,奶茶質感挺香滑,調得不錯。煎蛋依然靚靚仔仔,豬扒則有點乾,不及某幾間名店。另外的魚柳包,聽友人說,孖沙的魚柳是用青衣魚,當然你我也未必吃得出,但質素比連鎖快餐店好得多,魚柳炸得香脆,油份不多,而且魚肉嫩滑,不能再多多要求了。又要用到誠意小店來讚美?太濫了。我只能說,食物水準,與價錢成正比。

另外的魚柳包,聽友人說,孖沙的魚柳是用青衣魚,當然你我也未必吃得出,但質素比連鎖快餐店好得多,魚柳炸得香脆,油份不多,而且魚肉嫩滑,不能再多多要求了。

I wanted to try here as I'm a fan of sunny-side-ups on rice.
Took the chance to come here for a late lunch (about 1:45 p.m.) so I got a seat easily.
It's right next to Ryotei ramen at Sheung Wan.

Old school cha chaan teng:

The place is a typical old Cha Chaan Teng with an open shop front (i.e. no glass doors, no partitions - just a cashier, a lot of tables and an open kitchen). It had about 8-10 tables for 4.

The tables were reasonably tidily spaced apart and the whole place was dated but clean.

Just grab a seat anywhere. I sat right next to the cashier.

Plate of rice?

They serve a decent number of ...hmm... is there an English word for it? Various different toppings placed on top of steamed rice - 碟頭飯,蓋飯. Literally "Plate Rice" or "Covered Rice". This is a very Hong Kong type of cuisine. A meal in one in which all the sauce or gravy of the toppings is mixed with the steamed rice. Anyway, they have different types of rice and fried noodles.

You can mix and match between: Sunny-side-up, Scrambled eggs, Char Siu, Sausages, Spam, Beef, Pork... and various other combinations. The menu is in Chinese only. I suppose if you're a non-Chinese Hong Konger, the fact that you know how to look for restaurants on OpenRice means you must know how to get by. Well, you can't make an omelette without breaking eggs.

The signature dish here is sunny side up with char siu rice. Without further ado, that's what I ordered. I was told that char siu was out of stock - it doesn't matter as according to other reviewers, their char siu is sourced from other suppliers anyway. The egg's the real deal. The polite waitress suggested spam so that's what I ordered.

I can hear the sizzling sound of my eggs being cooked from the open kitchen.


It came after a short wait. The chief handed the dish to me, politely.


A very pleasant surprise. He's a good egg:

Just HK$26 for three pretty large eggs with luncheon meat (a.k.a. Spam.) with some dark sauce splashed on it.

Looks wonderful.


I don't want to sound like I'm teaching grandmothers how to suck eggs, but there's a million ways to tackle this dish. Some forward planning is required if you don't want egg on your face (i.e. embarrass yourself) so you won't waste the egg sauce.


What I did was to dig a little hole in the middle and slowly push the three egg yokes nearer to the centre before cutting the egg yokes and egg white up, then mixing the rice, the egg "sauce" and the soy sauce as I eat.


Egging you on:

The size of the egg yokes were pretty big and those had decent egg taste. Possibly from Thailand. (* Different brands of eggs from different countries do taste wildly different from each other, so it's like walking on eggs whenever I want to try a new brand.)

Normal dark soy sauce with a pretty thick texture. I suppose they might have heated up the dark soy sauce and added a bit of sugar in it. The texture was thicker than normal.

The three rather large pieces of luncheon meat were crispy on the outside and soft inside. It's quite sweet. Good balance with the soy sauce and eggs.

The rice was a bit on the dry side, which was just fine for mixing the egg sauce into it.




I finished the whole plate in 10 minutes. A satisfying lunch at just HK$26, and this was already the more expensive dish. Other options were between $15-$31 for a whole set lunch. Great value.


It's very popular amongst officer workers.
I also saw many workers stopping nearby, spending their butter and egg money on a takeaway and then hopping back onto their trucks.

High cholesterol ?

It's a rich man's decease.

久不久,就心思思的想來這裡,然而來到這裡,不用多說,一定要來個叉燒蛋飯!不要少看這個3眼仔飯,叉燒並不是主角,亮點是半生熟的雞蛋啊!蛋黃又大又香,淋上秘製豉油,拌在飯上,j蛋香充沛,是最簡單直接的美味.用料簡單,只是叉燒及雞蛋,淋上豉油,卻是人間美啊!

三隻蛋黃晶瑩的太陽蛋像真的太陽般向著我的眼晴發光。
兩條香腸則藏在太陽蛋下,十分害羞的約隱約現。
伴上墨黑的甜豉油,伴飯簡直一流。

一開始還不知如何入手,小心翼翼,唯恐刺穿蛋黃,怕一觸即發,不能好好利用蛋汁佐飯。
結果,我先吃兩口飯,飯是十分軟棉,帶點糯口的感覺,不是用廉價的珍珠米,而用泰國靚米,好極,看來,要完成整碟飯不是不可能的任務了。

坐在我對面的是一位縏髺的老婆婆,她用她不靈活的右手夾著魚塊,有時失手,跌落桌上還是會再接再力,成功送到口中便會露出半絲微笑,再送兩口飯,又繼續...

我重新專注吃我的飯,我忍不住終於要用尖薄的匙更邊輕輕刺破蛋黃,蛋汁馬上從流出,如火山爆發般流如泉湧,馬上拍下流黃情景,平時一刺穿蛋芯會馬上含汁,非常純熟,因為我個人超愛吃半生熟蛋,這次有三次機會,來三個不同的食法吧!
第一次,蛋汁流往白飯,帶有黏性的蛋汁加上鮮味的豉油,把平平無奇的白飯使人帶來一口接一口停不了的味覺享受。

第二次,平常的食法,先食太陽蛋的蛋白,最後只剩震蕩中的蛋黃危險非常,馬上張口一口氣食完第二隻蛋黃,這時胃裏已經有兩隻蛋,略有飽滯感。

剩下大約三分一飯和一隻煎蛋,我先把蛋汁放出,然後把剩餘的蛋黃吸掉。乾乾淨淨的把米粒清掉,我非常有衣食!

這是我第一次在茶記點煎蛋,香腸,火腿,午餐肉類配搭的碟頭飯,平時覺得這些飯沒有功失可言,都是三文治常見的材料而已,但經過今次孖沙的膽固醇大挑戰,原來只要用心製作,多普通的白飯,也可變成色香味美俱備的犀利飯!

When I ordered I did not realised you could choose from normal tofu or the dried ones, so I ended up with the dried ones but if I had known I would have orderd the normal tofu which would be more filling and nicer.
The roast pork belly was good as well, it had crispy skin.
Overall the BBQ roast pork and roast pork belly is really good and I wonder if they roast them in house or get them from a local roast shop.

I was really impressed with this fish burger, firstly the bun was not those standard ones used in Chinese restaurants and the sauce was really nice.
The bun's shape was similar to a brioche bun.
The fish filet had been fried just right and it was golden brown with tender white fish inside.
The lettuce as you can see was finely shredded.
I was also impressed that they gave me a knife and fork to eat the fish burger.

我從來未試過比人話我投訴佢慢,仲要係慢得合理個隻!我知有D出名既餐廳個D員工好串,基本上已經唔care,但係真係未試過係茶餐廳D食物出得噉慢,仲要比人話我投訴佢慢???茶餐廳唔係應該快既咩?
最重要係,係我等既唎段時間有好多遲過我落單既人都已經食緊野。我落單又唔係D超級難度高既菜式,點解要噉耐?仲同我講話個麵得但係D餸未得?唔通係即刻切肉絲,洗蔥洗芽菜???

我去到都唔係話期待有D乜野5星級服務,茶餐廳就係噉架啦,但係都唔會掛?無落單唔見單就話係噉耐架喇!

仲有,我兩次去都話賣晒叉燒。我就和同事講,不如買盒炒蛋飯,然後去燒味鋪買叉燒咪一樣!
之後我先知道佢地D叉燒係人地交來而唔係自己整,噉到底我為乜食佢碟飯呢?唔通係個3隻太陽蛋?
$25 為左3隻蛋,一碟飯???
算把啦,自己用$25買一盒蛋係屋企慢慢學煮太陽蛋仲好⋯⋯

I came here especially for the triple fried eggs with Chinese barbecue pork with rice.I can never get enough of runny egg yolks especially with plain boiled rice that is perfectly cooked and soy sauce that is not too sweet or too salty.Anyway I ordered that and did not know you could have the eggs cooked in other ways because they asked how I wanted my eggs so I just said I wanted the yolk to be runny.When it came it was three eggs co-joined together with three BIG runny yolks!!The gourmet barbe

The gourmet barbecue pork was beneath the eggs and there was generous dark soy sauce all over the eggs and rice.

Usually I do not like barbecue pork unless it is lean and soft but from the previous photos on Openrice the barbecue pork looked great.
The pork was sliced thinly as well and there was a fair amount of pork to go with the rice after discarding some fatty bits. It was soft and tender.
The eggs were done nicely and the yolks were big and runny and because there was three egg yolks I did not have to eat the yolk sparingly with the rice.
As well as that it was impressive the eggs did not have an oil smell or have an oil taste. Eggs are really delicate ingredients that absorb any foul flavouring or odours easily.

I felt that this dish was a perfect ratio of rice to pork and eggs and soy sauce, there was not one mouthful that was boring.
All in all, each of those four elements was perfect which made it extremely delicious.
It was like the excitement of having English Breakfast, dipping sausages and other elements into the egg yolk.

Every mouthful was delicious, it was either lovely rice with runny egg yolk, rice with soy sauce, rice with barbecue pork and egg yolk.
There was sufficient amounts of roast pork, rice, and egg to finish most of the dish but in the end I finished with only two spoons of rice left and I wished there was some more soy sauce to finish it off.

The soy sauce they had was extremely nice. There are several places I have been where the soy sauce made the food fantastic.
But the soy sauces are unique in different ways.
The soy sauce here is dark and thick and it is slightly sweet.

Also tried the curry but found it too spicy.

很多食友都知道這間地方小小的茶記的名物便是那碟一炮三響,令身體內的膽固醇指標於短時間內急速上昇的义燒蛋飯....是日和太太每人各來一碟,小弟要的是太陽蛋,而太座吃的就是炒蛋的版本。從視覺上當然是以小弟的那碟更為奪目 ---- 一次過將三隻蛋放在白飯面上,準會將視膽固醇視為洪水猛獸的朋友嚇得雞飛狗走....不過我兩口子卻處之泰然,反正又不是天天這樣吃,是真的有這麼大不了嗎 ?將晶瑩欲滴的三只蛋黃一起過用羮搗破並與混有甜豉油的米飯同吃,罪咎感及美味度並存,結果是後者戰勝前者,一匙復一匙的食個不停...义燒的品質老實說是在水準以下,肉地又硬又實,絕對是大茄一名.....不過光是一味"蛋黃豉油撈飯",便已覺有點不虛此行了....試了少許太太的炒蛋,入口香滑,留下的印象也是良好的....天氣大熱之下口乾非常,此時喝一口茶味不缺的夠冰的凍檸茶,實在是透心涼....."搗蛋"完畢之後,儘管要做回大量的運動或食多幾碗燕麥片去平衡一下心態,但還是覺值得的....

試了少許太太的炒蛋,入口香滑,留下的印象也是良好的....

天氣大熱之下口乾非常,此時喝一口茶味不缺的夠冰的凍檸茶,實在是透心涼.....

餐廳要出名,不一定要樣樣出色,只消有一款食物做得出位,就能殺出個重圍。位於孖沙街的孖沙茶餐廳,就是憑一味簡單至極的叉燒煎蛋飯,獨步天下。 老實說,叉燒,是交來的;煎蛋,人人都識。那有甚麼特別?出位的是那蛋:當別家用的是預先煎好的乾爭爭蛋餅,這裏卻會在落單時問:要煎蛋太陽蛋?要後者的話,廚房會新鮮煎一大片蛋黃剛好熟的三蛋太陽蛋,蓋住叉燒和已上色的白飯,熱辣辣震騰騰的送給客人。 沒心理準備,還真會被碟上那三隻瞪着你又份量十足的渾圓大眼嚇到!別怕,將蛋黃從中芯軋破,飯的熱力更將蛋香揮發徹底。看着蛋汁向內流下引成小漩渦,形狀有點像拆掉後espresso machine滴嘴後extract espresso時引成的虎紋漩渦;白飯已以豉油上色但實味道不咸,蛋汁令它更粉糯更香甜,醬油味蓋過蛋那不能避免的腥味。叉燒偏瘦並不香,但伴在蛋汁豉油飯旁,滿有嚼感的它也是不錯的綠葉。 但此飯的確不太健康,一來三隻半生蛋不是人人受落,二來份量太大,三來半條菜也沒有,膽固醇更是爆燈,所以還是兩人分一碟比較好。 除了叉燒飯,魚柳包也很不錯。可能很多人對此品的印象只來自老麥,我小時候也已吃光一輩子的麥記魚柳包配額。這裏

出位的是那:當別家用的是預先煎好的乾爭爭蛋餅,這裏卻會在落單時問:要煎蛋太陽蛋?

要後者的話,廚房會新鮮煎一大片蛋黃剛好熟的三蛋太陽蛋,蓋住叉燒和已上色的白飯,熱辣辣震騰騰的送給客人。

沒心理準備,還真會被碟上那三隻瞪着你又份量十足的渾圓大眼嚇到!別怕,將蛋黃從中芯軋破,飯的熱力更將蛋香揮發徹底。

看着蛋汁向內流下引成小漩渦,形狀有點像拆掉後espresso machine滴嘴後extract espresso時引成的虎紋漩渦;白飯已以豉油上色但實味道不咸,蛋汁令它更粉糯更香甜,醬油味蓋過蛋那不能避免的腥味。

除了叉燒飯,魚柳包也很不錯。可能很多人對此品的印象只來自老麥,我小時候也已吃光一輩子的麥記魚柳包配額。這裏的雖然貴差不多一倍,但美味極多!

餐包質感軟綿,但仍能感受到一絲絲麵條,味道不過甜,表面更有焦香。魚柳炸得外脆內軟,比不少地方的出色!只消少許沙律醬和蕃茄點綴,已是人間美味。

只見廚房密密手的煎蛋奉客,可見餐廳這出位的三蛋飯是成功的。我吃過不多叉燒煎蛋飯,未能作比較,但這裏的起碼會給人深刻印象,更令我想起小時候未有禽流感沙門氏菌這些詞語的時候,吃到的蛋都是這樣的。

也許有些味道已成回憶,好像小時候那魚柳包的滋味般。天天和我到麥記把我寵肥寵壞的婆婆已離開我,沒了她相伴,怎吃也吃不回小時候的感動,更何況味道亦已變差很多。

中午路經此地,看見這間餐廳擠滿食客,在中環搵地方食午飯不容易,這裡的快餐碟頭飯連飲品只收廿五蚊,我已經很久沒有在茶檔吃飯,便決定一試。一個人很快有位,叫了一碟鮮茄石班飯及凍檸檬茶,不消三分鐘飯已送到,白魚柳很厚很大塊,炸粉不會很厚,很多茄汁和洋蔥,但沒有番茄肉,白米飯份量夠,不過白飯粒很瘦,有點乾硬,未能吸收醬汁。臨離開前,旁邊一位男食客剛剛坐下來,同樣吃鮮茄石班飯,看見他那碟飯有很多番茄肉,不公平呀!

一個人很快有位,叫了一碟鮮茄石班飯及凍檸檬茶,不消三分鐘飯已送到,白魚柳很厚很大塊,炸粉不會很厚,很多茄汁和洋蔥,但沒有番茄肉,白米飯份量夠,不過白飯粒很瘦,有點乾硬,未能吸收醬汁。

臨離開前,旁邊一位男食客剛剛坐下來,同樣吃鮮茄石班飯,看見他那碟飯有很多番茄肉,不公平呀!

因為食飯時間太多人,所以我都會叫外賣,每次都食叉燒蛋飯(蛋雙面煎),等侯時間約8至10分鐘左右,繁忙時間嚟講算係快,份量夠大汁多真係百吃不厭,叉燒雖然唔算多但係飯好多,撈埋d豉油同蛋汁一齊食好滋味,總括嚟講係食唔哂,好抵囉

本時去茶餐廳,會喜歡叫叉蛋飯。還記得很久以前,Oli跟我說過上環的孖沙茶餐廳的出品,會有三隻太陽蛋,我一直記於心中,但到了今天才真真正正的能去品嚐。坐下,馬上叫一碟叉蛋飯。的確,上檯時是有三隻太陽蛋,以及份量挺多的甜豉油,絕對是令人興奮的。把蛋黃弄破,讓蛋汁和豉油汁混入每粒米飯之中,肯定是滋味無窮。叉燒,帶少許肥,也是軟熟好味道。成身大汗,便叫了杯凍飲,奶茶幾滑,而且奶係偏多,正對口味。連飲品三十有找,絕對是要再翻兜的地方。

連飲品三十有找,絕對是要再翻兜的地方。

本來去勝香園吃個早餐,原來正放著三周大假,結果,沿著歌賦街盡頭的樓梯向下行,來到上環的"孖沙",找個位坐下.上年某個下午,曾在此見識過"三春叉燒飯",一口氣吃三隻太陽蛋,未至於生命中不能承受的重,但也差不大遠,一次過三隻太陽蛋,已打爆一日之所需,友人們聽到這一味三蛋叉飯,未見其形已經嚇怕.早上的孖沙,外賣客多過堂食客,這個時段當然不能吃三春叉飯如此放肆,有孖沙餐,營養餐等等.所謂的營養餐,有餐茶,煎蛋配魚柳,還有兩片多士,$19一客在上環一帶,是合理價錢.熱奶茶用玻璃杯上,結尾的奶味頗重,不算是很好的奶茶,在各大討論區,甚至貴網內好些食家,也曾批評有些人什麼都寫一餐,吃甚麼也要拿部相機,拍過照才吃.真是戇_.事實上,一飽一評曾經在貴網惹來激烈討論,現今更見連果醬,辣醬豉油都寫一餐,都幾"屈機".更有網民常罵開飯大多人,比少少錢就當自己係食神,寫Blog多過寫食評,你的私事,關我叉事?哈哈哈,區區煎雙蛋,又有什麼特別,有什麼值得寫?不要說笑,很多人連煎隻蛋,都煎到一鑊泡,那些十指不沾陽春水,公主病患者的港女,洗米也不曉,叫佢煎隻蛋,個鑊隨時會噴火.不要用港女這麼極端例子來比,大多茶餐廳,

哈哈哈,區區煎雙蛋,又有什麼特別,有什麼值得寫?不要說笑,很多人連煎隻蛋,都煎到一鑊泡,那些十指不沾陽春水,公主病患者的港女,洗米也不曉,叫佢煎隻蛋,個鑊隨時會噴火.不要用港女這麼極端例子來比,大多茶餐廳,連煎隻蛋都煎得不夠靚仔,一係煎到蛋黃微穿,一係就蛋黃側埋一邊,太陽變成蝌蚪,一係蛋白過老,又或者蛋白邊位過焦等等...

孖沙的煎雙蛋,坦白說不算靚仔,但有內涵,蛋白滑而不老,蛋黃飽滿蛋汁香甜,絕對收貨.炸魚柳同連鎖式快餐店差不多,連沙律醬吃,兩隻蛋,炸魚柳,沙律醬三管齊下,加上多士,這個早餐,果然夠"營養".

結果,回到家中,個肚撐到眼光光.
