燒製雞肝的時間和火侯控制必須拿捏得宜,否則容易過熟令口感粗糙乾旱,而這裡的雞肝亦炮製得油潤細膩、甘香濃郁。

無可否認,不論選用食材、環境抑或是服務質素都稱心如意,可惜定價實在過份進取,只有爐端燒部分價格較為合理,譬如一小個冷番茄索價八十元實在物非所值;加上除了爐端燒水準較高值得一試之外,部分食物如慢煮牛肉沙律水準令人大失所望,觀及其價錢更突顯與質素不成正比,希望下次再臨一試位於二樓及三樓的壽司及鐵板燒時能令人刮目相看。

Ambiance and First Impression
I sat at the teppanyaki table, which had a clean and uniquely styled Japanese table setting. My score for the ambiance, cleanliness and decor is a solid 5/5. With teppanyaki, the chefs prepare and cook the food fresh and right in front of you. As an upscale restaurant, the chefs were friendly but interactive than the touristy places you will find in Las Vegas. The washrooms and coffee seating area are also spotless, which is a must. But don’t take this for granted, since the same cannot be said for executive hotels like Shanghai-la and Cordis.

Taste:
My favourite two dishes were the sashimi and the wagyu beef. The freshness, flavour and texture are characteristic that you can claim but you can’t fake. The thickness was perfect and the taste of fish...without the fishiness could be the 8th world wonder of planet earth ;)

As for the wagyu beef... It’s almost too good to talk about. They give you some mustard and an in house garnish that I’ve never had anywhere but here. Each cube of beef has that beautiful crisp skin and glowing pink center...I went with a date, and we communicated purely through eye contact during this course...I never stopped chewing
One dish I wasn’t that impressed with was the eel. They give you a generous portion, and since it’s grilled the sauce becomes caramelized. It’s a bit too much for me, but if you like intense flavour, this might be right for you.

Service
I give the service a 4/5 with the potential to go to 4.5/5 after some practice. The wait staff, host and chefs were all friendly and respectful. But, what sets a 5* restaurant apart is their ability to make it look easy. Being a soft opening, you can’t expect that, and in fact I was shocked how well it went having being open less than 2 weeks...this is why I can’t wait to go back ;)

We went on the 2/F for Omakase dinner set and we sat by the bar. We were told that we could try different menus from different floors and that’s what we did. The chef was super friendly and he was very passionate about the sashimi he was going to serve, his love for Japanese was so contagious I could pretty much taste it! Haha

I loved the grilled foods and the clam soup, especially the fish. Super fresh and crispy!
Before we left, we went to the ground floor and enjoyed one last chicken wing cause it was realllllllly good.

I’d say this is the perfect place for everyone to try out different authentic Japanese food. They’ve got two VIP rooms which I’ve yet to discover. Overall, a really impressive restaurant in Kowloon City!

The restaurant is really fascinating. It consists of a few floors, each serving a different style of Japanese cuisine. Only had the chance to try robatayaki (G/F) this time, though I popped round to the other floors to have a look. The decoration is very authentic yet modernistic, each floor is different in style. 1) No choice of menuWe went for Teppanyaki floor last nite and once we sat down the manager gave us only chef menu which set for $1600/head and I had to ask him to pass me their A la Carte menu and he only gave me one .. obviously he just want us to order their chef menu.. 2) shochu over price .. they are charging $500 more on top of a city super selling price of a bottle of Shochu .. say City Super already selling $120 at the restaurant it is $650 so it is super over over price 3) bad O toro (f

3) bad O toro (fatty tuna)
We ordered 3pcs of O Toro sushi and 燒一燒 and the manager said due to their sushi bar busy the sushi won’t be ready as appetiser so I said it’s fine.. can come wherever it is ready ...but it turned out sashimi cut not sushi and they had to bring it back .. once returned the fish cut is separated like someone has been pulling the piece of fish and we can see rice through the gap in between the fish .. obviously they reused the sashimi cut .. I really don’t mind but
Pls be professional even 千兩 otoro sushi looks better then yours

4) we ordered pickled radish from sushi bar but manager said becos too busy so cannot prepare for us then I ask how come they can prepare our 3pcs of OToro sushi but no time to prepare pickled radish ??? So this is too obvious that they dun wan to prepare for you due to radish are free/only charge u low price

In overall .. I dunno why this restaurant think ppl who go to Kowloon city for dining are dumb I mean they are charging Cwb/Central price level but I do not think it is worth and they obvious showing you they are charging you crazy .. and also for
paying $1600 per head why I have to face to the sink and watch the chef to washing abalone and lobster ??

Tips.. pls check if abalone is dead or not before they start washing it

鐵板和牛用的是A4佐賀牛,我們要了一份厚燒一份薄燒share來吃,想一次過試試兩種味道。薄燒牛肉的肉很滑,加上蔥和蒜片,昆布鹽,味道很香濃。厚燒牛肉煎得外脆內軟,可以品嘗到和牛的油香和肉質,這個也要極力推薦!
 炒雜菜有香甜的日本南瓜,番薯和舞茸菇,口味配搭不錯。

味噌湯內有剛才的龍蝦頭和龍蝦膏,香而不膩,而且都幾大碗。吃到炒飯的時候其實我都很飽了,炒飯上面加了黑松露醬,味道豐富,吃不完也可以打包回家。

甜品有雪糕,我們點了威士忌和柚子味道。柚子雪糕比較像sorbet, 威士忌雪糕令我很有驚喜。第一次吃到威士忌味的雪糕,有清清的酒香和甜味!

如果雪糕和甜品有更多選擇就更好了,不過整體來說,這間鐵板燒的食材用料上乘,煮法水準都很高。價錢在高檔餐廳類別也算不錯,起碼食物的色香味俱全,環境舒適,服務也OK,我們下次都想再試下餐廳另外的壽司和爐端燒部。

このお店を設計したものです。先日のグランドオープンの時にお邪魔利用させていただきました。敷地は大きくはないですが、天井が高いお陰で広々した空間になっており、居心地が良いお店になったと思っております。料理はお寿司を食べましたが、とても美味しかったです。ネタが大きく、シャリが小さめで私好みでした。スタッフの方々もとても気が利き、フレンドリーで、総合的に大満足でした!
