上星期五, 朋友為我做壽! 一入去, 黑到不得了, 可能呢d叫做型格, 但都要比d 光線睇menu, 朋友一隻字都看不到, 我正常視力, 都勉強應付到!最激氣係問佢取杯熱水, 都叫了好幾次及足足等了30分鐘, (基本上消費客人不多, 吉檯有好多& hea 既侍應更多), 食物都是一般, 沒特別太好味. 服務就真係有好大, 超大, 勁大既改善空間, 有一位姐姐真係需要陪訓, 態度散慢, 又不是太樂意做, 咁點解唔返屋企做大小姐呢??不過都不緊要, 只此一次!

之前試過銅鑼灣,唔錯。今次同朋友們試呢間......唉.......食物: 呢度最出名o既玉子都OK,不過唔夠上次CWB o甘好食; 其餘,都係一般日本居酒屋質素啦.....環境:都係佢o既style啦..暗。服務 : 扣晒分o既一環, 有某個親切中年女仕應外, 其餘都...特別有一個勁hea 年輕女仕應,唉.....每樣野都要等好耐, 仲要吹一吹先出一碟, 飲品同樣,吹一吹先黎一杯o甘啦.....眼見無論廳面到水吧o既都好得閒呆企..朋友們就話... 肚餓就真係唔好黎呢到啦。

It was my second visit to this place but I was actually excited about trying some new items on its menu. Contrary to my own belief (or what it used to be), I actually enjoy trying new things; not just relating to food, but all sort of things. I would not say I am an adventurous person (... yet ... ) but I think I am one step closer than yesterday. There is a saying that the more you study, the less risk you are going to take because you have been informed or educated of the potential risks on every actions you take or decisions you make. But I have recently learned that to have a so-called meaningful life, it should be filled with risks. Life is all about risk, there is no point to be staying within the box or trying to make yourself fit within the box so to avoid or minimize risks. Think out of the the box, stay out of the box and live out of the box. There can be challenges as well as fun to out of the risks you are going to take. Anyhow, let me get back to the food items.

(1) Omelet with crab meat 蟹肉厚燒玉子
This is one of the famous items and since I enjoyed it last time, I ordered it again. However, it was rather disappointing. It was very watery for some reasons and the flavors were not as rich as last time. Maybe it was due to the busy hour on a Sat night? Whatever the reason was, the fact was that it was very watery and it somehow showed the inconsistency in the food quality. Revisiting a restaurant provides me the opportunity to review on the consistency factor of a great restaurant.

(2) Soft-shell crab Maki 軟殼蟹卷
This dish, on the other hand, maintained its quality. The soft-shell crab was fresh and crispy and the maki was tightly wrapped. No new surprises here.

(3) Robatayaki Selection
(Grilled Minced Chicken, Grilled OX tongue and chicken Soft bones) This order was another proof for its consistency in terms of food quality. The grilled ox tongue and minced chicken were under-grilled (and a bit cold as if placed at room temperature for a while). These set of skewers seem to be pre-grilled, possibly due the busy hour and that these items are popular items.

(4) Grilled Tofu
How I wish we did not order this dish! It was very dry and if it was grilled for a bit longer, it might turn into bean curd. I am used to grilled tofu or fried tofu to be crispy on the outside and very soft in the inside. Maybe it was the way it was but I personally did not enjoy it at all.

(5) Ginger Beef with Fried Rice in Hot Stone Pot
This dish I liked very much. The ginger mixed very well with the sliced beef in terms of flavors and when you mix them while the stone pot was still hot, the savoring smell would just make you very hungry.

(6) Kimchi Pork with Fried Rice in Hot Stone Pot
Another nice dish but the kimchi flavor was a bit weak. It the kimchi used was a bit more spicy, it would have been way better. I guess tonight was not a good night to go on a low crab diet with all the tasty stone pot rice.

My first impression of this place was that the overall decor resembles very much like The Mon @ CWB. Once I looked at their menu, it just further reinforced my assumption due the the series of similarities between them. (I am still not sure by the way.) Let's go back and talk about the decor. Once I looked at their menu, it just further reinforced my assumption due the the series of similarities between them. (I am still not sure by the way.) Let's go back and talk about the decor. The environment looks very much Japanese in my opinion and the ambiance (ie: lighting) was great as well. Not too dark but very soft and mild. Such an atmosphere is great for light meals after work with a few friends and chat over a few beers.

(1) A very fresh fish / Sashimi (Daily Special)

I forgot what was the name of this fish but it was very fresh indeed. (I only know it was not 池魚) There were various condiments in the center of the plate for you to mix with the very thinly sliced sashimi but I personally preferred it the way it was, plain fresh sashimi with just a bit of the sauce.
(2) The Yuu Salad 一遊沙拉
Interesting use of ingredients for this dish. In addition to the normal greens, there were tapioca (those bubbles form in Bubble Tea) and plain mini dumplings (aka "tong yue") as part of the ingredients. These two items provided an interesting texture to the salad. However, the dressing was a bit too watery in my opinion.
(3) Yellow Tail Belly Sashimi (Hamachi) with Geoduck 油金魚/象拔蚌
According to the staff, both the yellow tail and geoduck were daily special and arrived that afternoon. The staff explained in such detailed on their freshness that we might as well give it a try. The Hamachi belly was very nice, the fish oil / fatty part of it slowly melted in the mouth. Of course Toro is still the best in terms of the melting effect/sensation but the one being served was above average already. The geoduck on the other hand was very disappointing. Not only was the portion smaller than expected (we order a whole geoduck expecting a bigger one of course), but it was not that fresh at all. It was chewy but crisp but taste -wise it was not very appealing because it did not taste very fresh in my opinion.
(4) Robatayaki Selection
(Grilled OX tongue 牛舌 / Grilled Salty Fresh Eel 鹽燒鰻魚 / Grilled Minced Chicken 免治雞肉 / Grilled pork with Eggplant 豬肉茄子 / Grilled Quail Eggs 鵪鶉蛋) We ordered a selection of various grilled items. The ox tongue was fair, would be better if grilled a bit longer. Salty Fresh eel was surprisingly delicious but seemed to have too many tiny fish bones in my opinion. (I know eel has many but there were too many ... ...) The grilled pork with eggplant was another surprise. The softness of the eggplant together with the tender pork slices wrapped around was a good combination both in terms of taste and texture. As for the Minced Chicken and Quail Eggs, both were alright, no surprises.
(5) Omelet with crab meat 蟹肉厚燒玉子
I mentioned it many time, whenever there is anything similar to tamagoyaki, I would order it. There was not difference this time. I am not 100% sure if these are traditional way of doing it in terms of having different fillings for the tamagoyaki, but I enjoyed it very much. The egg has been slowly cooked / grilled but not being overcooked. The texture and taste of the crab meat complimented the texture of the egg nicely. I only wished the egg layers were thicker to give it a better "chewing" sensation. One thing I really liked was the way how it was served. The entire tamagoyaki was served as a whole piece without being cut into slices. Thumbs up!
(6) Soft-shell crab Maki 軟殼蟹卷
A fair dish with freshly deep fried soft shell crab but flavor-wise was a bit weak. I think the hand roll option might be a smarter choice but hard to share.
Likes:
* Atmosphere & Decor
* Omelet with crab meat 蟹肉厚燒玉子, very good.
* Grilled pork with Eggplant 豬肉茄子 robatayaki, the combination of these two ingredients is worth a try

Dislikes:
* Service was a bit slow in general
* Very disappointing "fresh" geoduck (象拔蚌)

再來是南瓜沙律﹐東洋卷和雜菌厚燒玉子﹐南瓜沙律是最易得分的日式沙律﹐討好我沒難度﹐東洋卷用班戟皮包著蟹子﹐鰻魚﹐牛油果等﹐好吃但沒驚喜。厚燒玉子是這裡的名物﹐每次吃都不會失望﹐今次當然也不例外。

第二輪點了一堆燒物包括燒雞皮蝦﹐燒羊架﹐燒和牛﹐燒雞軟骨﹐燒牛舌﹐燒南瓜和壽司牛油果蟹肉卷。燒物都燒得不過不失﹐羊架和牛串都是外脆內嫩﹐咬開中心還是嫩紅色且肉汁豐盈﹐雞皮蝦的雞油在燒烤過程中滲入蝦身中﹐蝦身被雞皮保護著不被燒乾﹐雞皮脆﹐蝦爽﹐怎有不好吃的道理。

最後來個飽肚的煙肉忌廉意大利粉作總結﹐點它是被餐牌上的相片吸引﹐相片中的這道意大利粉上多放了一隻溫泉蛋﹐即刻功力大增﹐為了這隻溫泉蛋﹐我們放棄了石頭鍋飯﹐我心想基本上要把忌廉汁意大利粉做得難吃是非常罕見的
﹐更何況有溫泉蛋點綴。所以非常安心。

而事實上這個溫泉蛋煙肉忌廉意大利粉有真的沒有令人失望﹐而且在沒有其望之下﹐驚喜反而相對更大﹐意大利粉al dente﹐煙肉忌廉汁creamy﹐加上溫泉蛋推波坐瀾﹐好﹐這個意大利粉﹐我會記住你的。

總結三遊一遊的經驗是﹐食物好吃﹐水準穩定﹐但美味程度不致叫人一吃難忘﹐刺身不吃也罷﹐其他小食﹐燒物﹐飯麵和壽司都可輕易博取好感﹐環境舒適可以坐很久很久是最強賣點﹐實在是三五知己相敘的好選擇。

5 of us, we ordered a lot of food!

really a lot, some of them are:

- 燒牛舌: tender and juicy, tasted okay!
- 燒corn: very good!!!! grilled taste, strong butter favor, very very good, highly recommend!!
- 燒chicken wing: very crispy, nice!
- 池魚sashimi: very very thin, so thin that i couldn't tell about the taste. maybe i didn't eat it the right way la.
- 油金魚sashimi: okay. overall, the quality of sashimi was so-so (with such prices), better to try for cooked food, esp 串燒.
- tuna salad: this one was quite funny, raw tuna with veggie and heavy sesame sauce. good taste
- 清酒煮蜆: big, i like this one!
- beef udon: good, beef was good in favor and udon was soft.
- desserts were weaker. we tried 4 different things from the dessert menu, so-so. ice-cream should be better.

we had a lot of other food....

it's expensive, happy that we didn't need to pay (and thanks colleague!)

overall, enjoyed the food. yet, given the price range, i'd expect something nicer.

今晚過左黎呢度食飯兩個人唔想浪費野食,所以叫左唔係好多野傳統燒玉子"唔鍾意中間有餡,覺得好怪應該傳統最好味! 黎到熱辣辣,正! 可能我鍾意食蛋啦,所以覺得幾好食雖然佢唔算好有口感,但味道係唔錯既餃子"呢個ok wor...其實我唔係好鍾意食餃子,因為覺得好多舖頭都粗製濫造但呢間幾好〝第一夠熱先! 同埋佢d餡料好豐富! 個皮脆脆地...幾好食串燒"叫左牛舌同豚肉鵪鶉蛋兩個都幾好〝佢用鹽燒所以鹹係正常既不過就覺得個豚肉真係鹹左少少....牛舌好味呀! 一D都唔UN! 野菜炒麵"清清地唔好食咁多肉,已經成日都食好多野!不過呢個麵我地都食唔哂....麻麻地唔算太好食,D什菜同個麵都無咩味D麵感覺過淋,唔太O岩我蜜桃特飲"呢杯野其實幾好飲,甜甜地又無酒精!仲有蜜桃食! 不過$28杯都幾貴!總括黎講都唔算太差,不過仲會唔會黎就好難講今晚去到都有 8 成滿呀~ 唔算無咩生意姐個環境都唔知話佢浪漫好定陰暗好〝搞到人地好眼訓!

清清地唔好食咁多肉,已經成日都食好多野!
不過呢個麵我地都食唔哂....
麻麻地唔算太好食,D什菜同個麵都無咩味
D麵感覺過淋,唔太O岩我

蜜桃特飲"
呢杯野其實幾好飲,甜甜地又無酒精!
仲有蜜桃食! 不過$28杯都幾貴!

總括黎講都唔算太差,不過仲會唔會黎就好難講
今晚去到都有 8 成滿呀~ 唔算無咩生意姐
個環境都唔知話佢浪漫好定陰暗好〝搞到人地好眼訓!

有一段時間沒有來一遊,因為同區的日式餐廳很多,選擇很多,不過一遊仍然有其賣點,同埋有八五折,所以都會隔一段日子來一來。我喜愛的食物包括多種的串燒,厚燒玉子等,不過這一次到訪就有些失望,可能因為有期望,所以會失望。首先叫了客八件壽司,真係好一般的料,沒有海膽、三文魚子等,拖羅就唔駛想啦,比較叫做見得人的祗有一件赤貝壽司,一件牡丹蝦同拖羅蓉而已,其餘的如三文魚、吞拿魚、魷魚、劍魚同油甘,真係好一般囉,講真二百元一客八件精選壽司,同同區同級數的料理屋來比,真係差了一大截,通常這個級數的精選壽司,二百至三百多元一客的,水準都會保持倒,我所講的是魚的級數囉,一個禮拜食最少六、七餐日式午、晚餐的我,對這樣的一份壽司真的唔可以收貨。另外一個最失望的,就是厚燒玉子,呢個本應係一遊的拿手好戲,別的地方是做不到的,應該有蛋香,有少少燒的味兒,但昨晚食的,是一份沒有燒的味,不斷仍在滲水的蛋,冇乜味道,我第一個反應就係,好似唔係以前的司傅做的,唔通被人高薪挖走了﹖其他如燒牛舌等都差了,真的是唔知點解。對一個十分喜愛日式料理的我來說,這樣的一餐真是頗失望。最慘的是,心裡覺得又少了一個可以去的好地方,又要不斷再發

一入到去見環境昏暗, 好有日本居酒屋feel,我感覺好好,好舒服。我倆响吧檯坐低,侍應好有禮貌咁送上餐牌,我倆打開餐牌,食物款式齊全,如串燒、壽司刺身、和牛、日本送酒小食、意粉、飯、韓國料理都有….嘩!睇相樣樣都好似好好食、好吸引… …我正在苦惱食咩時,女朋友話「我請,唔好睇價錢,想食就叫!」…呵呵!

女朋友最鍾意食壽司刺身,佢想叫特級刺身(有5款:有牡丹蝦、吞那魚拖羅、劍魚腩、八爪魚、赤貝),但我倆對赤貝無咩興趣,問侍應可唔可以轉其他,佢好有禮貌咁話無問題,佢問轉帶子好唔好?梗係好喇,女朋友最愛帶子(乜唔係最愛我咩?…哈哈!
),咁佢就叫咗特級刺身同八件雜錦壽司,佢知我會叫啤酒,所以佢叫咗燒雞軟骨串同燒牛脷串,佢話比我送酒 (嘻嘻! Yeah…)。而我就叫咗一個醬燒銀雪魚,同埋厚玉子燒。至於飲品我當然叫我嘅至愛~冰凍朝日生啤(吓?我嘅至愛唔係女朋友咩?..攪爛gap!!!!!),女朋友叫咗咩咩荔枝特飲。
好快!好快啲食物上枱..先嚟特級刺身,再嚟雜錦壽司…..
特級刺身 ~ 牡丹蝦…..超..超..超..超超好食,好鮮!好甜!好彈牙,蝦頭啲蝦糕勁多,好甘香;吞那魚拖羅都好肥美,有油香(女朋友話有牛油香…???),但我嗰嚿略有少少根;劍魚腩好鮮好甜;八爪魚普通,可以唔食,無特別、無驚喜;帶子係預期中嘅味道。
雜錦壽司 ~ 我倆响吧檯睇住肥仔師夫仔手扼出嚟,賣相好精緻,食落......mum..好食!..啲飯軟硬適中..啲三文魚、帶子、海膽….. 係預期中嘅味道。
厚燒玉子 ~ 玉子壽司食得多,但厚燒玉子我就第一次食,玉子燒得好厚,用筷子一夾開,好多蛋汁,係咁流出嚟,食落口感非常鬆軟,好夠熱,我加上日本豉油同蘿蔔蓉….我覺得好好食!而女朋友覺得係好普通既雞蛋….事實上我覺得好味道..她不喜歡..只是個人口味不同….呵呵…仲好…我食多啲!

醬燒銀雪魚 ~ 一如預期,就係銀雪魚既油香,但我較為欣賞伴碟嘅醬汁炒什菇,我感覺到此餐廳之細心及熱誠,雖然什菇唔係貴嘅食材,但師夫炒呢個什菇炒得濕潤得嚟好香口,而外間之日本餐廳嘅燒銀雪魚就真係燒銀雪魚,除咗隨碟附上既沙律醬外,咩都無。
串燒 ~ 預期之中既串燒,燒牛脷同雞軟骨串,鹽燒牛脷燒得幾好食,爽口,味道甘香,外脆內軟,值得一吃,唔似出面既燒到死實實,掟死狗咁。而雞軟骨串就無驚喜,但女朋友話好好食..(因為佢係西人,佢從未食過雞軟骨!)
飲品 ~ 大杯朝日生啤,夠冰凍;咩咩荔枝特飲,就係糖水加荔枝味糖水!

服務也算周到,有禮,如要我比分我會比中上,但缺點係唔會主動倒水比客人飲,响香港呢個社會嚟講,我覺得尚欠體貼!.
因為女朋友即將投入一個新環境工作,當我倆飲飽食醉後,我倆都唔願走係咁繼續傾計,分享工事........女朋友努力!加油!

埋單折實 $717-!我倆都覺得好合理!女朋友話下次一定再嚟!....多謝女朋友!

今晚 (around 8:30pm) 同 gf 到此店吃晚飯店外無waitress招待等了一陣, waitress見到我o地就裝著殷勤招待我o地入去我o地仲未入到去就有一個另一個waitress (好似老闆娘咁) 走埋黎話,入面無晒位, 只有bar 枱gf 示意唔等, 不如去另一家.個waitress 見咁, 先至肯比table 我o地. 個waitress 仲話有客人岩岩唔想轉枱, 所以有位. waitress就好串咁話, 你個order 係我同你o地落o既, 我聽到你地話要"鹽燒活鰻", 唔要既就同你o地改.
係咩態度? 係度老屈 >_< 佢自己錯推o係我o地身上, 離晒譜.

我同 gf 都完全無提過 "鹽燒活鰻"呢樣野, 我o地記得個waitress double confirm 時都係話"鹽燒三文魚串"
之後換返, 但係串"鹽燒三文魚", 唔新鮮, 有點異味
但最後都無食到
之後又故作殷切問你要唔要魚生, 甜品, 等等..(我o地見到佢都無晒胃口).
d 龍井茶好難飲, 屋企自己沖仲好飲
order 既食物水準都好普通, 味道一般. 但係用咁既價錢, 就覺得一d都唔值! 何況係咁差既service呢.

總結: 不會有下次, 如它的名字, 只會 "一遊" 罷了.

睇完樓下兩位人兄d食評同埋靚相,於是諗住禮拜五同班friend上去試下,點知.............上到去坐低後,想要杯熱茶,等咗好耐先待應嚟招呼我哋,最離譜係茶居然要俾錢,仲要幾十蚊一壺...........之後卒之要咗幾杯cocktail,但係飲品淡而多冰,尤其杯巨峰乳酸梳打,麻麻哋試番佢d名菜先,點咗厚燒玉子,味道與賣相沒有樓下兩位人兄講得禁好,普通貨色...玉子差唔多食完後,一遊沙律先到,我唔明點解熱嘢上先過凍食,食食吓沙律燒牛脷又到,但係D刺生又未到...亂哂大籠等咗一段時問,個特級刺生拼盆終於到了,我嚟介紹有幾特級,d待應話裡面會有toro,但似瘦到好似平時食嗰D吞拿魚,八爪魚有幾粒,三文魚都冇....$3xx吉列朱扒,塊朱扒好大塊,但乾憎憎兼冇味,$8x京葱炒牛肉,根本就是中菜,炒到又咸又硬,過哂火$6x帶子薄餅,一團粉加帶子仔幾粒,6x唯一要讚就係串燒,燒得幾好,但問鋪D油煙味好勁,返到屋企要洗褸

昨天閱上與友人來此晚飯, 叫了牛油煮蜆, "矛"丹蝦刺身, 凍番茄, 而友人則吃了一件燒羊扒. 由於我沒有吃燒羊扒, 故只評頭三樣食物. 吃了後, 評語只得一個字, 就是差!!!!!!! 那個牛油煮蜆, 好坦白說, 沒有牛油味之餘, 也沒有蜆味, 吃落去就味同嚼蠟似的, 真的差. 凍番茄也不好, 只得"矛"丹蝦刺身是較為好, 但是基本上刺身若來貨新鮮, 也不好不好吃. 食物差之餘, 服務也只屬一般到差, 首先我們坐下後, 要過了一段時候才有侍應留意到我們, 為我們奉上飯牌, 更別說為我們奉上茶了. 我初時很奇怪, 坐下後為甚麼沒有茶的, 原來是沒有為客供應茶這回事. 可能我真是大鄉里啦, 之前幫襯的日本餐廳都是低檔次, 因為那些餐廳至少會為客人奉上一杯茶, 這兒則沒有, 可能是想凸顯其高檔次吧. 不過, 很坦白說, 我很懷疑究竟這家餐廳的定位是怎樣, 因為看餐牌又不單純是日本菜, 因為有石頭飯, 甚至有意粉!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!真奇怪!!!!侍應的服務也差, 當我們進去時, 沒有一般日本餐廳例牌聽到用日語說的歡迎光臨, 走的時候當然也沒有如雷般的說"阿li阿dor" 不過

再說, 這兒的環境也實在差, 在一個密封的環境, 再加上樓底低, 聲音自然極度密集, 因此也十分嘈吵, 愛靜的人士千萬不要到, 再說, 這兒也絕對不是與朋友傾談的好地方, 因為太嘈, 只想令你想快點走人.
基本上, 綜合食物質素, 服務及環境, 我都覺得這兒甚差, 基本上是不會再有下次了, 我會寧願選擇去一些食物質素及服務更佳的日本餐廳!!!!!!!

Had dinner here. I havent been to this knutsford area for quite awhile. Seems that the area has changed quite much and also improved. At least the building where this restaurant was has been major renovated giving it a sharp outlook.This restaurant is dark and demonstrates a place for peoples to have some cosy talk. This restaurant is dark and demonstrates a place for peoples to have some cosy talk. Probably it is the atmosphere for a real Japanese restaurant. As most Japanese would love to have a drink afterwork. They like to airout their dissatifaction about work and also other greviances. It is rather negative right, why not speak something happy? Anyway, back to the food here.

We ordered quite many bbq sticks. We ordered a large prawn wrapped with chicken skin, asparagus with pork, green pepper and quail eggs. We also ordered a rice with eel in stone bowl. A traditional japanese egg and a avocado and crab roll. The large prawn wrapped with chicken skin was very nice. It was nicely bbq. The prawn was fresh. Of course it wasnt a healthy choice as chicken skin has high cholestrel. Too bad, usually yummy food is not good for health. The asparagus with pork was also nice. This one was rather too salty. But asparagus was very fresh and it was still crunchy when served.

I also like the rice with eel in stone bowl. Of course this was not a traditonal Japanese food, but still okay. But I wonder why there was no burnt rice at the bottom of the rice bowl. It seemed that the stone bowl was not burnt long enough. But anyway, it was still a good choice as the eel was quite fresh and lovely cooked.

The traditional Japanese egg went well with the minced radish. It was rather sweet (concurred with the previous comments here). If it was made using Japanese eggs, it would be passed. If not, then it would be too expensive and also not as tasty as it should be.

If you havent tried this type of restaurant, it would still be worthwhile to go and try this one.

友人生日說要吃日本菜, 尖沙咀其實有不少選擇, 不過今次我就選了一遊, 是有點私心啦~因為sheep不愛吃蛋~而一遊最出名的就是厚燒玉子…所以可以和友人分享…一坐下, 就覺得環境似層相識~很像銅鑼灣黃金的一門…是夜客人眾多~待應們都很忙~餐牌上的食物都好像很吸引, 最後就選了牛油果蟹肉卷, 傳統厚燒玉子, 串燒海鰻, 豚肉車厘茄串燒, 一口和牛和雞肉湯烏冬(另加錢改了稻庭烏冬)…不過點菜的時候發生了一件事~話說友人不想另外叫飲品, 因為計劃飯後再去喝酒, 所以請待應給我們水, 待應說:”水的話我們有xx水和xx水(總之都是要付錢的啦~)”, 我們就說要考慮一下…然後我們就看到對面檯的人喝著有待應refill的水…友人大惑不解~後來發現其實是有免費水供應的…不過只有熱水而沒有冰水…其實待應應該一早說明, 讓客人自己發現就會有被欺騙的感覺…因為坐在bar檯, 親手看到師傅做我們的牛油果蟹肉卷~八件小小的~每一件上面都有沙律醬和少些的蟹子~味道尚算不錯, 只是略嫌牛油果太少了….蟹肉中有少許蟹殼, 是不是可以代表蟹肉是正貨? 哈哈~鹽燒海鰻~是今晚最出色的…海鰻很肥美, 魚油甘香, 沒有骨~

鹽燒海鰻~是今晚最出色的…海鰻很肥美, 魚油甘香, 沒有骨~簡簡單單的鹽燒反而更能突出魚的美味~不過一串要差不多四十多元…確實有點貴…..

豚肉車厘茄~車厘茄比我平常在串燒店食的大顆, 而且更多汁…把整顆放進口裡, 整個口都充滿車厘茄的甜味~中和了豚肉的鹹味(其實我們認為這塊肉更似煙肉)...

雞肉湯烏冬~雞肉很嫰滑…而最值得一讚的是烏冬~稻庭烏冬是高質素的烏冬~但不是每次都會煮得好吃~這個湯烏冬就做得不錯~烏冬不會太淋~彈牙有咬口…而且配合日式的雜菜湯底~讓人忍不住吃完再吃~

一口和牛~很惹味~因為汁醬很濃, 牛肉粒也很嫰~一點也不鞋~還有薯仔和翠肉瓜…不過我就覺得汁太濃, 蓋過了牛肉的肉味…因為牛肉的質素本身不錯~這樣的話反而浪費了~

最後是主角傳統厚燒玉子~其實我沒有食過這種玉子~幾特別, 待應說要加豉油到蘿蔔蓉上再配蛋一起吃~我在bar檯看到師傅的心思~慢慢一層層燒~蛋很滑~不過可能不太合我口味…因為我本身不喜歡吃甜的蛋..我覺得蛋變甜了就不好吃…這種蛋就是那種日式牛肉火鍋的甜…當然這個不能當作甜品, 因為確實是有鹹味~但是我認為甜味重了點~事實上我覺得是煮得不錯~只是個人口味不同…

埋單要四百七十多~其實我是覺得有點貴…不過好吃的就算啦~哈哈…
p.s. 不過冷氣有一點不足~讓人感覺很焗促...友人直情吃到流汗.....
