I must say tonight was a pleasant surprise for me. My first time to this restaurant so I didn't really know what to expect. I also like the fact that they have different wine glasses so clearly the management or the owner should be a wine drinker. The decoration has a lot of metal elements to it. I thought the environment was pretty good, not too noisy and spacious enough. This restaurant offers 3 tasting menus, 4/6/8 courses. As I didn't know whether the portions are generous or not so I decide

This restaurant offers 3 tasting menus, 4/6/8 courses. As I didn't know whether the portions are generous or not so I decided to go for the 4 course menu.
Some snacks which was pretty tasty.
Then came the amuse bouche which was a crab meat beetroot salad kind of thing.
First dish was a langoustine in cauliflower purée, honestly speaking the portion is a little small but the taste was great. Langoustine was cooked just right and the cauliflower enhanced the flavors.
Next dish was a Dover sole. The sauce was a kind of sour and creamy sauce which was absolutely delicious. If you want to know if a chef is great then the best thing is to order a fish, sometimes even the greatest chefs will mess up fish dishes especially for someone like me who sometimes can't stand the fishiness. The presentation of the dish was interesting too.
The main course was a veal tenderloin. The veal itself was nicely done but my highest appreciation goes to the mashed potato which was smoked (I believe hickory wood smoked). That was very subtle and I really liked it.
Finally you get to choose dessert or cheese and I got cheese which was pretty delicious also.
Overall speaking a very nice and enjoyable meal. Could be nicer if the portions were a little bigger. Price is okay and environment is pretty good. I'll be coming back soon!
