The Kung Po Chicken is cooked with great care and is less spicy than the beef, to add additional flavor to this add a bit of Chinese vinegar which is on the table and stir, this dish I have eat in Beijing and also Chengdu and find Little Chilli almost on par with the offerings there
Service is friendly although initial impressions are not so good, 1 english speaking waitress and others you have to simply point at pictures from the CHINESE MENU (english menu has different prices) or simply order in Chinese if you can mine is a little bad but the waitress understands.
