兩款前菜好精緻,鱈魚慕絲中間係吞拿魚刺身,同酥皮好夾,大愛香橙香醋汁,酸酸甜甜令魚味更出,一d都唔腥,好好食😋另一款擺盤好靚😍 皺皮白菜包住雞肉慕絲和煙肉,超愛香濃黑松露口味,搭配羊肚菌、意大利黑醋好好食🤤

主菜點了牛扒和蟹飯,牛扒我地大讚煮得好好👍🏻用上澳洲和牛,仲係自家冷藏熟成,勁厚身啖啖肉牛味香濃,dry aged邊位好有咬口煮得出色,牛食落滑身,原來係用上雞油!難怪👍🏻伴菜薯容綿滑,原來係用上三款薯仔打埋一齊!另一款意大利飯滿滿蟹的香味,仲有蟹膏撈飯😋

最後就係甜品時間🍰呢個真係最近食過最出色的tiramisu 🤩中間朱古力流心,充滿咖啡酒香,質感好綿滑又唔太甜,勁夾側邊的焦糖杏仁脆餅!仲有朱古力伴碟好好食😋 苦澀甜度好balance 👍🏻
