之前試過佢哋嘅牛角包🥐,今次就試埋加咗朱古力嘅,都係好夾嘅🤩


〰️Sour Dough Pain au Chocolat
tried plain croissant before and we pick the chocolate one this time. The croissant crispy and fluffy inside and it matchs with chocolate.

The puff pastry comes with flaky layers, rich buttery and made by sourdough starter(less sugar used compared with the traditional )

唯一一樣叫嘅鹹點,🥯餡料係有彩椒、蕃茄、洋蔥、菇嘅芝士吉士。軟熟之餘帶爽脆,香濃嘅芝士同蛋味

〰️Quiche - Vegetable
Made by mushroom, sweet pepper, tomato with creamy savoury custard and cheese. The quiche is cheesy and the puff pastry is crispy.
