Shiro (已搬遷) 新店位置

I don't think this restaurant is great at all. The food quality is very average for the price, and I agree the the waiters are quite thick and unresponsive. The service is wayyyyyyyyy below par. The tables are also very packed. It is not a comfortable restaurant.Kiku beats Shiro hands down.

I was meeting a client there for the first time. I waited inside the restaurant for about 15 minutes, but my client still had not arrived. 原本是上星期來食的，可借一早已滿，唯有預早訂定枱。環境很富時代感，不像一間日式壽司店。除了有迴轉壽司，也有散叫或set lunch。我要了刺身定食，有麵豉湯、漬物、沙律，而刺身有六款之多，三文魚、吞拿魚、油金魚、劍魚、帶子、牡丹蝦......麵豉湯雖鹹，但加了滑滑的豆腐粒及海帶，絕不馬虎、漬物蘿蔔很爽脆。除了吞拿魚較為乾身外，其餘每款刺身也鮮甜味美，最開心有牡丹蝦，蝦身晶瑩剔透、蝦頭裡的精華，也不怕膽固醇的危險，珍珠米粒粒圓大飽滿，質地軟綿。試了朋友的燒牛肉定食，肉質柔軟多汁，肉味甘香，燒汁香濃，下次再來一定要這個定食。樓下幾個評語都說服務唔好，但我以親身體驗覺得服務唔錯，可能有客人投訴過，又或者經過一段時間的「實習」後，現在乎合了高級食肆水準。

A friend and I was going to try out this new place last Saturday since my boss recommended this place to our team one day.When we arrived, there was one waitress selling a lady...but she turned down. Both of us were looking at the menu next to that waitress but she walked back inside. We stood there for at least 2-3 minutes, nobody seemed to aware our existence at all. 5月8日到此吃午餐, 服務態度不錯。叫了2個set lunch, 一個Tempura udon+sushi和一個碎蔥吞拿魚飯,賣相不錯, 可惜味道差。Tempura 粉太厚, 吞拿魚唔夠肥唔夠新鮮。Tempura udon到了20分鐘, sushi 仲未到, 我就問一位女服務員, 她說我個餐無sushi, 我肯定有, 便叫她拿餐牌給我睇, 一睇原來真係有, 她不單沒有道歉, 更一走了之, 跟住我再向西裝人士查詢, 他便道歉及跟進。2人加一連飲品, 合共$500, 一定不再光顧。

Came here last week with my partner. We ordered a range of sushi including O-Toro, Scallop, Sea urchin, yellowtail, sea eel etc. Everything tasted bland and the ingredient was not fresh. We also tried one of their "special" scallop roll, and it was simply put one of the worst sushi roll i ever had in my entire life. The creamy sauce they used totally overwhelmed the natural taste of scallop, and the sourness of the pickle/onion-ish (i have no idea what that ingredient is) thing they threw in

今日晏晝去o左金鐘拎番張cert，之後見肚仔餓，就去o左呢間新開o既壽司店食番個late lunch。一入到去，waitress就問我係食sushi定飲o野，佢見我係食壽司o既就帶o左我去坐吧檯。由於o個時唔係繁忙時間，唔算好多人，所以靜靜局局咁幾舒服。佢o個度有3個餐牌，分別係飲品、小食(沙律等)同大menu(有壽司、卷物、天婦羅、麵等)，睇o左一陣，就點o左:大拖羅壽司($100/2件): 幾滑溜同肥美，雖然有少少筋，不過都算入口即溶。鹽燒和牛壽司($40/件): 略為過熟，肉汁流失o左，而且肉質韌o左少少。A5和牛壽司($40/件): 呢個係生o既，d 雪花紋分佈得算幾平均，不過唔知係咪因為唔太習慣食完全生o既和牛o既關係，感覺怪怪o地。三文魚壽司($30/2件): o個片三文魚比其他一般壽司店切得厚少少(但又唔算係厚切喎)，食落口比較有質感同rich。我幾鍾意佢個texture，而且幾鮮甜，唔錯。炸龍蝦卷($50/2件): 口味比較清淡o既朋友應該會鍾意呢個，佢用日本蘿蔔包住紫菜，紫菜入面就係龍蝦同牛油果。龍蝦幾爽口(不過再鮮甜d就更好)，併埋牛油果，成件事幾refreshin
