Salisterra high tea當然唔單止食咁單純,由門口開始好多打咭位。響48樓一路食一路遠望維多利亞海港賞心樂事,有得睇有得食連埋加一$600真係唔貴!份量唔算少,除咗鬆餅同朱古力餅差少少,其他都算幾好食,環境正,坐得舒適。服務員足夠,三碟餅分開上,亦都有詳細介紹,服務算是中上水平,而且用餐時開2小時,足够慢慢享受。

但Salisterra的鹹點反而更有驚喜呀!😛

今天特地和兩位友人來吃下午茶提早慶生。未坐低已經見到好靚的入口和裏面光猛的環境,之後朋友來到我們便点餐,茶的選擇不算多但還好。等了不太久咸点和餐前小点先到,雖然沒有用其他餐廳的三層架,但他們用的旦糕盤還好,當我們請職員幫我們拍照,驚喜來到,噴了生日蠟燭的甜点盤來了,上面寫了happy birthday,我才想起我在訂枱時有註明要寫,但其實我已經忘了,生日的主角很開心,也很滿意這個安排。我們特別喜歡他們提供的小点,因為是新鮮煮,食的時候還有熱度,而他們的咸点也一樣出色,特別是松露puff,菇味非常濃,而紅菜頭批也很美味,跟肉的味道很夾,春卷和三文魚卷也不錯。之後我們試了他們的鬆餅,雖然表面顏色沒有平常的深,但味道卻出奇的好,配合他們鮮製的草莓醬一起食是完美配搭。然後再試其他甜点,首先了熱情果奶凍,上層是酸酸的,下面是吉士忌廉,一酸一甜,超好食。然後還有一件朱古力甜品,初時以為會好甜,結果不是,裏面有兩種口感,一層是焦糖,一層是餅碎,也是很美味。至於剩下的果撻和另一個cream puff就只是一般而已。最後到了結帳時候又有另一個驚喜,就是我們每人都收到一包他們製作的granola,可以當小

Booking was for 6:30pm but my friend and I totally lost track of time!! Called at 7pm to apologise for missing our appointment, the receptionist was kind enough to let us know as long as we can return the table by 8:30pm, they were still willing to receive us!! Hearing such amazing news, my friend and I hopped into a taxi straight away and headed to Salisterra from PMQ. When we arrived and let the hostess know of our booking, we were escorted to our table (which was absolutely beautiful - corner

Hearing such amazing news, my friend and I hopped into a taxi straight away and headed to Salisterra from PMQ.


When we arrived and let the hostess know of our booking, we were escorted to our table (which was absolutely beautiful - corner table with high chairs, private enough for us girls to continue our conversation yet open enough for us to feel the bustling atmosphere of the restaurant. Our waitress was extremely friendly and professional. She asked us questions regarding our preferences and with that, she managed to give us recommendations were spot on.

Osso B Tortellini $225


This was absolutely beautiful. The tortellini stayed al dente, yet the beef inside was so so soft. The mix of the two textures were simply superb. As someone who loves her fine dining (due to my picky eating habits and ridiculously small stomach 😂) this was one I couldn’t get enough of. (I hope it’ll still be on the menu next time I return.)

Lamb cutlets (done medium) $460


Usually I’m not a big fan of lamb but this was actually quite nice. I did finish my portion (surprise!) - which says a lot about a dish, particularly when it comes to lamb. The herbs used to crumb the top were lovely, not too overbearing but just enough to bring out the lamb without it being too much. For lamb lovers who want that really strong lamb taste, this might not be the one for you. Those who are so-so or don’t usually eat lamb due to that lamb taste, this is a must try! The meat is very tender and done very well.

Char cauliflower $95


I found the herbs slightly too overbearing in this one. This was the only dish where I thought the taste and presentation was so-so. In saying so though, everything was still polished off 😂 I’m guessing my expectations for fine dining might be a bit too harsh.

Beef Cheek $265


The combination of the fried sweet potato, beets and beef cheeks were wonderful. It had such an explosion of flavours and textures I really could not fault this dish at all. The beef cheeks were braised beautifully, so so tender and flavourful. I can’t decide if I liked this more than the tortellini... I guess I’d just have to return soon to try these two again to decide 😂😂

Tiramisu $120


The chocolate coating makes the presentation quite different to the usual tiramisu. It was a bit too sweet for my taste but definitely not bad by any means. Personally, I would prefer a bit more lady fingers between the mascarpone to balance out the sweetness and the heaviness of the cream.

Banana Choco $120


Between me and my friend, we decided we could share everything but needed two desserts. Yes, you read it right. We decided we NEEDED two desserts - this is how (a lot of) females work guys 😂


I’m not a big fan of bananas but this was done very well. Would have preferred it even more if it was made with strawberries instead of bananas (but then I guess it might not work as well due to the texture of the fruit...). Again, the negatives are purely due to my own personal preferences, it has nothing to do with the presentation or execution of the dessert.


Definitely do plan on coming back, hopefully sooner than later.

上年已經聽屋企人講The Upper House既Afternoon tea 好難食 (個陣仲係Cafe Gray Deluxe)。見佢最近轉左做Salisterra,就諗住可能會好食左都唔定,但...都真係幾難食...😩😩🧆首先咸點- 由前菜到成個咸點platter都係唔熱既😕😕- Platter 左邊2款似麥餅做既底餅一啲都唔脆,韌韌地,似漏左風咁😕- 三角形個件野一食就覺得好油膩同埋啲油好感覺用左好耐咁😕- 比較好食既係圓圓地既蘑菇批,好多菇好香😋🥧甜點- Scones 打橫切開黎食,上面個一半係硬脆既,而下面個一半就糊糊地咁黏口既。係我食過既scones入最唔好食既。而buttercream 感覺亦好heavy。😐😐- 中間個士多啤梨小撻係唯一比較好食,cream好light,撻底好脆(朋友就覺得硬左少少)👍🏻👍🏻- 圓形金色個件shortbread 甜到漏,我同朋友們都覺得完呢件漏到無意欲繼續食🥴- 個泡芺無聊到不值一提🤷🏻‍♀️- 熱情果芝士蛋糕真係好難食,又咸又酸又膩,食2啖就食唔到落去🤮第一次食afternoon tea係難食到會食剩野😕😕。不過佢既Lemongrass

🧆首先咸點
- 由前菜到成個咸點platter都係唔熱既😕😕
- Platter 左邊2款似麥餅做既底餅一啲都唔脆,韌韌地,似漏左風咁😕
- 三角形個件野一食就覺得好油膩同埋啲油好感覺用左好耐咁😕
- 比較好食既係圓圓地既蘑菇批,好多菇好香😋

🥧甜點
- Scones 打橫切開黎食,上面個一半係硬脆既,而下面個一半就糊糊地咁黏口既。係我食過既scones入最唔好食既。而buttercream 感覺亦好heavy。😐😐
- 中間個士多啤梨小撻係唯一比較好食,cream好light,撻底好脆(朋友就覺得硬左少少)👍🏻👍🏻
- 圓形金色個件shortbread 甜到漏,我同朋友們都覺得完呢件漏到無意欲繼續食🥴
- 個泡芺無聊到不值一提🤷🏻‍♀️
- 熱情果芝士蛋糕真係好難食,又咸又酸又膩,食2啖就食唔到落去🤮

Langoustine Ravioli 裡面嘅挪威龍蝦肉十分飽滿鮮甜,佢上面仲放左蝦湯餚出嚟嘅汁,雖然一碟得四隻,但係都一定要選而牛骨髓Ravioli嘅肉味都好香濃,但如果同Langoustine 二選一,你就食左Langoustine先Burrata cheese 加酸瓜仔嘅汁令人十分驚喜,第一眼見到佢嘅綠色topping,其實有少少驚,但佢嘅醒胃清新感好適合夏天食,而Burrata Cheese嘅香滑程度同Da Domenico 意大利餐廳嘅Burrata有得揮唯一覺得甜品cheesecake with strawberries sorbet好似未如水準,我覺得個芝士味唔太夾,有啲後悔唔叫Banana chocolate cake 我覺得鯖魚塊就味道正常,建議留肚試其他更特色嘅食物

位於The Upper House 頂層49樓既Salisterra,係一間地中海菜式既餐廳, 而餐廳既建築風格有別於一般既西餐廳,環境相當舒適。一坐低,Waiter好細心咁介紹餐廳菜式,而都推薦咗唔少既菜式俾我地。Order完野食就即刻送到自家製麵包,麵包比較乾身,好難咬爛,我地食咗一啖就無食到。Irish Rock Osyters之後就到appetizer,我地叫咗生蠔,Osyter好新鮮,好有海水味,而佢自家調製既醬汁亦都唔錯,搞到我地食完再叫多咗兩隻Flamed Saba Mackerel另外仲有沙巴鯖魚,食落比較有日本既感覺,口感好清新,而且鯖魚無腥味,值得一試。Langoustine Ravioli呢個菜式根本係餛飩皮包住成隻海螯蝦,海螯蝦肉質好彈牙,而且味道非常鮮味,另外配菜仲有羅馬蕃茄,燒過既蕃茄好Juicy,食完之後我仲走去買一包羅馬蕃茄既種子返屋企種,希望會有收獲啦。Grilled Te Mana Lamb CutletsOrder既時候,Waiter有問過我地要幾成熟,我地就揀咗medium rare,食落肉質好鬆軟,一口咬落去就'咇'啲汁出黎,而廚師所用既醃料好

Order既時候,Waiter有問過我地要幾成熟,我地就揀咗medium rare,食落肉質好鬆軟,一口咬落去就'咇'啲汁出黎,而廚師所用既醃料好香,另到成舊羊排都好好味。

Crispy FOMO Potatoes
呢個薯條就相當普通,以風琴既切法而製,再拎去炸,到上碟時已經好硬,食落去好難消化既感覺,唔太值得推介。

One of the main reasons I booked their “Occasions Above the City” package was because it included a 5-course set dinner and breakfast at the newly opened Salisterra on the top floor. Our dinner began with Beaufort, Truffle Gougeres for nibbles, which was a small cheese 🧀 puff with truffles. Very tasty!

Then followed by Panzanella, Fromage Frais with the freshest tomatoes 🍅, tomato consommé and sourdough pieces. It was very appetizing!

We shared the Langoustine Ravioli for our pasta. Very delectable!
Juicy and flavorful dish. My favorite course of the meal. Highly recommend it!

Then was the main course, Salt Crust Patagonian Toothfish 🐟 with Grilled Hispi Cabbage. It was so smooth and delicious!

Lastly came the Tiramisu dessert 🍮 for the birthday star ⭐️ with lemon flavored Madelines as Petite Fours. Madeline was good but the Tiramisu was forgettable. There was no texture in it but just a lot of coffee mousse with liquor 🥃. Worst dish of a wonderful meal

Overall, dinner was amazing and exceeded my expectations
The birthday star really enjoyed the experience. The taste of food, view and ambience were remarkable. With the staycation package, it was truly a bargain. Definitely worth to try it!
Will definitely be back!


P.S. - Our breakfast the next morning was a delight as well with this amazing sky view. There were British/Japanese/Chinese/ Continental/Herbivore options to choose from with unlimited refills for hot drinks ☕️

I have been there for my birthday.The service of the staff there is very nice however the food I’m not impressed.There are only a limited choice of food.the food is not as nice as before as i recall my memory.I do not have the urge to come back.they definitely need some more options for food to improve.but i would still recommend you guys to come for the atmosphere and support the hotel.

重新装修过的upper house 49 楼 变成主打”home made” 地中海菜系的 Salisterra , 来自伦敦的拥有米其林星级主厨掌舵。旧香港情怀还是要捧场的。景,还是那个景,装修虽然花了大手笔,也不是惊艳型。菜式倒是新奇,毕竟好吃的地中海菜还是真的少见,多少有点意大利X法国风情的小情调。菜式少,口味普遍以refreshing新鮮食材和自家醃製為主。home made conchiglie 很q 彈,只不過稍微有點鹹。主菜烤魚有些許泰式的風範。甜品選了一款1929年的 Don Px convento seleccion , 一時沒忍住...... 來了一(大)口
