Very average Italian, pasta and pizza were mediocre and not authentic by any means. Truffle pasta lacking in flavor, tomato pasta was also just very average with no tomato taste. It just tasted like amateur-made pasta.Caesar salad did not taste fresh, just had lots of sauce.Pizza was too saltyRecommend trying other authentic Italian places in HK.Service was poor, we asked to fill our cups with water but still didn’t in the end. 原本想試上環Brewed，點知太長龍，轉戰另一間人氣cafe Pecorino，好彩雨天不用排隊。店舖空間感大，純白水泥工業風，吸引中西客人。最多人推介白松露和牛意粉，可惜友人不食牛，下次再試。𖣵 Appetizer Focaccia每人送上一cube 仔Focaccia，伴以橄欖油，如果加埋醋更正！𖣵 Margherita $188Pizza 粉糰每日即製，即叫即整，坐bartable可以望住Oppa製作，石爐火力大，不消10分鐘已完成。十分喜歡fluffy邊+超薄底，蕃茄唔係茄膏味，配合溶芝士，有傳統拿破崙風味。不過加太多橄欖油，令餅底變淋～𖣵 Ricotta Ravioli $148超有驚喜，食得出手工制，雲吞皮軟熟，餡料既乳酪芝士好香軟，配埋開心果碎牛油汁，香滑有層次。甜品有Tiramisu 同 sobert，如有多啲選擇更好！

這裡的食物味道一流，款式很多。我們點了這𥚃的四重芝士🧀pizza，芝士味很濃👍！還有千層麵，除了平常的肉碎，還有茄子碎、洋蔥碎，另有一種風味😋地方很乾淨，裝修整潔😍

呢間意大利餐廳真係冇得彈！意粉煮得啱啱好，煙韌彈牙，茄醬香濃又唔會太酸，正！提拉米蘇甜度適中，咖啡味好出。服務生態度友善，環境舒服，價錢都算合理。一定會再嚟幫襯！

位於上環嘅pecorino開左幾個月終於少左人排隊！咁出名係因爲佢係由北角人氣韓國餐廳Antidote幕後團隊嘅。呢間意大利餐廳/café内外嘅裝修都簡約時尚，寬敞舒適，十足韓國cafe嘅氛圍。特別之處係呢度采用開放式廚房，有意大利拿玻里著名的 Stefano Ferrara 窯爐，有師傅係門口整新鮮手工意粉同薄餅。今次我試左：Truffle White Ragu手工意粉：手工意粉口感彈牙，芝士味濃郁。Burrata e Jamon拿玻里薄餅：pizza dough整得好好食，有焦香。番茄嘅酸甜同火腿嘅鹹香完美融合，再配上柔滑濃郁嘅Burrata cheese，係我最中意combination。

老婆話要黎黑白大廚嘅餐廳，一入到嚟全部都係韓國嘅oppa，食物質素還不錯！就是冷氣有啲太凍，所以我哋選擇咗坐bar台，一路食，睇住佢哋一路做都幾得意，價錢貴啲但係都可以encore！

尼左第三次都覺得野食好有水準，服務態度非常好！大推！！！Beef Tarte Tarte 同Burrata cheese 都係每次尼都必點！ pizza 推薦four cheese，on side仲有附送密糖，更加好味！
