想不到薯仔波內裡有豬肉碎等料,

加上薯仔波上有蕃茄醬,可免沾醬麻煩.

西班牙大鍋飯有好豐富海鮮,

有大蝦, 蜆,魷魚,青口,而海鮮精華被意大利米粒吸飽,

所以好鮮甜味,而米粒半生熟,略點硬身,具有咬口口感,如有軟綿溼黏口感會更好呢!

滑滑的布丁,有濃濃雲呢拿和鮮奶的味道帶香甜.

布丁內有少量粒粒米粒, 口感非常得意, 令人回味無窮.

今晚同朋友來到新開one minden tapas kitchen食飯,餐廳都是位於棉登徑的一角,餐廳格局讓人感到輕鬆,有一個開放式酒吧見到酒保調較cocktail。先來一杯signature的sangria,我order 了 pink lychee sangria,內有gin,rioja rosado,red berries,lychees,味道都好清甜帶點果香,酒精晤會太高易入喉。 後來點了幾款tapas試下,先來一份凍湯chilled cream of tomato,先飲第一口,感到都好清甜又fresh的味道,店員提點我們可以加些碟旁的烚蛋及iberico ham,再放入湯攪拌來飲,增加了火腿鹹香的感覺,整體上都不過不失。 之後點了一客脆口小食就是crispy pig ears with lime sauce,沾上炸漿去炸的豬耳,脆口帶爽彈,蘸上青檸汁可以減輕膩感又開胃。 另一款脆口的tapas我選擇了barcelona bombas with spicy tomato sauce,這是豬肉碎混入了薯蓉,熱辣辣炸得金黃,蘸上辣味的蕃茄醬,帶少許辣而惹味。吃過一些油膩的食

另一款脆口的tapas我選擇了barcelona bombas with spicy tomato sauce,這是豬肉碎混入了薯蓉,熱辣辣炸得金黃,蘸上辣味的蕃茄醬,帶少許辣而惹味。

吃過一些油膩的食物,再來一份清新的口味蔬菜清一清味蕾,pan tossed vegetable with menthol green pea cream都是晤錯選擇,內紅蘿蔔、紫洋蔥、荷蘭豆等,加入了碗豆薄荷汁更加清新怡人,爽脆又醒胃,也是不錯。

In the heart of TST where everything is chained and commercialised. Can't believe there is something as unique as this Spanish restaurant which has great character. The ambience of the place and friendliness of the crew won my heart, not to mention the authentic and sincerely executed menu.We ordered an array of very pretty gin tonics on top of a few bottles of sherry to go with the rather big selection of tapas we chose. We ordered an array of very pretty gin tonics on top of a few bottles of sherry to go with the rather big selection of tapas we chose. Everything married well and was delicious and fulfilling at reasonable prices. Two thumbs up.

Highlights of the night include:

The gin tonics - all very prettily presented like we have never seen before anywhere else. Apparently this is how the Spanish tweak the good old boring English gin and tonics nowadays, and is becoming very popular in Spain.

Romesco paste with toast - a pleasant surprise. First time I have had this and have decided that I would go for this instead of the usual fresh tomatoes paste from now on.

36-month bellota ham - succulent with great tenderness with super complex taste - can't have enough of it.

Cream of tomatoes - arguably the best in town that came with Iberico ham and hard boiled egg bits which is quite an unusually good combination.

Octopus - simply unbelievably tender.

Slow cooked Iberico pork cheek - so good! Seriously tender meat with a hint of orange.

Canarian wrinkled potatoes - seems simple yet complexity is added with the interesting slated wrinkled skin, the sauces and the marvellous presentation.

Flaming chorizo - chef came to our table to roast the sausages alive at our table. Gees, the aroma just keeps our appetite going. It's a bit too salty but goes a long way with the sherry.

Burnt rice pudding - I love this dessert , not too sweet, touch of cinnamon with a burnt caramel twist. Different from the rest in town.

Top notch food and services rarely seen at other places for that price is really unbelievable. All four of us were seriously stuffed after the feast and we couldn't believe the bill only came to 400 odd each!

I've made a reservation to dine here and I am hoping that the service in the restaurant will be much better than that provided over the phone.  It was frustrating trying to get answers to my questions over the phone. Despite repeated requests for someone to call me back to let me know re cake fee, I had not heard from the restaurant for 5 days - during which I had made repeated phone calls to follow up.

 Broken egg ($95) - here's how my dinner got started, soft boiled egg topped with strips of 36-month Iberico ham and slices of potatoes on the bottom. I remembered having a similar dish at Quemo whose version also consisted of stuff like foie gras, mushrooms and prawns. Well, this is a much lighter version but with slightly better results.

I love the savory Iberico Bellota ham which has been dry-aged for 36 months. The texture was crisp but yet not chewy. Was expecting patatas bravas with a special aioli underneath the egg and ham but it turns out to be just plain potato slices instead.

 Slow-cooked Iberico pork cheek ($138) - more enjoyable was the slow cooked Iberico pork cheek which was nicely matched with some thinly sliced carrots and zucchini (thus the name vegetable fettuccine) as well as a romesco paste that came with pretty strong flavors from the red peppers. The pork cheek has a nice "melt-in-your-mouth" texture and it tasted even better when I had it with the orange zest.

One Minden Tapas Kitchen is located in the quiet side of Tsim Sha Tsui, across the street from the buzzy K11 shopping arcade. Do check them out if you're looking for an authentic "Spanish by Spanish" experience in TST.
