野食方面同服務都非常!
我哋叫咗3個前菜 加一隻雞 同2個甜品
好勇敢試咗個frog leg, 食落似雞肉其實好好食
食得出全部都係用心製作 唔係簡單食物
其實四個人食份量真係啱啱好!🤗
隻雞果然唔係浪得虛明
燒得真係好靚!亦都好入味!個飯都非常之出色
講真兩個人食其實應該食唔晒🤨
服務非常之好我諗之後有啲咩慶祝活動都可能會再食👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🙌🏻

第二道前菜:此為主廚 Julien Royer 於新加坡創辦的米芝蓮二星法國餐廳Odette的特色菜。採用有機雞蛋,🍳配合薯仔、西班牙香腸及蕎麥燻製而成。面層是煙燻泡泡,底層的溫泉蛋蛋香豐厚,流心蛋液傾巢而出。薯蓉幼滑但口感流質,味道亦較淡,西班牙香腸的咸香味正好為整道菜式提鮮。前菜而言,吃過後沒太大實在感,味道好但未至於叫人驚艷。

- ℝ𝕠𝕒𝕤𝕥𝕖𝕕 ℍ𝕂 𝕐𝕖𝕝𝕝𝕠𝕨 ℂ𝕙𝕚𝕔𝕜𝕖𝕟, ℕ𝕚𝕚𝕘𝕒𝕥𝕒 ℝ𝕚𝕔𝕖 '𝕖𝕟 𝕔𝕠𝕔𝕠𝕥𝕥𝕖', 𝕤𝕒𝕝𝕒𝕕 ($𝟙𝟘𝟠𝟠)– 
🐤特意為此而來,果然沒有失望,3-4 人份量的主菜,我們 2 人輕易享完。選材香港本地三黃雞,以秘製醬汁醃 1 天至入味,再風乾 3 天備用。客人點餐當日即場焗製 50 分鐘,侍應會先奉上原整雞隻供客人打卡,後帶回廚房再度烹煮並切件上菜。

雞件呈陣陣迷迭香氣,烤焗至金黃色澤,皮脆肉嫩,可見到豐富的黃油,即使連以鞋口見稱的雞胸部位亦很細嫩。🐓

同場加映以雞湯煮成的米飯,選用日本新潟県夢心地米,少少焦香而軟硬度適中,米粒圓渾分明,溫暖的米飯面頭鋪上薄而脆的雞皮,增添油香之餘令整體更有層次。

另配上以數款品種雞湯濃縮烹調的雞汁,用以伴飯或蘸雞都更添香濃滋味,咸淡適中,令人欲罷不能。

叫人難忘的餐廳是,如果說食物的回味感叫人刻骨,那它為客人帶來的回憶及體驗更是銘心。用餐當日有兩段小插曲,先是早一個月前已預訂露台用餐區卻因誤會及天氣因素未能安排。然而餐廳副經理相當熱心,最終亦在食主菜中途為我們轉位,一圓生日女孩的小心願。

美食都有其尊貴價值,懂得欣賞的食客自然願意奉上。然而副經理卻非常誠懇,客氣地堅持 waive 掉有機雞蛋前菜作位置安排失誤的小補償。價錢其次但意義俱大,高水準服務與精緻法式家庭味道絕對能吸引我下次再臨。😇

The receptionists have terrible attitude. Constantly ignoring guests. They just stood around and chatted with each other the whole time - extremely unprofessional for a Michelin one star restaurant. When we booked the table on the website, it didn’t say anything about different menus being served upstairs vs downstairs. When we booked the table on the website, it didn’t say anything about different menus being served upstairs vs downstairs. It’s only when we got there that we were told that downstairs has a different menu and we wouldn’t be able to order their signature chicken dish.

It was a warm evening when we arrived, so we asked if we could switch to the indoor Lounge area instead (there are a number of tables unoccupied). The receptionist said she can’t do that because “the lounge is full”. During the entire dinner time, there were a few tables in the lounge that remained completely empty.

Hugely disappointing experience. The service level is astonishingly poor for a Michelin restaurant.

一路步入餐廳,已經感覺到浪漫氣氛,樓梯嘅扶手、牆紙、燈飾以至天花都見得落過心機,原來係出自Andrea Fu嘅設計,連個廁所花過心思,仲好乾淨。四人一枱安排二樓旁邊一個舒適位置,等人之際,先來cocktails,有幾款選擇,仲有Mocktail,揀咗Fruit Spritz和menu上面冇嘅Whisky Sour,兩杯都中規中矩,之後朋友來的,在可以多支rose champagne,慢慢再睇吓餐牌食乜好。呢個時候經理和侍應都好有善,好專業,服務唔錯。每人先來頭盤,再配支白酒,法國Gillardeau生蠔,本地田雞腿和beetroot salad,除咗田雞腿好鮮味,其餘都係一般,生蠔就嫌佢唔係太新鮮。但係之後嘅主菜,襯返支法國紅酒,就比較出色,牛扒好tender好juicy,Dover sole煎得好靚,可惜條魚嘅肉質麻麻有啲橡皮膠,但係賣相唔錯,最出色係隻燒雞,有rice stuffing,來自本地,相信又係元朗嘅平原雞,肉質美味,烤得真係好靚,食得好開心,再開多支紅酒,不過全晚嘅兩點,係個薯仔波波,呢種做法好考技術,薯仔好香,炸成一個氣球咁,脆卜卜,最後嘅甜品都好好味,總廚Lalou

我哋就係為咗呢個烤雞慕名而來嘅,聽過人哋嘅推介再加上等咗幾十分鐘可能對佢嘅期望太高。「皮脆肉嫩」,我就係可以俾佢咁多,味道非常普通。除咗迷迭香味其他乜都冇。講到煲飯我仲失望。佢話係雞油雞皮同香菜煲出嚟嘅,啲飯冧到一pat pat,食入口冇texture又冇味道。其中有一兩舊雞仲要少少唔熟。講真呢個價錢出邊真係好多options。

羅勒味嘅雪芭幾特別,配埋檸檬橙好夾,但係雪芭食落會苦,苦味流連喺口腔好耐。Pavlova好粉好難食。
士多啤梨味好香,但係味道單一好冇新意。


至於服務,係我最驚訝既一點。我地叫左一枝白酒(順帶一提,好飲,sommelier好介紹),甜品前佢最後一次倒完我見到我杯酒裡面有隻小烏蠅。我就同waiter講有蟲,見佢拎走杯酒去同類似個經理既人講,番黎就話「唔好意思,因為你地枝酒已經飲曬,咁我幫你收走杯酒。」之後我就望住我大半杯酒慢慢離開我。唔知咁樣算唔算貪心,但係起碼換杯house white畀我?😅

I went there for lunch with my husband. Overall, the food was decent and met my expectations. The oysters were amazing. The smoked egg (what i had) and mackerel (what my husband had) appetizers were also a nice surprise. The beef tenderloin was tender but could use a bit more salt in the seasoning. Overall an enjoyable experience with fresh ingredients to create the food, but we would've expect more for such a renowned restaurant. Each dish seems to be almost there but than something is missing so it's not there yet, lacking the WOW factor. For example the sour dough has crispy crust and good flavor but the middle part has tiny too much moisture so the texture minus a point. The sauce for my mackerel appetizer is beautiful with lots if layers, sweet and fresh at first than the spice kick in to elevate the taste but the mackerel fish meat itself could be more tender. My main dish is also a fish, the side is cooked perfectly, but the pan seared fish skin is not crispy and fish meat tasted a bit flat. Our other main is a lamb dish, the sauce is too salty for us so we kind of have to just eat the lamb meat by itself without sauce The lamb meat is cooked well and tender, other than this nothing too special about the dish. The dessert is average, I thought the pear sauce inside the caramel shell would bring some freshness to balance the caramel, give it some extra layers of flavor...but it actually didn't, the pear sauce is very thick and sweet plus the sweet caramel so all together it's just a regular sweet dessert. And a side story, the mains took some time to arrive while the sommelier already poured my main dish pairing white immediately after we finished the appetizer, so my white wine warmed up when the mains were finally here, I ended up having to ask for a new glass. Maybe the timing of pouring could be improved. Somehow right at the start throughout the meal, I felt like the they are rushing and hurrying us to finish the food and drinks, or maybe I felt it wrong.

這裏的招牌是煙燻薯蓉蛋及燒雞,不過燒雞要起碼三至四人才可享用,所以我一個人就點了招牌的煙燻薯蓉蛋及侍應推薦的生牛肉他他。

麵包籃
首先送上的麵包籃有四件麵包,兩件sourdough,一件牛角包及一件朱古力卷。
牛角包很是酥脆,兩件sourdough 我留起配生牛肉他他吃,朱古力卷就當是甜品留待最後才慢慢吃。
牛油就混合了很多各種穀物,增添香氣,賣相美麗,味道可以,但略嫌香氣不夠突出。

下單大概5分鐘左右,我的第一道菜色:煙燻薯蓉蛋已經上枱了。入目是一大堆的泡泡,侍應介紹說底層是薯蓉,配上了切丁的煎西班牙臘腸,中間被泡泡掩蓋的是溫泉蛋,泡泡則是煙燻泡泡。

老實說,雖然這個是招牌菜,但味道普通,當然溫泉蛋是流心的,但薯蓉太流質了,混合溫泉蛋後完全像在吃一個白色的醬,而且薯仔的味道很淡,像在吃一個味道清淡的醬汁,全靠西班牙臘腸去增添鮮味及鹹味,是這個菜式的唯一可取之處。

西班牙臘腸是用豬碎肉製作,顆粒較大,讓肉質較有咬勁,豬肉用鹽、胡椒、大蒜、匈牙利紅椒粉醃製後煙燻熟製而成,口感紮實,油脂芬芳,帶有大蒜與匈牙利紅椒的煙燻香氣,甚為美味。

食材選用了最高級、全球最貴的布瑪肉舖提供的牛肉。
單從以生牛肉他他來說,味道其實很好,牛肉鮮味,新鮮無渣,肉質細嫩,調味拿捏得剛好,洋蔥也切得很細碎,只吃到味道而看不到洋蔥。配上蛋黃整個生牛肉更加嫩滑,而且份量也不少。

雖然這三款食物獨自吃都不錯,不過加在一起就不夾,生牛肉他他再怎麼好吃也和炸薯條不配合,還好我有留起兩片麵包配生牛肉吃,但由於生牛肉他他份量頗多,吃完麵包後還剩下很多牛肉,我嘗試配合薯條一起吃,味道實在不搭,香脆的炸薯條需要熱辣辣的才好吃,生牛肉卻最忌配合熱食,只會增添生腥氣,令牛肉的味道大打折扣。
這道菜式雖然各自吃都不錯,但合起來卻不好吃,所以仍然算是失敗菜式。

雖然不滿意菜式,但份量十足,仍然吃得很飽,最後的不滿足用香甜酥脆的朱古力酥皮麵包補救了。酥皮十分鬆化,配合半溶朱古力吃很是美味。

最後侍應送上了餐後小點,外層鬆脆,焦糖香氣十足,倒是不錯的結尾。

總括而言,雖然菜式味道可以,但在配搭上未能配合得好,菜式的味道、擺盤、賣相也不見得很突出,服務也普通,收費卻挺昂貴,總體上的體驗令人失望。

This time we tried their dinner signature tasting menu which I believe is a new creation since they never served tasting menus for dinner except special limited-period ones. The langoustine was just cooked so that it retained the juiciness and tender, bouncy texture. The best part of the dish however was the yellow wine sauce! It was so very fragrant and tasted creamy and decadent. The pollock quite surprised me with its freshness and firm texture as my impression of pollock had always been the tasteless canteen type I had on university campus. And of course fresh fish and caviar will always make a grea dish! If I had to make any criticism, however, it would be that the beef and the foie gras in the Rossini were both slightly overcooked. I would say the beef was 50-60% done when I would have liked 30-40% whereas the foie gras just seems a bit too solid when I prefer it to be soft and creamy inside. I should also note that they did not ask us how we would like our beef served so I think they should do that to better cater to the preferences of different guests. Nonetheless the French beef was quite tender and flavourful so it was still an enjoyable course. Food was excellent overall and service was friendly and attentive. Although we would have liked to sit inside the lusciously designed main dining room, the balcony was quite nice as well as it wasn't too hot or cool or windy that night. Will definite come back for more!
