The appetiser tasted great too, all of them was good in their own special way.
my tenderloin was as expected, not really outstanding.
my all time favourite for robuchon: the mashed potato!!! Totally tasted like butter than potato cannot imagine how much calories this little bowl costed.
Dessert that came with the set, the plating, layering etc were consistent with the standard of the pastries here.

今次個afternoon tea真係有進步，之前個咸點，可能口味太法國，唔係好岩我🙈🙈今次個咸點有改左係其他野(火腿水牛芝士mini burger,鵝肝醬與小餅，金箔魚子三文魚配小生葉…)，好岩我胃口👍而且個果醬依舊地好食，食落好有玫瑰香同士多啤梨香，兼要有果肉😆 甜點當然係樣樣精啦👍
受到一看就知好好吃的XO醬勾引，翌日中午馬上煎了三款糕當午餐；果然在仙級XO醬襯托下，原本已鮮香足料的蘿蔔糕及芋頭糕，變得非常好吃！黑糖椰汁金箔年糕貴氣之餘也不會太甜，全部都稱心滿意。
網上訂糕可以安排送貨，又或到自助山門市／Robouchon 幾間咖啡室分店領取。上週四反正約了食友晚上飯聚，就前往海港城的 Le Cafe 取貨；當晚還未降溫，天氣還是悶熱等緊，趁有時間點了杯凍果茶，在優美海景下降一降溫。
我選的是 Iced Peach & Passion Fruit Tea ($78)，清爽的果茶富有桃香，又帶熱情果的微酸清新，非常怡人；中間又帶新鮮芒果肉，以及清甜士多啤梨雪葩，果香繽紛交集，好喝不得了，比任何一款台灣水果茶都比下去！最後別忘吃頂層的雜莓串，除了是悅目裝飾，味道又是清甜不得了～
茶一大壺，本人選了大吉嶺茶，但茶味不及想像中濃郁，有一點兒失望
等了約十分鐘，滿滿一盤的下午茶點就來了！
這是雜果伯爵茶鬆餅(本人認為)。餅富有茶香味，混入雜果後感覺更清新，帶微微的酸味令鬆餅沒有了一般的膩
I was a little surprised that this Cloudy Bay 2015 Sauvignon Blanc was rather strong in flavor: acidic, fruity, and sweet but helped my appetite.
When the server presented this Riso al Salto with a pleasant "Enjoy”, it sure looked appetizing. On the top layer, there were three spinach leaves garnishing the Parma Ham while in the middle was the strong, tangy, aromatic Italian Taleggio cheese fondant which stimulated the senses. The rice cake at the bottom was crispy on the outside and moist in the center with creamy spinach. When I ate them all in a mouthful, the whole texture was just exhilaratingly rich and delicious.
